Abstract:The application of Integrated teaching materials in teaching and learning science is very important, to support students acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills and make the learning process more memorable. Teachers must be good at choosing methods and packaging the teaching materials well to attract students' learning interests. This study aims to examine the analysis of the development of integrated Science on Student Worksheet using the steps of cooperative methods of Student Teams Achievement Divisions type. The study was conducted using a qualitative approach (Multi-case single-site case study design). The data were collected through analytical documents and analyzed thematically with NVIVO 10 software. The results showed that the steps to develop integrated science on Student Worksheet using cooperative method of Student Teams Achievement Divisions are: (1) In Student Worksheet there must be motivation and apperception; (2) team building; (3) presentations from teachers; (4) learning activities in teams must be heterogeneous; (5) implementation of individual quizzes; (6) awarding. The results of this study are discussed with various results of previous research.
Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui effect size dari model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe numbered heads together (NHT) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran fisika kelas VIII SMP Negeri 24 Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pretest -posttest control group design. Penelitian ini melibatkan 2 kelompok belajar siswa yang berjumlah 34 siswa untuk kelas Eksperimen dan 36 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan menggunakan instrumen tes berbentuk essay pada level kognitif kemampuan berpikir kritis. Diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis pada pembelajaran fisika dengan indeks effect size sebesar 0,3. Effect size 0,3 ini menunjukkan bahwa NHT dapat menghasilkan outcome kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa sebesar 58 % lebih baik dari kelas kontrol. Kelebihan kelas eksperimen dari kelas kontrol dalam pengambilan sampel acak sebanyak 0,58 artinya pada setiap 100 sampel acak NHT dapat mempengaruhi 69 sampel untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pembelajaran fisika. © 2016 Pendidikan Fisika, FTK IAIN Raden Intan LampungKata kunci: effect size, NHT, berpikir kritis, pembelajaran fisika
This study aims to (1) develop an assessment rubric of science process skills in science teaching junior high. (2) Toknow the process for validation of the assessment rubric developed science process skills. (3) To know the response of educators to the rubric assessment of science process skills that developed.This is a research (R & D) with the procedural model that adapts the research procedures according to Borg and Gall to do more simple with 7 stages, namely (1) the potentials and problems, (2) the collection of information, (3) the design of the product, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) test the product, and (7) the revision of the product. Assessment instruments used were the feasibility assessment sheet section by using a Likert scale is made in the form of a checklist and a questionnaire teacher responses as same as a questionnaire for validation expert. Technical analysis of the data used in this study used qualitative and quantitative data. The results of this study: (1) an assessment rubric science process skills in science teaching junior high. (2) the feasibility of PPP assessment rubric developed by first and second experts is excellent, with a score after revision respectively 83.33% and 81.94%. Response science teacher at the trial product is very good with a score of 3.67. The results of this study indicate that the PPP assessment rubric developed can be used as a guideline to assess students' skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Mengembangkan rubrik asesmen keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran IPA SMP. (2) Mengetahui proses validasi rubrik asesmen keterampilan proses sains yang dikembangkan. (3) Mengetahui respon pendidik terhadap rubrik asesmen keterampilan proses sains yang dikembangkan.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian (R&D) dengan model prosedural yang mengadaptasi prosedur penelitian menurut Borg and Gall yang dapat dilakukan lebih sederhana yaitu dengan 7 tahapan yaitu (1) potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan informasi, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi Desain, (6) uji coba produk, dan (7) revisi produk. Instrumen penilaian yang digunakan adalah lembar penilaian kelayakan rubrik dengan menggunakan skala likert yang dibuat dalam bentuk checklist dan angket respon guru sama seperti angket untuk validasi ahli. Teknis analisis data digunakan yang digunakan pada penelitian ini data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini : (1) rubrik asesmen keterampilan proses sains pada pembelajaran IPA SMP. (2) kelayakan rubrik asesmen KPS yang dikembangkan menurut ahli 1, dan ahli 2 sangat baik dengan skor setelah revisi masing-masing sebesar 83,33% dan 81,94%. Respon guru IPA pada uji coba produk adalah sangat baik dengan skor 3,67. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rubrik asesmen KPS yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu pedoman untuk menilai keterampilan siswa.
The purpose of this research and development is to develop mobile game physics based on program construct 2 which is a game designed to stimulate thinking power including increasing concentration and solving problems. This research method is research and development (R & D) based on the ADDIE model which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The method of retrieving data in this study is through the results of validation and testing of respondents. The validation results obtained from 5 validators with several aspects of assessment obtained an average of 3.70 with the category "feasible", so that from the results of validations obtained from experts, the educational game developed has better quality so that it is feasible to be implemented . The results of product trials on 30 students at Bandar Lampung Middle School 24 showed an average of 3.89 with the criteria of "very interesting". From the results of the trials of respondents the physics education game is very interesting to use as an enrichment media on temperature material and its changes. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu mengembangakan mobile game eduaksi fisika berbasis program construct 2 yang merupakan permainan yang dirancang untuk merangsang daya pikir termasuk meningkatkan konsentrasi dan memecahkan masalah. Metode penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D) berdasarkan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari analisis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Cara pengambilan data pada penelitian ini yaitu melalui hasil validasi dan uji coba responden. Hasil validasi yang didapat dari 5 validator dengan beberapa aspek penilaian didapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 3,70 dengan katagori ”layak”, sehingga dari hasil validasi yang diperoleh dari para ahli, game edukasi yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik sehingga layak untuk di implementasikan. Hasil uji coba produk pada 30 peserta didik di SMP 24 Bandar Lampung didapatkan hasil rata-rata sebesar 3,89 dengan kriteria “sangat menarik”. Dari hasil uji coba responden game edukasi fisika ini sangat menarik digunakan sebagai media pengayaan pada materi suhu dan perubahannya.
This study aims to determine the effect of learning SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society) to the science process skills student. To see student process skilss researcher using test and observations. This Study included a type of quasi Ekperimental research. This study uses experimental class and control class. Sampling technique used cluster samplin. To know the difference of mastery science process skills experimental class and control class do t-test by the formula Polled varians. Analysis results showing thitung = 11,1223 while ttabel = 1,9908 with a significant level 0,05% so thitung > ttabel. H1 be accepted, there is influence of learning SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society) to the science process skills. It can be concluded that there is influence of learning SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society) to the science process skills.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pembelajaran SETS (Science, Environment, Technology, Society) terhadap keterampilan proses sains peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan cluster sampling. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan penguasaan keterampilan proses sains expekelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen dilakukan uji-t dengan rumus Polled Varians. Hasil analisis menunjukan thitung = 11,1223 sedangkan ttabel = 1,9908 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05% sehingga thitung > ttabel. H1 diterima, terdapat pengaruh model Pembelajaran SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) terhadap keterampilan proses sains. sehungga Dapat simpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SETS dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik.
