Abstrak - Berkompetisi di era globalisasi merupakan tantangan tersendiri bagi perusahaan di dalam mengelola sumber daya manusianya agar sumber daya yang dimiliki dapat memberikan kinerja yang maksimal untuk perusahaannya. Penelitian ini berangkat dari adanya gap yang terjadi pada penelitian terdahulu mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja karyawan baik itu faktor kompensasi langsung maupun motivasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh kompensasi langsung dan motivasi memengaruhi kinerja karyawan di PT X. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data adalah uji kualitas instrumen yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis (uji t dan f) serta uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompensasi langsung dan motivasi terhadap kinerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: kinerja karyawan, kompensasi langsung, motivasi.
The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred since the beginning of 2020 has had a considerable impact on community life in the world, especially in Indonesia. Efforts to prevent the corona virus by implementing rules for work, study, at home. The company's performance will increase if its employees have comparable productivity. During this pandemic,enterpreneur who carry out their activities by asking their employees to remain productive by completing their work from home or what is commonly called work from home (WFH). Employee work productivity is very important in encouraging company performance so that the company can survive and compete in this Covid-19 pandemic, where employee work productivity is very effective by a new work culture called WFH. Based on the results of statistical tests which show the results that partially WFH work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Asiana Anugerah Lestari. Furthermore, the results of the unpaired t-test show that there is no significant difference between the productivity of employees who have or have not had children. This result is in line with the descriptive statistics which show that 40% of respondents said nothing at all during WFH and 60% experienced technical problems. This study aims to see the effectiveness of work in the retail industry during a pandemic and the extent to which work from home has an effect on work productivity in the food and beverage retail industry.
Affinity diagram is a popular brainstorming method for groups to visualize and organize their ideas together. These groups likely use sticky-note paper and whiteboard as their brainstorming tool. While there is simplicity in using paper, engineers develop technologies that make the process more efficient. However, despite the advantages of technologies, utilizing them in brainstorming was not widely adopted. We explore the earlier technologies proposed and their design flaws, and based on their studies, we propose a digital affinity-diagram system using the concept of concurrent engineering of distributed system and conducted an experiment to compare the productivity of group brainstorming between paper analog method and our proposed digital methods. We will report on which of the two methods is more productive and on whether the proposed system could increase the adoption of digital tools for group brainstorming.
