This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted in SD Negeri Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, Indonesia. The number of samples of this study was 75 teachers, who were taken using probability sampling techniques, and were calculated using the Slovin formula. Data collection using a questionnaire. Testing data using linear regression analysis techniques. The results of data analysis show that: (1) organizational commitment and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction; (2) organizational commitment partially significant effect on teacher job satisfaction; and (3) organizational culture has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. The results of this study indicate thatthe higher the organizational commitment and organizational culture onteacherthen the teacher's job satisfaction will also increase.

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture and work commitment on teacher professionalism. This research was conducted at SD Negeri Kayuagung District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, Indonesia. The sample of this study was 60 people. The research method uses quantitative. The data collection technique is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the normality test, linearity test and t test. The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence between work culture and work commitment to teacher professionalism.

The Covid-19 pandemic, which is still ongoing, has changed the way various sectors work, including the education sector. Teachers are required to carry out online teaching which has affected the teacher's teaching competencies that must be possessed. The ability to teach teachers in various conditions must continue to be developed so that student outcomes also continue to increase. This study aims to examine the model of teacher professional development that focuses on optimizing teacher teaching skills in the era of the ASEAN Economic Community and the new normal. Teachers, school principals, and school supervisors in Malang City, Indonesia, and students at the Universitas Negeri Malang became respondents in this study. The research procedure used is the development steps proposed by Baker and Schutz (1971). Data were collected by open and closed questionnaires. The results conclude that the teacher development model developed is effective in order to improve the teaching ability of teachers. Our findings are discussed in the context of teacher professional development to improve teacher teaching skills.
