Purpose: The ability in planning communication, organizing messages, implementing and supervising members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) is needed so that they are able to build synergies with the community and village heads for village development in Subang Regency. Method: To improve this ability, communication management training activities were carried out. The method was carried out through lectures and discussions. Results: The results obtained were an increase in positive understanding related to communication management carried out in community empowerment and the satisfaction with the material presented. This is indicated by 92.3%, that the material presented provides benefits and new understanding in community empowerment. Conclusions: Through this training activity, members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) are able to improve their abilities in planning communication and organizing messages in carrying out their duties as BPD members in the implementation and supervision of village development.
An examination of the case is conducted to reveal evidence and information that the defendant is considered to have committed a criminal offense that caused the victim to loss, and that the victim is the party who was harmed by the defendant. Case examination through communication activities in the case examination agenda session as examination communication. This article aims to find a model of examination communication in the agenda of proving a case in court. The concept in this research is Examination Communication and Communication Ethnography. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Researchers interviewed 15 informants, observed 3 criminal cases, and documented the research. The results of this study indicate that the audit communication activities at the Court take place in the courtroom. The case evidence agenda forms three models of examination communication based on communication participants, namely (1) the law enforcement communication model with the defendant, namely the communication activities of judges, prosecutors, and legal advisers with the defendant (2) law enforcer communication model with victims, namely communication activities of judges , legal advisers, public prosecutors with victims (3) the model of communication between law enforcers and witnesses, namely the communication activities of judges, legal advisers, prosecutors with defendants. In practice, communication activities for the examination of defendants, victims and witnesses can be carried out simultaneously, which is called the cross examination communication model. The cross-examination communication model is carried out to verify and confirm evidence, the information provided by the accused, witnesses and victims simultaneously. Pemeriksaan perkara dilakukan untuk mengungkap bukti dan informasi bahwa terdakwadianggap melakukan tindak pidana yang merugikan korban, dan bahwa korban adalah pihak yang dirugikan oleh terdakwa. Pemeriksaan perkara melalui kegiatan komunikasi dalam sidang agenda pemeriksaan perkara sebagai komunikasi pemeriksaan. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model komunikasi pemeriksaan dalam agenda pembuktian perkara di Pengadilan. Konsep dalam penelitian ini adalah Komunikasi Pemeriksaan dan Etnografi Komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti mewawancarai 15 informan, mengamati 3 kasus pidana, dan mendokumentasikan penelitian tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan komunikasi pemeriksaan di pengadilan berlangsung di ruang sidang persidangan. Agenda pembuktian perkara membentuk tiga model komunikasi pemeriksaan berdasarkan peserta komunikasi, yaitu (1) model komunikasi penegak hukum dengan terdakwa, yaitu kegiatan komunikasi para hakim, jaksa, dan penasihat hukum dengan terdakwa (2) model komunikasi penegak hukum dengan korban, yakni kegiatan komunikasi hakim, penasihat hukum, penuntut umum dengan korban (3) model komunikasi antara penegak hukum dan saksi yakni kegiatan komunikasi hakim, penasihat hukum, jaksa, dengan terdakwa. Dalam praktiknya, kegiatan komunikasi pemeriksaan terdakwa, korban, dan saksi dapat dilakukan secara bersamaan, yang disebut model komunikasi pemeriksaan silang. Model komunikasi pemeriksaan silang dilakukan untuk memverifikasi dan mengkonfirmasi bukti, informasi yang diberikan oleh terdakwa, saksi dan korban secara bersamaan.
Smart City di susun Walikota Bekasi sebagai konsep kota cerdas yang bisa membantu masyarakat setempat mengelola sumber daya yang secara efektif dan efisien meningkatkan kualitas hidup orang-orang yang tinggal di Wilayah Bekasi. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan strategi komunikasi pemerintah kota Bekasi dalam upaya menyukseskan Program Bekasi Smart City di Kota Bekasi. Konsep yang digunakan ialah program komunikasi dan strategi komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan yakni deskriptif kualitatif, dengan melakukan wawancara pada 5 informan, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pemerintah kota Bekasi menyukseskan program ialah melalui sosialisasi. Secara umum sosialisasi dilakukan (1) Pihak pemerintah kepada tim pelaksana, (2) Tim pelaksana kepada dinas terkait, (3) Dinas terkait kepada masyarakat. Meski upaya melalui strategi komunikasi sudah dilakukan, namun implementasi Program dinilai belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman pihak terkait mengenai program Bekasi Smart City.
This article aims to illustrate the pattern of communication between legal Advisor and the defendant in court as one form of communication in the courtroom. This study addresses the research question: how is the communication pattern of legal advisor with the defendant in the courtroom at the Central Jakarta District Court. This research uses qualitative research approach, research method is ethnography of communication, with an interpretive paradigm. The results of this study indicate that communication between the legal advisor with the defendant in the courtroom begins at the time of the indictment hearing, the hearing, the prosecution and the verdict. The form of communication that emerged in the trial process through advocacy. Advocacy is a form of communication of legal Advisor with the defendant, with the primary objective of providing an understanding to the defendant about the legal information and the punishment that the defendant will receive.
The trial is one of the communication contexts in law enforcement. The process of law enforcement through trials contains aspects of messages, communicators, and purpose of communication as well as the unique communication events, which seen from the language and the communication process. The purpose of this study is to map the communication models for law enforcement in court as part of the law enforcement process. The approach used is qualitative research with ethnography of communication method. Data was obtained from participatory observation, interviews with informants, and document analysis in the Central Jakarta District Court. The result showed that the roles, interests, goals, and types of communication actors distinguished communication events in the trials. Communication actors as law enforcers at the trials consist of Judges, Public Prosecutors, and Legal Advisors who are interacting and communicating with each other. Interaction and communication in the trials in the study of communication ethnography theory developed communication models. The communication models are: (1) The law enforcement communication model in the courtroom consists of the communication of the judges, the communication model of the prosecutor, and the legal advisor communication model; (2) Communication model among law enforcers in the courtroom.
