Abstract. Purpose: to determine characteristics of correlation of girl students' and school girls' subjective and physiological parameters of reaction to physical load. Material: in the research sportswomen of two age groups participated: adult qualified girl students-basketball players (n=40, age 20-22years) and junior basketball players (n=35, age12-13years). Registration of heart beats rate was fulfilled with «Polar RS300X». Simultaneously, we registered subjective feeling of loaf value (heaviness) by Borg's method. Results: it was found that in conditions of natural training and competition functioning, with equal heart beats rate values school girls feel tension of fulfilled work subjectively easier. It can be explained by higher maximal values of school girls' heat beats rate, comparing with girls students. Equal values of heart beats rate reflect different changes in girl students' and school girls' organisms. That is why they can not serve reliably informative indicator of load. Conclusions: we determined characteristics of perceived tension under load of game character. It can be connected with emotional tension, which is characteristic for basketball.
Abstract. Purpose: to determine influence of information technologies in sport-oriented physical education on technical fitness of students, practicing football indoors. Material: in the researches students (boys -n=40) of 18-20 years' age participated. Standard tests on physical condition were used. For determination of motor skills and abilities we used: juggling with ball; kick in pre-set sector of goal; shuttle run 4 х 10 meters with dribbling; kick for distance. Results: structural model of sport-oriented students' physical education with application of information technologies has been formed. In the model all students are trained in sport-oriented academic groups by chosen kinds of sports (motor functioning). Such approach envisages holistic form of program material construction and unified algorithm of students' progress assessment. Conclusions: the wholeness of sport-oriented physical education's functioning is ensured at the account of application of information technologies. It permits to optimize motor skills' training process. In this case single form of building of program material is created.

We also developed special gymnastic on the base of Taoist health related physical exercises. Autogenous training, in combination with special exercises qigong cause changes, required for economic functioning of organism. Autogenous training greatly influence on heart beats rate. Change of this indicators is especially noticeable in first week of autogenous training's practicing. Combination of special qigong exercises and autogenous training renders positive influence on vegetative balance and orthostatic stability of elderly people. We worked out the structure of psycho-physical means for rising mature and older people's functional state. Conclusions: the offered system slows down the temps of ageing and activates adaptation mechanisms. It permits to compensate negative changes in organism. We marked out three
Annotation. Purpose: prove the concept of individual approach to sports training. Develop a common scheme ways individualization process of training athletes. Material: the study involved 149 athletes: 38 volleyball players and 111 players. Was carried out comprehensive testing athletes for 33 pedagogical, psycho-physiological, biochemical parameters. Also conducted an analysis of indicators of competitive activity. Results: we propose the following areas of the individualization process of preparation of athletes: 1 -systematization of mathematical indicators of preparedness and condition of the athlete in a single point in time; 2 -regression analysis of the dynamics of individual game performance athletes; 3 -the use of universal methods of individualization of various aspects of the training process. It is established that the individual characteristics of players in basketball and volleyball are connected not only with the anthropometric data, but also depend on the physiological and psychophysiological indicators. In this aspect there is provided use of cluster and factor analysis for the construction of individual training programs for players. It was found that the dynamics of the gaming performance is described by quadratic, cubic and sinusoidal functions. In the case of sinusoidal oscillation period of regression models in girls is 25-30 days, 31-38 days in boys. This allows to determine the most preferred times of increasing and reducing the efficiency of competitive. Conclusions: the concept of individual approach in sport involves the separation of a wide range of indicators leading factors in the individual structure of athletes, in the analysis and prediction of individual dynamics of competitive performance, to develop universal methods of individualization with the activation of awareness of various aspects of the training process.
Abstract. Purpose: determination of objective and subjective characteristics of students' with different properties of nervous system fear of heights. Material: In the research 10 students of 18-19 years old age, who did not practice sports, participated. The students fulfilled one exercises: passing suspended ferriage in hiking. This exercise gives subjective perception of height and creates artificial conditions for appearing of fear. He exercise was fulfilled under all required safety measures and supervised by experienced instructor. Cluster and discriminant analysis were used. Results: we have shown that is possible to divide people into groups by indicators of functional changes in extreme situation in combination with indicators of psycho-physiological potentials and properties of nervous system. We have found that the most significant indicators for distribution of students into groups by individual typological properties are speed and accuracy of passing of psycho-physiological tests with different modes of signals' supply as well as functional changes before exercise of extreme character. Conclusions: It was determined that students with strong type of nervous system had confidently less heart beats rate before fulfillment of extreme exercise than the students with weak type of nervous system. Subjective feeling of fear before fulfillment of extreme exercise was also confidently less in representatives of strong type of nervous system.
Abstract. Purpose: to create the most general mathematical models for determination of sportsmen's individual motor abilities' characteristics and individual features of qualified judo wrestlers' fighting style. Material: in the research 22 sportsmen -judo wrestlers of average weight categories (60-81 kg) participated. Results: model, on the base of which it becomes possible to determine individual characteristics of sportsmen, has been found. With the help of factorial 4 main factors analysis of judo wrestlers' complex fitness have been marked out. Cluster analysis of judo wrestlers' testing indicators showed that all tested sportsmen could be divided in 3 groups (clusters). Conclusions: the received results witness about effectiveness of mathematical simulation methods, as well as methods of factorial and cluster analysis for determination of individual fighting styles of elite judo wrestlers. In their practical work coaches should apply principles of mathematical simulation for determination of individual features of fighting styles and work out methodic of judo wrestlers' individual training.
Purpose:to determine main laws of determination of athletes' fitness structure's individual characteristics with the help of multidimensional analysis (on example of basketball). Material:in the research elite basketball players (n=54) participated. Pedagogic testing included 12 tests, applied in combined teams of Ukraine and Russia. For every test three attempts were given and the best result was registered. The tests were passed during 2-3 training sessions. Results:we worked out general scheme of ways of athletes' training individualization. For every athlete we determined the groups of leading and secondary factors in individual structure of fitness. The process of athletes' training shall contain basic and variable components. Basic component was 70% of means in general system of athletes' training. Variable component was 30% of means and implies application of individual training means. Percentage of means in individual programs varies depending on the following: leading factors in fitness individual structure; period of individual dynamic of competition efficiency. In every micro-cycle 30% is assigned for athletes' individual training: athletes received individual tasks; groups on the base of cluster analysis data were formed, if necessary. Conclusions:when working out individual training programs, development of leading factors in individual factorial structure of athletes' fitness shall be accented. Application of individual programs, combined with universal individualization methods creates preconditions for rising competition activities' efficiency.

The purpose of the study was to develop individual factor models of physical preparedness of high-level volleyball players of different game roles. Matherial and methods. The study was attended by 12 players of the Kharkiv woman women team in Kharkiv Volleyball players were tested for 10 indicators of pedagogical pedagogical testing: Running to 4 points; Running for determining the speed of movement along the volleyball court at a distance of 30 m (9-3-6-3-9 m); Jump in height from place; Jump in height from run; Throwing a stuffed ball from the starting position sitting; Throwing a stuffed ball from the starting position is lying; Lifting of the body from the position lying on the back for 20 s (number of times); Elevation of body from the position of lying on the stomach for 20 s (number of times); The flexion-extension of the hands in the emphasis lying for 20 s (number of times); Leap length from space. The obtained data were mathematically processed using factor analysis methods, on the basis of which the individual factor models of players were constructed. Results. On the basis of factor analysis, the structure of qualified volleyball players' preparedness was determined, in which four expressed factors were expressed: speed-strength training, relative strength, special endurance, high endurance. The model of the belonging of the players to the role is determined according to the determined factor structure: in the attackers of the first pace, the following factors are factors such as speed-power preparedness and relative strength, at attackers of the second pace - speed-power preparedness and fast endurance, fast endurance and special endurance, in Libero - relative strength and special endurance. Conclusion. Using the developed scheme, the individual factor models of players and the developed scale of assessments of the test indicators, one can determine the individual potential opportunities of different players to the game in different roles.
