Abstract. Purpose: substantiation of purposefulness of fitness yoga application for strengthening of special health groups' girl students' psycho-physical condition and psycho-social health at physical culture training and recreation classes. Material: trainings were practiced twice a week in 2 groups with 20 girl students in every group. Each training session lasted 60 minutes. The following indicators were registered: pressing ups in lying position; torso bending during 30 sec. from lying on back position; rising legs up to 90 degrees angle in hanging position; long jump from the spot; forward torso bending; test for coordination. Health condition was determined by express assessment of physical health. Results: in both groups girl students' backbone mobility increased (р<0/05). First group's girl students demonstrated higher results in pressing ups in lying position during 30 sec. (by 7.34+1.2 times) and in long jump from the spot (14.2+0.4 cm). It was noticed that fitness yoga exercises render positive influence on girl students' psycho-emotional state, general physical self-feeling and physical condition. Conclusions: targeted fitness yoga exercises' influences on girl-students' organism are recommended for support and correction of their health.
Abstract.Purpose: significant increase of students' physical condition and health level at the account of application of modern power cardio training methodic. Material: 120 students (60 boys and 60 girls) participated in the research. The age of the tested was 19 years. The research took one year. We used methodic of power and functional impact on trainees' organism (HOT IRON). Such methodic is some systems of physical exercises with weights (mini-barbells), to be fulfilled under accompaniment of specially selected music. Results: we showed advantages of power-cardio and fitness trainings in students' health improvement and in elimination obesity. Control tests showed experimental group students achieved confidently higher physical indicators. Boys demonstrated increase of physical strength and general endurance indicators. Girls had confidently better indicators of physical strength, flexibility and general endurance. Increase of control group students' body mass can be explained by students' insufficient physical activity at trainings, conducted as per traditional program. Conclusions: students' trainings by power-cardio methodic with application HOT IRON exercises facilitate development the following physical qualities: strength and endurance in boys and strength, flexibility and endurance in girls. Besides, it was found that such systems of exercises facilitate normalization of boys' body mass and correction of girls' constitution.
Purpose: to work out methodic, facilitating successful conduct of health related trainings of students withy weakened motor (physical) fitness. Material: in the research 47 students with weakened motor fitness participated. Analysis of indicators of morbidity frequency and duration was carried out on the base of medical records’ studying during all academic year. Experimental methodic consisted of three chapters: execution of specifically selected Hatha yoga static postures, breathing exercises and boxing techniques. Breathing exercises were grouped in four complexes. Every complex was fulfilled during 6 trainings, after each of them the next followed. Results: it was found that frequency and duration of diseases statistically confidently decreased in academic year. It was shown that formation of healthy life style skills statistically confidently improved. Conclusions: we have determined: increased students’ interest to physical culture practicing; reduction of frequency and duration of diseases; higher level of formation of healthy life style skills.
Abstract. Purpose: to study indicators of general and special physical condition on different stages of macro-cycle training. Material: in testing qualified boxers -28 sportsmen -participated. Characteristics of general and special fitness were registered. Results: it was found that structure of general and special physical qualities can be described by 9 factors, explaining about 80% of total sample variance. It was also determined that factorial structure of general and special physical fitness indicators does not change depending on stages of trainings. At every of the tested stages the marked out factors do not depend on each other. These factors are separate necessary sides of training. It was found that on general preparation stage of training these factors characterize sides of fitness: effectiveness of punches of strong and weak arms; special speed and power endurance; general endurance and strength of muscles (hands' flexors); specific sensor-motor reaction; condition of upper girdle muscles; general speed and power endurance; speed of punch movement. Conclusions: when distributing training means and loads it is necessary to uniformly doze correlation of means for all marked out factors. It ensures growth of boxers' spots results.
Abstract. Purpose: to clear up effectiveness of learning-education process for counteraction of students' harmful passion to computer games' ubiquity. Material: 1 st -3 rd year students (main health group) were the objects of the research. In total they were 952 boys and 523 girls. In 1 st year students' academic groups testing was carried out ant the beginning of academic year (October); in academic groups of 1 st -3 rd year students the testing was at the end of academic year (May). Results: it was found that among 1 st year boy students ubiquity of computer gaming as well as time losses, connected with it are higher than among girl students. Educational process is not sufficiently effective in struggle against computer gaming. For girls, this passion is not dangerous in general. In the course of study at HEE, the strength of this passion reduces independent on sex. Conclusions: for increase of educational process's effectiveness and improvement of students' life quality it is necessary to consider personal features of boy students as well as to organize health related measures with the help of health related physical culture means.
Purpose : a significant increase in the level of everyday motor activity of students. It is intended to use the collection and exchange of data on the daily mobility of students in popular online networks and mobile applications. Identify the prospects for using social networks and mobile applications in the control and management of the body weight of students. Material : The study involved students (n = 30, age 19-20 years). Admission to the group occurred by sending out invitations to social networks. The main criteria for selecting female students are the same age and absence of diseases. Also taken into account the indicators of the body weight of female students. It was used the following methods for assessing the level of physical condition of female students: control over the body weight (weighing), time parameters of recovery of the body after performing a test load (sample with 30 sit-ups). To evaluate the results of the studies, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test was used. Results : multidirectional dynamics of changes in body weight data was detected among female students. In the control group, there was a slight increase in body weight. In the experimental group, a significant decrease in body weight was found. The recovery time significantly decreased by an average of 7±1 seconds (experimental group) and by 2±1 seconds (control group). The volume of daily motor activity of female students of both groups significantly increased. The students of the experimental group have higher rates of motor activity. Conclusions : the possibilities of using social networks and mobile applications are shown to increase the daily motor activity of students and the possibility of correcting body weight.
Abstract. Purpose: analysis of modern directions of physical culture education scientific and practical problems' solution in higher educational establishment of health related orientation. Material: analysis of publications in scientific journals. Results: we have shown significance of student's physical functioning as the basis of his motor, coordination and mental qualities' development. Main difficulties of existing physical education practice have been cleared up. It has been found that prevailing training of physical qualities at physical culture classes does not solve the problem of students' health strengthening. Ways to application of additional health related physical culture trainings have been shown. Transition to such trainings opens opportunities for creation a new concept, permits to effectively and relatively quickly implement its main ideas and principles in practice of HEE education. Conclusions: content of additional (health related) physical culture training envisages prevailing orientation on health related, general developing and sport-recreational tasks. With it first attention shall be paid to formation of physical, psychic and social-moral health as well as to personality-oriented approach in system of individual choice of physical culture means.
The purpose of the work: analysis of effectiveness of trainings in sport section by health related program, oriented on formation of professionally important qualities for students with weakened motor fitness. Material and methods: in the research students of main and preparatory health groups participated. We formed experimental group of students with weakened motor fitness (n=47, age 21.14±0.36 years). In sport section trainings, in this group special complex of exercises for attention, static exercises from Hatha yoga and breathing exercises by A.N. Strelnikova's system were applied. Control group included students with higher motor fitness (n=40, age 21.44±0.26 age). Statistical distinctions in age between control and experimental groups were not confident (p>0.05). For determination of weakened motor fitness we conducted six pedagogic tests. Results: we worked out training program, consisting of four parts: exercises for attention, specially selected Hatha yoga static postures, breathing exercises and technical actions from chosen kind of sports. It was found that all indicators (left and right hands' strength, vital capacity of lungs, breathing pause after inhale, heart beats rate in rest, Romberg's test, Kopylov's test) statistically confidently (p<0.05-0.01) improved after pedagogic experiment. It was also found that level of students' motor fitness formation increased (p<0.05-0.01) by tests: long jump from the spot, chin ups on high bar, shuttle run 3 х 10 meters, run during six minutes, forward bents. It was shown that formation of personality's professionally important qualities increased statistically confidently (р<0.05) practically by all tested parameters, with the only exclusion: awareness of significance of own study for modern society. Conclusions: The received data about motor fitness level formation and students' interest to physical exercises' practicing permit to plan physical culture classes. The purpose of such classes is to form personality's professionally important qualities: concentration of attention, interpersonal communication, resistance to stresses of different character, acquiring knowledge and skills in independent practicing of physical culture.
