This article discusses the implementation of innovative technologies in the process of training students of a pedagogical university. The purpose of the study: to develop a set of didactic games for students - future teachers and experimentally prove the effectiveness of its implementation to enhance their creative pedagogical development. The experimental study was attended by full-time, part-time and evening students (n=286) of the Pedagogical Institute. Students of the experimental group implemented a set of special didactic games (n=14) in extracurricular activities during the school year. Didactic games were implemented by students independently on the basis of a university-wide student scientific society at the center of the council of students and student scientific initiatives. Didactic games for research and practical implementation were differentiated by target, long-term and structural features. The obtained statistical data in the study (p<0.05) proved the effectiveness of introducing a variety of didactic games in extracurricular time of students without the participation of teachers, in the mode of independent control over the process of their conduct. The didactic games implemented during the school year had a significant positive impact on creative pedagogical development through raising the level of creative well-being, communication skills and pedagogical improvisation of students. The study revealed new scientific data on the processes of increasing creative extracurricular activities of students and patterns that exist in the studied pedagogical science on this issue. This is one of the key conditions for improving the quality of professional training of future teachers.

Russian universities switched to distance students learning for before the global pandemic threat. Physical education departments are also required to provide students with distance learning opportunities. The organization of high-quality distance learning in physical education of students is not an easy task for most Russian universities. The purpose of the research-analysis of the level of effectiveness of using distance learning methods in the physical education of students in self-isolation during the COVID-19. Effectiveness criteria of distance learning: the quantity, quality and speed of completion of distance tasks. The research participants-347 students. The research period-30 days. It was revealed that medical students have a significant (Р<0.05) advantage in the speed and number of completed distance tasks. Humanities and technical students have lower scores. The completed tasks quality is evaluated moderate scores. Can be explained moderate and low scores by the lack of students' motivation to perform distance learning tasks. Dissatisfaction of the majority of students with a large academic workload and lack of motor training sessions was revealed. Improving the quality of distance learning of physical education of students is necessary. Students want to reduce the number of theoretical tasks and more motor training sessions use.

To analyze the influence of health-related fitness on the condition of second mature aged women. Participants: 65 women divided into two groups. Group 1–40 women, (43.33 ± 0.93) years old and group 2–25 women (44.40 ± 0.93) years old. The participants trained for 8 months, three times a week for 1 h. Group 1 trained dance aerobics (Monday), strength fitness (Wednesday) and stretching (Friday). Group 2 trained only stretching. The body length and mass, handgrip strength test, vital capacity, blood pressure, heart rate, Stange and Genchi tests, and motion amplitude in joints were evaluated before and after the program. The significance of the differences between the groups was evaluated by Student’s criterion (t) and Rosenbaum (Q). The different intensity of the health-related effect was confirmed at the end of the program. Physiometric indicators significantly increased in group 1. The complex physical activity led to a decrease in heart rate. The results of the Stange and Genchi tests significantly increased. Goniometric indicators of group 2 increased. The comparative analysis of the participants indicators confirms the generalized and higher health-related effect of the complex fitness program. The effect of such a program showed an increase of the adaptive potential, a significant increase in the functional capabilities of women, and the optimization of the studied indicators. With the same time expenditure for health-related fitness, the complex program has a more multifaceted effect in comparison with stretching.
