A piecewise constant model is often applied to model data in many fields. Several noises can be added in the piecewise constant model. This paper proposes the piecewise constant model with a gamma multiplicative noise and a method to estimate a parameter of the model. The estimation is done in a Bayesian framework. A prior distribution for the model parameter is chosen. The prior distribution for the parameter model is multiplied with a likelihood function for the data to build a posterior distribution for the parameter. Because a number of models are also parameters, a form of the posterior distribution for the parameter is too complex. A Bayes estimator cannot be calculated easily. A reversible jump Monte Carlo Markov Chain (MCMC) is used to find the Bayes estimator of the model parameter. A result of this paper is the development of the piecewise constant model and the method to estimate the model parameter. An advantage of this method can simultaneously estimate the constant piecewise model parameter.
Abstrak 's education (p=0.290), parents' income (p=0.356) and respondents' religiosity (p=0.489). The result of logistic regression analysis showed that respondents' income was the most dominant factor affecting early marriage in women. Conclusion the most significant factor related to early marriage was respondents' income.
<p>Salah satu kecakapan yang diperlukan di era global adalah literasi matematika. Literasi matematika merujuk pada kemampuan individu untuk memformulasikan, menggunakan, dan menginterpretasikan matematika dalam berbagai konteks dengan penguasaan teknologi informasi. Penilaian literasi matematika siswa usia 15 tahun secara internasional diukur melalui PISA (<em>Programme for International Student Assessment</em>)<em> </em>yang diselenggarakan oleh OECD (<em>Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development</em>). Dalam menyambut PISA 2021 mengasah kemampuan bernalar siswa dapat dilakukan dengan pembiasaan menemukan solusi dari soal-soal tes yang mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi.</p>
Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimanakah pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial dan dampak pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar di kecamatan Baraka Kabupaten Enrekang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dan dampak pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar di Baraka. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif, meliputi rangkaian kegiatan yang sistematik untuk mendapatkan jawaban atas permasalahan yang diajukan. Jika dilihat dari jenis dan obyek yang diteliti, maka penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian studi kasus dengan maksud memberikan gambaran tentang pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar di Baraka. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar adalah suatu cara untuk membentuk karakter dan kerukunan anatara pelajar sehingga keharmonisan dan kerja sama akan terjalin baik antar kelas maupun antar sekolah. Dan pada akhirnya akan melahirkan generasi-generasi yang berkarakter yang dapat membawa perubahan yang lebih baik untuk bangsa dan negara dan dampak pola pembentukan solidaritas sosial dalam kelompok sosial antara pelajar di Baraka adalah terjadinya hubungan kerja sama, terjadinya keharmonisan, terhindarnya dari berbagai jenis konflik terciptanya keamanan, ketentraman dan tentunya hal yang paling penting adalah terbentuknya karakter pelajar yang mencerminkan sosok pelajar yang akan menjadi generasi emas di masa yang akan datang. Disamping itu pemerintah dengan mudah merekrut karyawan yang akan di posisikan sesuai dengan keahlian masing-masing.
This paper proposes the important issues in signal segmentation. The signal is disturb ed b y multiplicative noise where the numb er of segments is unknown. A Bayesian approach is proposed to estimate the parameter. The parameter includes the numb er of segments, the location of the segment, and the amplitude. The posterior distrib ution for the parameter does not have a simple equation so that the Bayes estimator is not easily determined. Reversib le Jump Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) method is adopted to overcome the prob lem. The Reversib le Jump MCMC m ethod creates a Markov chain whose distrib ution is close to the posterior distrib ution. The performance of the algorithm is shown b y simulation data. The result of this simulation shows that the algorithm works well. As an application, the algorithm is used to segment a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) signal. The advantage of this method is that the numb er of segments, the position of the segment change, and the amplitude are estimated simultaneously.

A commonly used strategy firm market orientation and innovation (Narver and Slater, 1990). Salman (2015) describes the continuous innovation in the enterprise is the basic requirement for the creation of competitive advantage. Innovation is seen as a mechanism for companies to adapt to a dynamic environment.Product innovation is one of the effects of competitive advantage by Han et al (1998). Li (2000) found there are significant competitive advantage with performance through sales volume, the rate of profit, market share, and return on investment. Competitive advantage has the strength to compete with other companies and products remain in demand so that customers competitive advantages have a positive influence on the increase marketing performance. Several studies have shown a strong correlation between market orientation and corporate performance (Matsuno et al., 2000), whereas the results of contradiction is found (Han et al., 1998;Jaworski and Kohli, 1993). The research found that the market orientation affect the performance of the organization (Bhuian, 1998; Deshpande et al., 1993; Harris and Ogboma, 2001;Jaworski and Kohli, 1993;Matsuno and Mentzer, 2000;Pitt et al., 1996;Selnes et al ., 1996).Innovation related to the performance of the company, has been discovered by (Damanpour and Evan, 1984;Zahra, de Belardino, and Boxx, 1988) is different from the findings of Mavondo et al.
