The development of business in Indonesia accompanies legal needs in the community, especially when triggered by the pandemic period of 2020, breakthroughs of business people to anticipate obstacles have made innovative clauses to be put in the agreement. The birth of the “business as usual” clause needs to be observed in this paper to study the legal impacts that may arise from its positive and negative aspects. This paper aims to analyze the impact of the agreement on the placement of a business as a usual clause on force majeure conditions and to examine the relevance of responsibility as good faith, its validity is limited so that risks can be minimized. This research paper use a random sampling method, normative-empirical legal research, socio-legal research tool types, data software through legal observations, analysis descriptions, modern or traditional agreement law reviews, and primary and secondary data collection. The results of this paper's research manifest the dispute resolution of the parties due to the agreement if it is not proven in good faith. This paper provides solutions and studies of the agreement law of business actors in an effective manner of responsibility and justice.
This descriptive qualitative research aims to examine the democratic leadership style of the head of SMK in improving the quality of competitive graduates in SMK Karya Guna 2 and SMK Bina Mandiri Bekasi City which is useful as input for policies for education providers, as a measure of the learning process and improving the quality of empowered graduates. competitiveness in SMK and as a basis for developing the concept of management education improvement. Data were collected through interviews with school principals, teachers, and staff in an observative manner in the field, then analyzed based on-field findings. The results of the study state that the ideal leadership style for the Principal of Vocational High Schools is a democratic style, the decision-making process is by deliberation and involves all elements of leadership by consensus, the process of implementing decisions by delegating authority and responsibility to subordinates, the impact of implementing positive leadership styles by increasing the competence of leadership elements. , the implementation of program evaluation is carried out objectively and continuously, the idea of a leadership model innovation is given if it has problems with other leadership style models.
The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the performance of subject teachers influencing students’ learning outcomes in SMK Business and Technology Bekasi. The method used in this research is quantitative methods, data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation; data analysis techniques in this study using simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from September 2020 to February 2021 with four stages, namely planning, implementing, processing data and reporting research results, while the results of this study were that the performance of teachers in the field of study had an effect on student achievement by 6.69%, with the calculation of the simple correlation coefficient of 0.69% while the result of the coefficient of determination of 47.61% means 52.39% is influenced by other factors not mentioned in this study.

The purpose of this study was to analyze and find out about the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, including obstacles and efforts to improve employee performance. The method used in this study is a qualitative research that is by examining the perspective of participants with strategies that are interactive and flexible with sources and litersai in accordance with conditions in the field. The results of this study are the role of operational managers in improving employee performance at PT. Pesat Jaya Persada, Bogor Regency, by carrying out interrelated roles, roles related to information, and also the role in decision making. Interpersonal roles that consist of roles as figureheads, roles as leaders, and roles as intermediary officials. Roles related to information consist of a role as a monitor, a role as a disseminator, and a role as a spokesperson. The role as a decision maker consists of a role as an entrepreneur, a role as a distractor (disturbande handler), a role as a resource divisor (resource allocator), and a role as a negotiator.
Training is needed on the company's management capabilities so that the quality of human resources is better in improving employee performance. The need for additional materials or infrastructure related to office operations both in the field of transportation or supporting equipment, there needs to be a relationship working procedures within the company and working procedures outside the company environment, so that it can decompose a clear and decisive job description.
