Based on observations at SDN 47 / IV Jambi City, there are various Malay, Minang, Batak, Javanese and Betawi cultures. Although different students are not different from each other in the learning process or in groups, students help each other if there is a group that is experiencing difficulties in the learning process. This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in growing togetherness for students in multicultural education in elementary schools. Suggestions used are qualitative ethnographic types. The research informants were IVC grade teachers. Research instruments: observation, interview and documentation. After the data is obtained it will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique (reduction, display, verification). The results of the study are teacher strategies in growing togetherness values in multicultural education, namely 1). Introducing the background of each student, 2). Bring students' familiarity through interviewing students to get to know each other better with one another 3). Placing sitting in class by changing 4). Form discussion groups from different ethnic groups. 5). Getting used to mutual cooperation in class or outside the classroom.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan belajar siswa, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar, dan cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar yang dilaksanakan secara daring di era pandemi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri No. 058/XI Koto Dumo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Adapun data dalam penelitan ini diperoleh dari pengamatan kelas daring dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Kemudian peneliti menganalisis data yang diperoleh dengan mereduksi dan mengklasifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan belajar siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar yang dilaksanakan secara daring yaitu kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran, kesulitan menemukan tutor yang membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran, dan kesulitan konsentrasi belajar. Faktor yang menjadi penyebab kesulitan belajar yaitu alat atau fasilitas belajar, malas dan bosan, dan rendahnya dukungan dari orang tua. Cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar yaitu dengan menciptakan metode dan strategi belajar daring yang menarik, perlunya pendampingan orang tua saat proses belajar anak, dan mencari lokasi atau area full wifi.
HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) is an instrument that assesses students' hight level thinking skills so that students are not just remembering but are expected to be able to develop ideas. Based on Bloom's Taxonomy, HOTS questions consist of 3 levels, namely analyzing, evaluating and creating. This study aims to describe the ability of students to work on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) problems in mathematics learning in VA class SD Negeri No. 55 / I Sridadi at the level of analyzing, evaluating, and creating. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The data of this study were obtained using tests of the students' ability to work on HOTS questions in mathematics learning provided to students by using content validity, while data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that the ability of VA grade students of SD Negeri No 55 / I Sridadi in working on HOTS questions in mathematics learning at the level of analyzing questions was obtained on average by 56.35 with quite good categories. In the matter of evaluating level obtained an average of 72.95 with a high category, on the matter of creating level obtained an average of 64.9 with a pretty good category. The conclusion of this research is the ability of VA class students of SD Negeri No 55 / I Sridadi in working on HOTS questions in mathematics learning is in quite good category, meaning that students are able to work on HOTS questions in mathematics learning.
The ability to plan learning is a pedagogical ability that teachers must have. Learning Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) should have been implemented by teachers in the RPP in order to support learnig activities that emphasize the development of critical thinking, creative and problem solving skills. This study aims to describe the ability of teachers in planning HOTS learning in the form of developing critical and creative thinking skills in solving problems in Sridadi 55/1 Primary School.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana kemampuan guru dalammelaksanakan pembelajaran Higher Order Thinking Skills di SDN No.55/I Sridadi. Penelitian ini merupakanpenelitian kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil temuandilapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif,subjek dari penelitian adalah guru kelas III dan guru kelas V sekolah dasar. Teknik pengumpulan data padapenelitian adalah dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara serta didukung dengan adanya dokumentasipelaksanaan pembelajaran Higher Order Thinking Skills. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN No.55/I Sridadi.Pada penelitian ini uji validitas data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa kemampuan guru melaksanakan pembelajaran Higher Order Thinking Skills di SDN No.55/I Sridadisudah cukup baik, mulai dari perencanaan pembelajaran yang dirancang guru yang telah memuat unsurHigher Order Thinking Skills hingga pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang dimulai dari tahap analisis (C4), evaluasi(C5) dan mencipta (C6) berdasarkan hasil penelitian guru sudah mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran HigherOrder Thinking Skills dengan cukup baik
The results of a survey of the world body in the fields of writing, mathematics, and science as a measure of literacy progress, the results show the ability of high-level thinking or High Order of Thinking Skills (HOTS) students in Indonesia is low and is ranked 69 out of 76 countries. The results are a reflection of the renewal of the learning system in LPTK, including students in the Primary School Teacher Education (PGSD) study program. This research is a descriptive study because it describes the ability of PGSD students in planning and implementing HOTS-based learning in elementary schools. Respondents 154 people. The results showed the ability in basic knowledge of HOTS learning was still low, only 52.24% had passed. The remaining 47.76% did not meet the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM). The aspects of planning HOTS learning are still low, only 59.58% of students meet the KKM. Aspects of the ability to carry out HOTS-based learning, 49.03% of students do not meet the KKM. In the aspect of designing and implementing HOTS-based assessment, 51.30% did not reach the KKM. Conclusions of the study, the majority of students have not demonstrated good skills in planning and implementing HOTS learning in elementary schools.
The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of Malay Malay Culture through the subject of introducing Malay Traditional Javanese culture to PGSD students at Jambi University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using ethnographic type, because it will describe the characteristics of Jambi Malay culture within the scope of PGSD FKIP UNJA students. Data collection techniques using observation and interview techniques. Data analysis techniques were performed using interactive models (Miles and Huberman). Based on the results of the study, PGSD Unja students in the academic year 2019/2020 have been able to implement the culture of Malay Jambi very well through the introduction of Malay customary Javanese subjects. This is because, these students not only get theories during attending lectures, but also go directly to the field to find out the cultural background of the Malay Malay community, such as visiting the Siginjai Museum to find out the traditional tools used by the Malay Malay community in ancient times. As for the suggestions in this study, it is hoped that students can also apply the culture of Malay people to daily life so that they can further deepen the Malay Malay culture, and it is hoped that PGSD FKIP Unja students next academic year can also be preserving and preserving Jambi Malay culture
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perspektif mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Jambi angkatan 2016 khususnya ruang 1 terhadap mata kuliah pengenalan adat melayu jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu fenomenolgi. Populasi dalam penelitian yaitu mahasiswa PGSD UNJA angkatan 2016 dengan sampel mahasiswa ruang 1. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari kegiatan reduksi data, penyajian data dan verivikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu mata kuliah pengenalan adat melayu jambi sangat bermanfaat dan menambah wawasan ilmu budaya baik bagi mahasiswa yang berasal dari provinsi jambi maupun diluar provinsi jambi.
