The study aimed to determine the suitability of testing the saliva of kickboxing athletes to show changes in biochemical parameters in dynamic of training. 8 elite male athletes (mean age 17.29± 0.31 years, body mass 66.82± 3.46kg, with 5.62±0.96 years of training experience) participated in the study. Indicators of lipid peroxidation and glycolysis (the concentration of lactic acid and pyruvic acid) were defined before and after a training session. Significant increases in indicators of lipid peroxidation activity indicators and the concentration of lactic acid (4-fold) were observed; analysis of correlation matrices confirms the absence of expressed changes. At the same time, significant decreases in catalase (10-fold from 3.69 μkat/L to 0.39 μkat/L) and pyruvic acid (from 3.92 μl/l to 0.55 μl/l) were observed. Our results confirm the value of using saliva to determine training load in an individual. Moreover, the study provided information on the importance of indexes reflecting a correlation of various biochemical indicators to estimate the sufficiency of training loads. The ease of sampling and informational content of saliva are reasons to use such tests in monitoring athletes' functional state to prevent fatigue.
Abstract. Purpose: substantiation of purposefulness of fitness yoga application for strengthening of special health groups' girl students' psycho-physical condition and psycho-social health at physical culture training and recreation classes. Material: trainings were practiced twice a week in 2 groups with 20 girl students in every group. Each training session lasted 60 minutes. The following indicators were registered: pressing ups in lying position; torso bending during 30 sec. from lying on back position; rising legs up to 90 degrees angle in hanging position; long jump from the spot; forward torso bending; test for coordination. Health condition was determined by express assessment of physical health. Results: in both groups girl students' backbone mobility increased (р<0/05). First group's girl students demonstrated higher results in pressing ups in lying position during 30 sec. (by 7.34+1.2 times) and in long jump from the spot (14.2+0.4 cm). It was noticed that fitness yoga exercises render positive influence on girl students' psycho-emotional state, general physical self-feeling and physical condition. Conclusions: targeted fitness yoga exercises' influences on girl-students' organism are recommended for support and correction of their health.
Abstract. Purpose: to determine characteristics of correlation of girl students' and school girls' subjective and physiological parameters of reaction to physical load. Material: in the research sportswomen of two age groups participated: adult qualified girl students-basketball players (n=40, age 20-22years) and junior basketball players (n=35, age12-13years). Registration of heart beats rate was fulfilled with «Polar RS300X». Simultaneously, we registered subjective feeling of loaf value (heaviness) by Borg's method. Results: it was found that in conditions of natural training and competition functioning, with equal heart beats rate values school girls feel tension of fulfilled work subjectively easier. It can be explained by higher maximal values of school girls' heat beats rate, comparing with girls students. Equal values of heart beats rate reflect different changes in girl students' and school girls' organisms. That is why they can not serve reliably informative indicator of load. Conclusions: we determined characteristics of perceived tension under load of game character. It can be connected with emotional tension, which is characteristic for basketball.
to assess physical health and biological age of 1st 2nd year girl students, depending on their physical activity, as well as to work out system of control over students' health. Material: in the research 1st and 2nd year girl students (n=120) participated. Results: students' busy in their working day was analyzed as well as student's understanding of healthy life style during working day. We also paid attention to reasons of sharp weakening of students' physical fitness and determined integral indicator of healthy life style conception as well as significance of every its component. The following concepts are introduced: physical health, including individual level of physical condition; physical fitness and physical state. We found normal level for every component of physical health and correlation between population, regional and individual norms. Conclusions: For students' healthy life style formation it is necessary to observe norm requirements to all its components. Violation of any component's norm results in worsening general final result.
Abstract. Purpose: to study interconnections of students' morphological functional indicators and their influence on level of sportsmanship. Material: in the research 17 students, practicing martial arts, participated. 62 indicators were determined: anthropometrical, goniometrical criteria of arms joints' status; tapping test and maximal frequency of grabs in impulse mode. Results: we found that maximal contribution in system is made by hand dynamometry of right and left hands, body length and mass, chest circumference, width of shoulders; maximal frequency of grabs by right and left hands. It was confirmed that there are correlations between students' morphological functional indicators. The highest contribution to formation of functional system is characteristic for anthropometric indicators. Results of maximal grabs in impulse mode made rather sufficient contribution in system's formation that is confirmed by great quantity of correlations. Analysis of character, strength and orientation of correlations witnesses about informative potential of this test and permits to recommend it as screening for control of sportsmen's state. Conclusions: we determined that indicators of hand dynamometry system formation illustrate that for martial arts wrestlers strong grab was very important. It is ensured by strength of hand muscles.
Purpose: to form system of application of self-regulation psycho-physical means on mature and aged people. Material: experimental (n=28) and control (n=26) groups consisted of 55-60 years' age man, who did not practice sports beforehand and who had low mobile way of life. All man had no pathology in their health. All they gave written consent for participation in the research. The complex of special exercises was practiced every day during 20-30 minutes. We regularly registered indicators of heart beats rate during autogenous trainings in first, second and third weeks of psycho-physical means' application: autogenous trainings and exercises of special gymnastic. Results: we worked out a variant of autogenous training, which implies visualization of some objects. Such approach facilitates relaxation and creation of rejuvenation and health improvement image. We also developed special gymnastic on the base of Taoist health related physical exercises. Autogenous training, in combination with special exercises qigong cause changes, required for economic functioning of organism. Autogenous training greatly influence on heart beats rate. Change of this indicators is especially noticeable in first week of autogenous training's practicing. Combination of special qigong exercises and autogenous training renders positive influence on vegetative balance and orthostatic stability of elderly people. We worked out the structure of psycho-physical means for rising mature and older people's functional state. Conclusions: the offered system slows down the temps of ageing and activates adaptation mechanisms. It permits to compensate negative changes in organism. We marked out three
Abstract. Purpose: to substantiate, work out and experimentally prove modified test for assessment of students' with health problems functional potentials. Material: in the research students and girl students of 18-20 years' age (n=522) participated. According to the worked out modification of test during 30 seconds student ascended on bench (h=43 cm) and descended from it. Then pulse was measured three times. In total the test took 4 minutes. Results: For working out the scale for interpretation of the received results we assessed new 30 seconds' modification of Harvard step-test for validity. First, for this purpose all students fulfilled modified step-test. Then after full restoration (after 20 minutes) they fulfilled its three minutes' variant. Correlation analysis of the received results showed the presence of average correlation between two samples (r=0.64). Conclusions: application of this modified variant permits for pedagogues to completely assess functional potentials of students with heath problems.
Purpose:to work out methodic of arm wrestling successfulness prognostication by morphological functional indicators and substantiate it. Material:189 sportsmen (of age 21.62 ± 0.85 years) were tested. We fulfilled goniometric testing of arms' joints (n=27) and hand dynamometry (n=50). Characteristics of physiological tremor were studied (n=29). Strength of forearm's muscles was determined (n=33) as well as the strength of hand fingers' extensors separately (n=50 Besides, prognosis implies summing up of these coefficients for achievement of one of prognostic thresholds. The value of these thresholds was determined at level of ± 13, that corresponds to 95% (p<0.05) probability. Achievement of threshold + 13 and more means sportsman's successfulness higher level. In case of lower threshold achievement successfulness probability is low. Conclusions:the conducted researches permitted to work out methodic of arm wrestling successfulness prognostication by morphological functional indicators and substantiate it. The offered methodic is based on sequential analysis by Wald and is a simple, informative and objective tool of arm-wrestlers' condition control.
