Banyak wanita diharuskan menentukan pilihan kontrasepsi karena kesulitan, tidak hanya karena terbatasnya jumlah metode yang tersedia tetapi juga karena metode-metode tertentu mungkin tidak dapat diterima sehubungan dengan kebijakan nasional KB, kesehatan individual dan seksualitas wanita atau biaya untuk memperoleh kontrasepsi. Ada beberapa kemungkinan kurang berhasilnya program KB antaranya dipengaruhi oleh tingkat pengetahuan ibu dan faktor pendukung lainnya. Untuk mempunyai sikap yang positif tentang KB diperlukan pengetahuan yang baik, demikian sebaliknya bila pengetahuan kontrasepsi suntik kurang maka kepatuhan menjalani program KB berkurang. Mengetahui gambaran pemakaian dan kepatuhan jadwal penyuntikan ulang kontrasepsi suntik di Desa Jatiroto Kecamatan Buayan Kabupaten Kebumen Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 akseptor kb suntik yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisa deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwaMayoritas responden patuh dalam jadwal penyuntikan ulang kontrasepsi suntik (80%). Mayoritas responden merupakan pengguna KB Suntik 3 Bulanan (52.0%). Mayoritas responden menggunakan KB suntik dengan alasan alat kontasepsi efektif (72.0%). Mayoritas responden mengalami keluhan nyeri payudara ringan (23.0%). Mayoritas responden dengan lama penggunaan KB suntik selama 6 bulan (49.0%). Education was a universal phenomenon and happened throughout human life. Especially in the success of achievement, student learning achievement was still relatively low today so that it could affect problems in student psychology. Factors that affected learning achievement were self efficacy. The purpose of this study was to prove the correlation between self efficacy and learning achievement in Elementary School 1 Krian Sidoarjo District. The design of this study was correlational with a cross sectional approach. The population was all 6th grade elementary school students as many as 54 students which used total sampling techniques and sample 54 respondent . The independent variable was self efficacy and the dependent variable was learning achievement. Data was taken using questionnaires. The results showed that 28 people (100%) of the 54 respondents, most of them had high self efficacy and satisfying learning achievement. This showed that H1 was accepted which meant that there was a correlation between self efficacy and learning achievement in Elementary School 1 Krian, Sidoarjo District. A good self-efficacy from oneself could affect his learning achievement. People who had high beliefs with their abilities tended to succeed, while people who had low beliefs with their abilities tended to fail.
Children's ability in doing toilet training was influenced by children's physical, psychological and emotional readiness, there had to be a positive role from parents especially mothers in the toilet training process. Problem that often encountered was many mothers who did not teach toilet training and letting children urinating or defecating in not appropriate place. The purpose of this study was to study the correlation of mother’s role with the ability of toilet training in children in PAUD and Miftahul Qulub Gondang Kindergarten. The study design was correlational analytic with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were all mothers of PAUD students and Miftahul Qulub Gondang Kindergarten as many as 92 respondents. The sample was taken by the total sampling technique as many as 92 respondents. Data were collected using the questionnaire of mother’s role and questionnaire of children’s toilet training ability which had been tested for validity with 10 respondents, then collected with a statistical distribution (crosstab) presented in table form. The results showed that most mothers were able to do toilet training (82.4%). Mother with positive role could make children doing their toilet training. There was correlation of mother’s role with the ability of children’s toilet training in PAUD and Miftahul Qulub Kindergarten, Gondang. If mother's role was positive then children would succeed in conducting toilet training because the mother's role was one of the factors that strongly supported children’s ability in toilet training. Besides, mother with good teaching method would make successful toilet training process in children.
Society has important role in helping poor mother who has under five child to give proper diet. The purpose of the research was to analyze the correlation of society role on nutrition care pattern by positive deviance mother from poor families in Mojokerto Regency East Java. This research design was using case control with case population that were poor mothers with healthy under-five and control population were poor mothers with nutritious problem under-five child. Number of case group samples were 78 people and control group were 41 people. Sampling technique used multi stage sampling. Data collection using questionnaires that have been tested validity and reliability test to 30 people. Data analysis using chi square statistic test. The result of this research showed that the role of society in positive deviance mothers is sufficient as much as 37 people (46.84%). In non-positive deviance the role of society is deficient as many as 35 people (85.37%). = 0.000 and value α = 0,05, meant there was relation of society role with pattern of nutrition care of positive deviance mother. The role of society made the mothers motivated to provide good nutrition in their under five children.
Nutrition fulfill was an important thing to be considered in increasing the nutrition status of under-fives, because under five years old children had rapid growth phase. Therefore, the intake of nutrition need to get more attention. The purpose of this research was to analyze the correlation between self-efficacy of mother from poor families with nutritional parenting pattern of under-fives in the area of Mojokerto Regency East Java. The research design used case control with case population which was poor mother with healthy under-fives and control population was poor mother with under-fives who had nutritional problems. The number of sample was 79 people for case group and 41 people for control group. The sampling technique used multi stage sampling. The data collection used questionnaire which had beed tested the validity and reliability to 30 people. The data analysis used statistic chi square test. The research result showed that the correlation of self-efficacy with good parenting pattern as many as 68 people (81,0%) the analysis result with chi square obtained uji p = 0,000, self-efficacy with good love pattern as many as 52 people (61,9 %) the result analysis with chi square test obtained p = 0,000, self-efficacy with sharpening pattern as many as 57 people (67,9%) the analysis result of chi square test obtained p = 0,000, self-efficacy with nutritional parenting pattern as many as 44 people (52,4%) the result of analysis with chi square test obtained p = 0.001, value of α = 0,05, meant there was correlation between self-efficacy with nutritional parenting pattern of under-fives. The nutritional parenting of under-fives was important to be considered because it had huge impact and prolonged impact on health status, physic and mental development, and also the productivity of children when they grew up, so self-efficacy was needed to give nutrition to their under-fives.
