Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah secara resmi memberikan ijin bagi diselenggarakannya pendidikan sekolah rumah atau homeschooling bagi masyarakat Indonesia yang menginginkannya. Dan legalitas kegiatan pendidikan ini ada di bawah payung Derektorat Jendral Non-Formal dan Informal. Penyelenggara pendidikan sekolah rumah adalah keluarga-keluarga yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Salah satu sisi kelebihan dari sekolah rumah adalah pada fleksibilitas waktu belajar, dimana guru (yang adalah orangtua siswa) dan siswa dapat mengambil waktu belajar sesuai dengan situasi mereka, dan proses belajar-mengajarnya dapat dilakukan berulang-ulang sesuai kebutuhan siswa, sampai siswa dapat menguasai materi yang dipelajarinya. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menerapkan sistem e-learning pada komunitas sekolah rumah di daerah Tangerang. Dengan adanya teknologi e-learning maka para penyelenggara sekolah rumah dapat memanfaatkan teknologi ini untuk mendukung proses belajar-mengajar dan berbagi sumberdaya pembelajaran. Dengan demikian e-learning akan dapat meningkatkan mutu, efisiensi serta efektivitas pembelajaran para penyelenggara dan peserta sekolah rumah. Untuk menerapkan sistem e-learning yang efektif, perlu dilakukan metode pengembangan sistem, yaitu mulai dari analisis karakteristik penyelenggara dan peserta sekolah rumah beserta kebutuhannya, desain sistem, implementasi sistem, serta evaluasi dari penerapan sistem e-learning tersebut. This research aims at finding the way to develop the assessment for learning of the humanistic (AfL-H) model in Mathematics at elementary schools. This is developmental research of the Hopkins & Clark model. The experimental subjects are 67 mathematics teachers and 375 elementary students in Grade. The data were analyzed in two stages using qualitative and quantitative methods. The experiment of the AfL-H model uses repeated measures analysis. The research results indicate that the AfL-H model developed here has the following main characteristics: 1. the learning provides greater fairness and respects all (learners), and 2. The assessment respects each student's varied abilities based on their own abilities. Several findings in this research are: (1) students receive greater respects regarding the abilities they have in the assessment; (2) the information obtained using the AfL-H model is accurate and as actually needed by students, (3) the application of the AfL-H model in mathematics learning improves student's motivation, confidence, self-awareness, behavior during learning, and ability in Mathematics, and (4) students' learning progress is shown by individual and class profiles.
Tolerance in the pluralism and multiculturalism is a demand. The diversity requires a unity through the acceptance and appreciation, furthers, it is a cooperative attitude that upholds the value of harmony. The aim of this research is to analyze and describe how the students' tolerance behavior in a religious-based primary school in the gender perspective. The distinct attitude on the male and female students in the daily basis heightens the fact of this case in tolerance also happened among them. Employing the qualitative method, this study implemented case study. The result shows that there is a distinct tolerance behavior to the male and female students in religious-based primary school. The male students tend to be more ignorant towards the differences; meanwhile; the female students are more sensitive towards the diversity in their environment.
This study aims to develop textbooks to write children's stories based on the education character for fourth grade students of Muhammadiyah elementary school in Surakarta Indonesia, and also to improve students' skills in writing children's stories that are included the education character in it. The subjects of this study are students and teachers. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The methods of the data collection are through questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation study, supported by Focus Group Discussion and field notes. The analysis data used in this study is techniques of peer-debriefing by analyzing in depth to the subject. The discussion of the result of the data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of this study prove that; (1) based on the results of the exploratory study, it is proved that many elementary schools which do not have textbooks with special specifications to help students in writing children's stories, that's 100%; (2) based on the results of the Focus Group Discussion it allows to be internalized the characters education into textbooks of children's stories; (3) the product prototypes of the textbooks in writing children's stories based on character education for fourth grade students of elementary school.
Abstrak: Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Profitabilitas Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pangsa pasar (market share), leverage, intensitas modal, pertumbuhan penjualan dan total assets baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan manufaktur yang listed di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kausalitas, sampel yang digunakan 86 perusahaan dan 329 pengamatan. Data diambil dengan metode purposive sampling. Intensitas modal dan total assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan market share (pangsa pasar), leverage dan pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.Kata Kunci: Market Share, Leverage, Intensitas Modal, Pertumbuhan penjualan, Total Assets, Profitabilitas Abstract: Determinant Factors Influencing The Profitability of ManufacturingCompanies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research aimed to know the influence of market share, Leverage, Capital Intensity, growth of sales and Total Assets either partially or simultaneous to the profitability of the manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research included research of causality, the sample used 86 companies and 329 observations. The data were taken with purposive sampling method. The intensity of capital and total assets turnover had a positive and significant effect on profitability, while market share, leverage and sales growth had no effect on the profitability.
PENDEKATAN COGNITIVE MORAL SEBAGAI KERANGKA PENGEMBANGAN BAHAN AJAR PPKN DI SEKOLAH DASARAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran PPKn sebagai wahana pendidikan moral dan relevansi pendekatan cognitive moral sebagai kerangka pengembangan bahan ajar PPKn untuk membelajarkan nilai-nilai moral. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah 122 siswa kelas V sekolah dasar dan 4 guru pengampu Mata Pelajaran PPKn pada empat kecamatan di Kota Salatiga. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Temuan hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman kemudian disajikan melalui teks narasi deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran PPKn belum merepresentasikan pendidikan moral. Kedua, guru tidak melaksanakan pembelajaran moral yang terencana dan sistematis dalam pembelajaran PPKn. Ketiga, pengetahuan siswa tentang moral rendah. Keempat, siswa mengalami miskonsepsi terhadap substansi dan tujuan PPKn. Kelima, muatan PPKn pada buku tematik Kurikulum 2013 tidak menguraikan materi tentang moral. Keenam, pendekatan cognitive moral melalui cerita dilema relevan sebagai solusi pengembangan bahan ajar PPKn untuk membelajarkan moral di sekolah dasar. The study was descriptive analytical research using a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were 122 fourth-grade students of elementary school and 4 teachers of civics education in four districts in Salatiga City. The data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documents. The data were analyzed using interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman model and presented through descriptive narrative texts. The results show that first, civic education learning has not yet represented moral education. Second, teachers do not carry out planned and systematic moral learning in civics education learning. Third, students’ moral comprehension is still low. Fourth, students have misconceptions about the substance and the purpose of civics educationlearning. Fifth, the content of civics education in the thematic book of Curriculum 2013 does not include the material related to moral learning. Sixth, the cognitive moral approach through the dilemma story is relevant as a solution for the development of civics education instructional materials to teach morals in the elementary school.Keywords:cognitive moral, civic education, elementary school education
Kontes Robot Sepak Bola Indonesia (KRSBI) is an annual event for contestants to compete their design and robot engineering in the field of robot soccer. Each contestant tries to win the match by scoring a goal toward the opponent's goal. In order to score a goal, the robot needs to find the ball, locate the goal, then kick the ball toward goal. We employed an omnidirectional vision camera as a visual sensor for a robot to perceive the object's information. We calibrated streaming images from the camera to remove the mirror distortion. Furthermore, we deployed PeleeNet as our deep learning model for object detection. We fine-tuned PeleeNet on our dataset generated from our image collection. Our experiment result showed PeleeNet had the potential for deep learning mobile platform in KRSBI as the object detection architecture. It had a perfect combination of memory efficiency, speed and accuracy.
Supervision is part of school-based management. Academic supervision conducted by school principals on teaching staff is very important to know the shortcomings and advantages of teaching staff in teaching. Several academic supervision techniques can be used in the implementation of supervision. This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's academic supervision techniques for teaching staff to deal with the digital era. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in SD Negeri 02 Jetis, Jaten sub-district, Karanganyar district. The results of this study were principals using the academic supervision techniques of classroom visits, where the principal observed directly the classroom learning activities. Then the principal uses personal meeting techniques while providing guidance to educators. The competence of principals is needed in carrying out supervision techniques of educators because supervision techniques are very diverse and can be implemented in accordance with the conditions in each school.
