Implementation of School-Based Management Through a Culture of Literacy in Elementary Schools

Abstract: Budaya literasi merupakan salah satu bagian pendukung implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi manajemen berbasis sekolah melalui budaya literasi di sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif deskriptif.
