Kewirausahaan yang dilakukan dalam bentuk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah), apabila dikelola dengan baik dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen yang modern dapat memberi nilai tambah ekonomi dan membuka lapangan kerja baru. Oleh karena itu, perlu pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk menumbuhkan dan meningkatkan kemampuan wirausaha masyarakat. Melalui metode pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah, diskusi dan simulasi pada masyarakat dan unit UMKM Desa Ponggang, didapatkan hasil adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam kewirausahaan dan manajemen komunikasi pemasaran melalui platform digital e-commerce. Saran dalam kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pendampingan sebagai upaya monitoring terhadap keberhasilan program pengabdian masyarakat.
Purpose: The ability in planning communication, organizing messages, implementing and supervising members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) is needed so that they are able to build synergies with the community and village heads for village development in Subang Regency. Method: To improve this ability, communication management training activities were carried out. The method was carried out through lectures and discussions. Results: The results obtained were an increase in positive understanding related to communication management carried out in community empowerment and the satisfaction with the material presented. This is indicated by 92.3%, that the material presented provides benefits and new understanding in community empowerment. Conclusions: Through this training activity, members of the Village Community Empowerment Agency (BPD) are able to improve their abilities in planning communication and organizing messages in carrying out their duties as BPD members in the implementation and supervision of village development.
Digital transformation in the village can accelerate the community's welfare. However, until now it is still rare to use digital-based media, especially in public services. Therefore, there is a need for a socialization program, website-based digital infrastructure, and training on the operation of digital platforms in public services. The implementation method starts from the preparation stage, identifying the scope of public services, making website designs, uploading on the internet digital platform, website socialization, and training. The result of the activity is the availability of the Ponggang Village Website page using the Google Site as a public service facility. The Ponggang Village government apparatus is aware of the importance of using digital platforms in service to the community. Operating a digital platform in the form of a website, it shows that village apartments can be practiced well. These results show that the village government and the people of Ponggang Village have a high awareness of using digital platforms to support activities, especially in public services.
This study uses qualitative methods, paradigms of critical and postmodern approaches. The purpose of this research was to dismantle the text interpersonal on Facebook in the April 17, 2019. The text is a public space in the footsteps of creative in innovative as a form campaign the political actors in conveying his support. The vision, mission and work program of the candidate president and vice president to find out opinions, argument, and the expressions of wider audience. Democracy showing the drama of political communication, through the presence of the texts of political actors. Debate text message that split into two groups that interact whit eat other. Social media presence into the public space showcases a fight with contains cultural values, religious and ideological. Political actors working to change the orientation itself as orator and communicators through texts that is published to the public spaces. Text messages give the social construction of the actors.
Dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan sebagai desa wisata. Desa Talagasari, Serangpanjang, Kabupaten Subang memiliki berbagai keunikan lokal dan sumber daya alam yang mempunyai potensi sebagai produk wisata desa unggulan. Akan tetapi, pengetahuan dan kesadaran terhadap potensi desa yang dimiliki belum terbentuk. Oleh karena itu melalui kegiatan penyiapan masyarakat Desa Talagasari sebagai desa wisata bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran, pengelolaan secara kelembagaan dan memahami strategi komunikasi pemasaran desa wisata melalui platform digital. Melalui metode ceramah mendapatkan hasil positif, yaitu adanya peningkatan kesadaran dan motivasi untuk mengembangan dan mengelola serta mempromosikan Desa Talagasari sebagai desa wisata. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan rencana pengembangan sebagai desa wisata melalui berbagai peraturan desa yang akan ditetapkan antara Kepala Desa Talagasari dengan warga desa.
