AbstrakPeriode emas tumbuh kembang seorang anak dimulai sejak anak dalam kandungan hingga berusia dua tahun. Wanita hamil dan anak-anak usia dibawah 5 tahun berada pada risiko tertinggi micronutrient deficiencies (MNDs), masalah pertumbuhan, penurunan intelektual, komplikasi perinatal dan meningkatnya risiko morbiditas dan mortalitas. Oleh karena itu ibu hamil memerlukan program edukasi tentang nutrisi yang tepat untuk kesehatan ibu dan janin. Edukasi berbasis keluarga sesuai program keluarga sehat dapat meningkatkan intensi untuk mengubah perilaku kesehatan. Menurut Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), bahwa intensi untuk mengubah perilaku dipengaruhi oleh sikap, norma subjektif dan persepsi kontrol perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh edukasi berbasis keluarga terhadap intensi ibu hamil untuk optimalisasi nutrisi pada 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Neglasari, Kota Bandung. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperiment, pre-test and posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling seluruh ibu hamil yang terdata di Puskesmas sampai bulan November 2016 berjumlah 44 orang yang kemudian dibagi dalam kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kontrol. Kegiatan edukasi dilaksanakan melalui tiga kali pertemuan kunjungan rumah. Analisis data menggunakan Wilcoxon test dan Mann whitney test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara edukasi berbasis keluarga terhadap intensi ibu hamil untuk optimalisasi nutrisi pada 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (p = 0.00). Program edukasi berbasis keluarga adalah efektif meningkatkan intensi ibu hamil. Dengan demikian, disarankan penerapan edukasi berbasis keluarga dalam intervensi keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi yang dikandungnya.Kata kunci: Edukasi berbasis keluarga, intensi, ibu hamil, nutrisi, 1000 hari pertama kehidupan. ABSTRAK Penyalahgunaan napza masih cukup tinggi di Indonesia. Pasien narkoba yang berusia 15 – 19 tahun di Rumah Sakit Ketergantungan Obat meningkat pada tahun 2013 sebanyak 54 orang. Begitupula halnya masalah kesehatan jiwa pada rentang usia 15 – 24 tahun dengan prevalensi 6,2% dengan gangguan depresi. Selain gangguan depresi, penyalahgunaan napza juga memberikan dampak pada kesehatan jiwa. Tujuan penyuluhan kesehatan ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMA/sederajat di Kabupaten Kolaka terkait penyalahgunaan napza dan masalah kesehatan jiwa terkhusus pada remaja. Penyuluhan kesehatan ini berupa presentasi materi menggunakan media powerpoint. Seluruh siswa SMA mengikuti jalannya penyuluhan kesehatan hingga selesai. Hal ini dapat dilihat dengan keaktifan seluruh siswa selama mengikuti kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan sehingga pemahaman terhadap napza dan kesehatan jiwa pun dapat meningkat. Foot ulcers in diabetic patients should receive treatment to reduce the risk of infection and amputation and improve function and quality of life. Wound care techniques are developing very quickly, which can help nurses and patients to improve the healing of foot ulcers in diabetic patients. Several wound care methods that can accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in DM patients include modern wound dressings, the process of healing diabetic ulcers. With modern dressing methods, chronic wound care with modern dressings, the potential of green tea in wound healing, honey as a debridement agent. Objective: This study reviews several dressing methods that accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in diabetic patients. This study uses a Systematic Review based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) to identify all published literature using relevant databases and keywords. In the 5 articles that we analyzed, the use of modern wound dressings proved to be more effective in accelerating wound healing, especially foot ulcers in diabetic patients. And the role of the family in helping patients take medication regularly is the right choice to accelerate the healing process of foot ulcers in diabetic patients with more cost-effective treatment.
COVID-19 has become a frightening pandemic and has spread throughout theworld with an unprecedentedly high death rate. Community compliance withgovernment appeals must be accompanied by knowledge, attitudes, and practicesin dealing with this epidemic. This study aims to investigate the Knowledge,Attitude, and Practice of Kolaka residents against the COVID-19 outbreak. Thisresearch is descriptive-analytic with a Cross-Sectional approach. The sample usedin this study were 1,010 respondents aged 17 to 65 years, having gmail and y-mail accounts, mastering the internet became the criteria for respondentinclusion in this study. The questionnaire used was the adoption of previousstudies and modified according to conditions. Data were analyzed bivariate usingthe Chi-Square test with standard p-value<0.05. The results obtained showed thatthe Kolaka community had good knowledge (49.6%), a confident attitude ofcontrolling the plague (70.4%), and had a high level of vigilance (79.6%) towardsCOVID-19. There is a relationship between knowledge with practice p-value=0.000, while attitude has no relationship with practice with p-value=0.862.The massive dissemination of information through existing media has greatlyhelped the community increase their knowledge of COVID-19, which will furthersupport the formation of a confident attitude to control this disease and increasevigilance in their daily life practices during this pandemic.
Latar Belakang : Persalinan section caesarea merupakan proses kelahiran bayi melalui sayatan pada rahim dan perut. Proporsi persalinan section caesarea di Indonesia tahun 2018 sebesar 17,6 % dengan proporsi tertinggi di provinsi DKI Jakarta (31,1%) dan terendah provinsi Papua (6,7%), sedangkan provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara memiliki proporsi sebesar 7,7%. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penyembuhan luka post section caesarea adalah nutrisi. Tujuan Kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi kesehatan tentang nutrisi untuk pemyembuhan luka post section caesarea. Metode : Pengabdian ini merupakan tindakan rehabilitatif dengan memberikan edukasi nutrisi pada penyembuhan luka post section caesarea. Hasil : Peserta yang mengikuti edukasi kesehatan berjumlah 19 orang yang terdiri atas ibu-ibu post section caesarea beserta keluarga yang mendampingi. Peserta memahami materi yang diberikan sehingga diharapkan dapat dilakukan di rumah dengan menyiapkan makanan yang mengandung sumber nutrisi untuk penyembuhan luka post section caesarea.
Postpartum blues is a natural response to drastic hormonal changes after giving birth that affect the physical and emotional state of postpartum mothers. These drastic hormonal changes are not the main factor in the occurrence of postpartum blues, but the impact on the mother's psychological life, such as the lack of support from her husband, family, or community, postpartum fatigue, worries about economic conditions, and other social problems. This study aimed to determine the relationship between social support and the incidence of postpartum blues in postpartum mothers in the working area of the Pomalaa Health Center. This type of research is a correlation analytic with a cross-sectional design with a population of 50 postpartum mothers. Data was collected using the Postpartum Depression Predictors Inventory (PDPI) and the Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale (EPDS) questionnaire. 12 postpartum mothers experienced postpartum blues (24%). Four received less social support, and 8 people received good social support. There is a relationship between social support and postpartum blues in postpartum mothers in the Pomalaa Health Center working area with a p-value of 0.002. Husbands and families, as the closest people, are expected to be able to provide social support to postpartum mothers so that mothers avoid postpartum blues.
Saat ini, target pemerintah memberikan vaksinasi COVID-19 pada anak usia 6-11 tahun yang dimulai sejak 14 Desember 2021 dengan jumlah sasaran vaksinasi mencapai 26,5 juta anak. Pemberian vaksinasi COVID-19 pada anak sebanyak 2 kali dengan interval minimal 28 hari menggunakan vaksin Covid -19 Bio Farma dan/atau Coronavac. Pemberian vaksin pada anak telah diberikan sebelumnya yaitu pada anak usia 12-17 tahun. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku orang tua terhadap pemberian vaksin merdeka anak. Metode: Penelitian deskripsi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Teknik pengambilan sampel mennggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 171 orang. Hasil: Tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan orang tua (p value = 0,282) dan sikap orang tua (p value = 0,459) terhadap pemberian vaksin merdeka anak. Ada hubungan perilaku orang tua (p value = 0,000) terhadap pemberian vaksin merdeka anak. Simpulan: Pengetahuan dan sikap orang tua tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat memvaksinasi anak sebab orang tua meyakini bahwa vaksin COVID-19 sangat penting untuk mencegah anak terkena risiko yang berat akibat COVID-19. Informasi tentang vaksin COVID-19 juga sangat penting bagi orang tua untuk mengurangi kekhawatiran terhadap efek samping dan keamanan vaksin. Diharapkan, pemerintah dalam hal ini sekolah, dokter dan perawat agar selalu mensosialisasikan vaksin COVID-19 pada anak.
