Purpose This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on trust, satisfaction and loyalty by adopting two models, namely, conventional service quality model from Parasuraman and information systems (IS) success model from Delone and McLean. Design/methodology/approach Respondents of this study were users of shared-motorcycle services who filled out a complete questionnaire totaling 507. This research used a second-order structural equation model. All question items had quite high reliability and validity based on the result of confirmatory factor analysis with a value of average variance extracted and composite reliability which was higher than 0.70. The goodness of fit was quite good with the values x2/df = 2.493, incremental fit index = 0.921, Tucker-Lewis index = 0.917, comparative fit index = 0.921 and root-mean-square error of approximation = 0.054. Findings Online and offline ride-sharing services reveal a strong and positive influence on trust and satisfaction. Trust reveals a strong and positive influence on satisfaction and loyalty. Finally, satisfaction reveals a strong and positive influence on loyalty. The research in general shows that the quality of offline service is more influential than the quality of online service in the case of ride-sharing service provided by two companies in Indonesia. Research limitations/implications The sampling frame of the research was diverse, including students of various collages and junior high schools, various private company workers and government employees. So, the results cannot be generalized to all populations especially to all Indonesian customers. It is recommended to increase the number of samples by focusing on the community groups of customers of public motorbikes, so that these groups can be compared. Next, the research finds that both service quality based on IS and service quality models reveal a strong and positive influence on loyalty both directly and indirectly. Originality/value The research uses respondents who use motorcycle services both online and offline. The findings of the research are important for online and offline ride-sharing motorbike service providers. They have to maintain their excellent services to the customers.
This study aimed to detect and evaluate the genetic mutation from mutagenized soybean by RAPD markers. Soybean seeds of “Grobogan” variety were treated with two different concentrations of EMS (0.5% and 1%) and three incubation times (4, 6 and 8 h). DNA whole-genome was isolated from young leaf seedling with the Qiagen DNeasy Plant Mini Kit. Twenty OPA primers (OPA-1 to OPA-20) were used for DNA amplification. The results showed that EMS treatments successfully generated genetic variation in soybean, which indicated by high values of PIC, EMR, and MI. RAPD primers that effective to detect the mutation were OPA-2, OPA-07, OPA-10, OPA-11, OPA-12, OPA-13, OPA-14, OPA-15, OPA-16, OPA-18 and OPA-20. The band expression of those primers was exhibited a stronger intensity along with increasing of EMS concentration and incubation time used in this study. Treatment of 0.5% EMS in 6 hours incubation was successfully generated soybean mutants with the lowest genetic similarity compared to the wild-type. Thus, this study provides a new approach to generate genetic variability in soybean and has the potential to improve for soybean breeding program.
DNA Barcoding is recommended as a tool for identifying and confirming species within the taxonomy framework. The rbcL gene is the barcode DNA for plant species. Ternate Island is one of clove plantation center in North Maluku. The diversity and productivity of cloves on the Ternate island known since in earlier times. This study has a purpose to amplify the rbcL gene in clove plants collected from clove plantations of communities in Ternate island. Isolation of total DNA carried out with using ZymoBiomic (Zymo Research DNA Extraction) Kit from leaves tissue, then DNA specimen is amplified based on rbcL gene with forwarding sequence rbcLaF 5′-ATG TCA CCA CAA ACA GAG ACT AAA GC-3′ and reverse sequence is rbcLaR 5′-GTA AAA TCA AGT CCA CCR CG-3′. The results showed that the specimen was successfully amplified with an amplicon size of 600 bp. Furthermore, BLASTN analysis results note that the sequence has a similarity of 99% with Syzygium cumini vc. J.R. Abbott 23676 (FLAS) ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase large subunit (rbcL) gene, but phylogenetically the precise position of sample could not found because the limitation of rbcL gene.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa teori belajar kognitif Bruner dari kajian studi pustaka yang relevan dan mendeskripsikan implikasi teori belajar kognitif Bruner dalam model pembelajaran kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research, teknik pengumpulan data studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian studi pustaka menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Bruner menganggap manusia sebagai pemikir, pemroses, dan pencipta informasi; (2) tiga proses kognitif yang berlangsung dalam belajar yaitu: memperoleh informasi baru, transformasi pengetahuan, dan evaluasi; (3) supaya pengetahuan dapat dengan mudah ditransformasikan perlu memperhatikan empat tema pendidikan untuk perkembangan siswa yaitu; struktur pengetahuan, kesiapan, intuisi dan motivasi; (4) proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik melalui tiga tahapan perkembangan kognitif yaitu: enaktif, ikonik, dan simbolik tetapi urutan tahapan berpikir atau perkembangan kognitif tersebut tidak dikaitkan dengan usia siswa, Bruner lebih menekankan bagaimana siswa mengeksplorasi potensi yang dimiliki; (5) Bruner mengembangkan model belajar penemuan atau discovery learning. Model pembelajaran discovery learning yang dikembangkan Bruner dengan tiga tahapan perkembangan kognitif siswa (enaktif, ikonik, dan simbolik) merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum 2013 di Indonesia.

The matter used in this evaluat</em><em>ion w</em><em>as 70 beef cattle farmers in Sleman </em><em>Regency</em><em>, using survey method. The result showed that beef cattle farmer profit by intensive system was Rp 36</em><em>,943</em><em>,964/year or Rp 3</em><em>,078</em><em>,663</em><em>.7/month while by conventional system Rp 3</em><em>,732</em><em>,135</em><em>.56 /year or Rp 311</em><em>,011</em><em>.3/ month. Rentability of beef cattle farmer by intensive system 46,3 % and conventional system 29,9 %. Bayi dengan Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) merupakan penyebab ke dua kematian bayi di Jawa tengah. Bayi yang lahir dengan BBLR perlu mendapatkan penanganan yang serius, karena pada kondisi tersebut bayi mudah sekali mengalami gangguan. Bayi dengan BBLR memiliki resiko untuk mengalami gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dimasa depan (Kemenkes RI, 2016 ; Dinkes Jateng, 2016; Surami, 2003). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan berat badal lahir dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian dilaksanakan tanggal 11 Juli -21 Agustus 2019 diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Ungaran, Leyangan dan Banyubiru. Sampel penelitian ini adalah balita usia 0 – 5 tahun yang berjumlah 137 responden.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengukuran pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita. Hasil Penelitian dianalisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi Square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan responden dengan riwayat berat lahir normal 86 (62,8%), riwayat berat lahir rendah 51 (37,2%). Status pertumbuhan Normal 83 (60.6%), sangat pendek 45 (32,8%), dan pendek 9 (6,6%) responden. Status perkembangan dengan kategori normal 78 (56,9%) dan kategori suspect 59 (43,1%) responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik dengan chi square didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara berat badan lahir dengan pertumbuhan balita dengan p value = 0.025 dan OR = 0.415, dan terdapat hubungan secara statistik antara berat badan lahir dengan perkembangan balita dengan p value = 0.000 dan OR = 4.880.Terdapat hubungan antara berat badan lahir dengan pertumbuhan balita. Terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan signifikan antara berat badan lahir dengan perkembangan balita. Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada orang tua untuk lebih maksimal dalam melakukan stimulasi perkembangan anak dan bagi petugas kesehatan untuk melakukan deteksi dini prenatal untuk mencegah terjadinya BBLR.Kata Kunci : Berat badan lahir, pertumbuhan, perkembangan
