Purpose:of the research is to prove experimentally the skilled football players training process in the annual macrocycle on the basis of programming. Material:the skilled football players participated in a research (n=20, age 18-23 years). Control provided use of the following tests: 30 m run; shuttle run 7х50 m; long jump from the spot; Cooper's test. Results:programs of training microcycles were developed. In each program such components of the training were considered: value and orientation of loads; means (non-specific and specific); modes of coordination complexity of exercises performance; training time; time for renewal of competition form, theoretical and psychological preparation; load coefficient value; intensity of training load coefficient. Conclusions:Programming of training process has to be carried out on the basis of systemically structural approach: the development of programs of less structural formations has to be subordinated to the main structural formations. The structure of microcycles includes programs of trainings. Programs of stages consist of a series of training microcycles programs. The program of a training cycle unites all structural formations.
Purpose:The purpose of the research is to develop an algorithm of teams' formation in sport aerobics and to define factorial structure of athletes' fitness. Material:in the research sport aerobics' athletes (n=19) participated. All athletes are members of Kharkiv national team (Ukraine). All athletes underwent complete medical examination. The functional condition of an organism (arterial blood pressure, indicators of a variability of the rhythm of the heart, treadbahn testing), psycho-physiological state (time's determination of simple and complex reaction) were defined. The physical development and physical fitness and stability of vestibular system were also defined. The factorial and cluster analysis were used. Results:The algorithm of teams' formation in sport aerobics is developed for performances in various competitive categories. The algorithm contains all stages of standard procedure of the factorial and cluster analysis. In the factorial analysis the individual factorial values were also defined. Conclusions:The obtained data are recommended to be used at teams' formation for performances in various competitive categories: team formation for pair and group performances. The general and individual factorial structure of athletes' complex fitness is defined. It is possible to select athletes with similar qualities and with different qualities for the mixed performances. The determination of individual factorial structure of fitness permits to estimate objectively variants of athletes' formation in groups.
Purpose:The purpose of the research is to develop the principles of team's formation in sport aerobics with application of factorial and cluster analysis' methods. Material:in a research girls (n=24) from the sport aerobics national team (Kharkiv, Ukraine) participated. The athletes were given full medical examination by determination of functional condition of an organism (arterial blood pressure, indicators of a variability of the rhythm of the heart, treadbahn testing), a psycho-physiological condition (time's determination of simple and complex reaction). It was defined physical development and physical fitness and vestibular stability. Results:The mathematical and visual models of each group of athletes were developed. The cluster analysis permitted selection of 8 groups of girls. The athletes of each group can incorporate with each other in teams for different competitive categories. The each group of athletes should select appropriate programs according to the features of their personal factorial structure of fitness. The general recommendations about selection of programs' story lines for athletes of each group are developed. Conclusions:The possibilities of athletes' groups formation (in pairs, in trio, in five) for mixed performances are revealed. It is determined that it is possible to select athletes with similar qualities (representatives of one cluster) and with different qualities (representatives of different clusters) for mixed performances.
One of the methods to make an objective analysis of the use of adequate means and methods of the training process depending on the special qualities of athletes is factor analysis. The article describes a methodological approach to factor analysis of special qualities of elite field hockey players. The aim of the research is to determine the factor structure of special qualities of elite field hockey players based on experimental data. The study in- volved 40 elite male field players in field hockey. The average age of sportsmen was 24.7±4.27 years. Sports qual- ification – masters of sports of Ukraine. Research methodology: analysis and generalization of special literature and Internet data, lesson observation, pedagogical testing, methods of functional diagnostics, video recording of competitive activities, pedagogical expertise, methods of mathematical statistics. 28 specific qualities of elite male field players in field hockey were defined. The structure of special qualities of hockey players was deter- mined by five orthogonal factors, and the sum of the contribution to the total sampling variance was 69.55%. Factor analysis of special qualities of elite field hockey players allowed to manage the training process more pur- posefully and adjust the managerial impact on the state of the players ' sports form in the training macrocycle.
The significant influence of somatic and functional characteristics on the sports result makes it advisable to justify the model indices of qualified players who are considered to be ideal models in their sport. The purpose of the study was to determine the model morpho-functional characteristics of qualified male and female volleyball play- ers of the Ukrainian Super League. The study involved 12 female and 13 male volleyball players that were qualified as masters of sport, candidates for masters of sports. Morpho-functional diagnostics aimed at determining the body composition of players (fat, muscle, bone components, total water content). According to the results of the anthropometric measurement and morpho-functional diagnostics of qualified volleyball players, we came up with 18 indicators that characterized the constitution and the body composition of athletes’ weight. The analysis of the obtained data showed a slight skewness in the distribution of fat and muscle components in the athletes’ legs and arms, which was explained by the nature of the volleyball game. The significant potential of Ukrainian volleyball players, the availability of the reserved functional resources was evidenced by their anthropometric indicators, the content of fat and muscle components in the body, which were not significantly different from the similar indicators of the players of the leading national teams and professional volleyball clubs. The results of the research can serve as a guide and facilitate the selection, training and specialization of gifted Ukrainian youth.
