This research aims to improve social interaction and learning achievement in Computer and Network learning materials in Grade X-9 Vocational High School 1 Padang students using the Team Assisted Individualization learning model with modules. This research is a Class Action Research consisting of two cycles. Each Cycle consists of action planning, action execution, observation, and reflection. This study's subject was Grade X-9 Vocational High School 1 Padang Year 2019/2020, which numbered 38 students. Data sources come from teachers and students. The data validity technique used in this study is a triangulation technique that tests the validity of data by utilizing outside means of data to check or benchmarking data methods. The analysis technique also refers to Miles and Huberman analysis models performed in three components: data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. Data collection instruments through questionnaires, tests, observations, and interviews. The data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the Team Assisted Individualization learning model with modules could improve: (1) social interaction increased from 47.37% to 71.05%, and (2) cognitive aspect learning achievement by 34.21% increased to 65.79%. While the affective aspect is learning in (Cycle I) reached the target of 81.58%.
<p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p class="abstrak">Beragam model yang diterapkan guna menyurvei program maupun kegiatan di berbagai bidang, seperti bidang hukum, pollitik, budaya, pendidikan, serta ekonomi. Evaluasi program pendidikan ialah prosedur penggambaran, menghimpun data/fakta serta penyajian informasi untuk pengambil kesimpulan selanjutnya akan digunakan untuk mempertimbangakan program tersebut, perlukah dibenahi, disudahi ataupun diteruskan. Menurut pandangan Ralph W Tyler, evaluasi sebagai suatu proses untuk memastikan sampai terealisasi atau tidaknya suatu <em>goals</em>. Penetapan terealisasi atau tidaknya <em>goals</em>, dirumuskan dalam tujuh tahap/langkah evaluasi berorientasi tujuan oleh Tyler. Tujuan penulisan artikel adalah untuk menggambarkan konsep/ide, tahap serta <em>goals</em> dari evaluasi menurut Ralph W Tyler. Evaluasi merupakan kegiatan penelaahan petunjuk secara terstruktur untuk memberikan sebuah keputusan atau nilai, telah atau belum tercapainya tujuan yang diharapkan.</p><p class="abstrak"> </p><p class="StyleAuthorBold"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p class="abstrak"><em>There are many models applied to enlarge programs/activities in various fields, both in the fields of law, politics, culture, economics, and education. Evaluation of educational programs about the process of drawing, gathering facts / data and presenting data / information to gather conclusions which will then be used as an consideration of the program, should be fixed, ended or continued. Ralph W Tyler from one of the most popular educational figures. In his view, evaluation is a process to decide whether realisation the goal or not. Determination of whether realization or not a goal, formulate in seven firm / goal-oriented evaluation steps by Tyler. The purpose of reading this article is to explain the concepts, steps and goals of the assessment according to Ralph W Tyler.</em></p>
Dalam dunia teknologi informasi yang menggunakan komputer sebagai medianya, maka keamanan data (pesan) menjadi aspek yang sangat penting dalam sistem teknologi informasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk menjaga keamanan data tersebut adalah algoritma kriptografi One Time Pad (OTP). OTP dipilih karena merupakan algoritma sederhana dan belum dapat terpecahkan. Kunci yang digunakan pada algoritma ini haruslah kunci yang benar-benar acak sehingga kerahasiaan pesan didalamnya dapat terjamin, maka digunakanlah metode pembangkit bilangan acak Linear Congruential Generator (LCG) atau Linear Feedback Shift Register (LFSR). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0. Hasil dari pembahasan ini adalah menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi plaintext menggunakan algoritma OTP dan LCG/FLSR sebagai pembangkit kunci.
<p align="left"><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Tujuan dari penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis <em>entrepreneurship </em>dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik. Penelitian menggunakan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa mata kuliah Manajemen Optik sebanyak 30 orang. Alat pengumpul data adalah angket dan dokumen hasil belajar Manajemen Optik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi ganda. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis <em>entrepreneurship </em>terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik; disiplin belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik; dan terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis <em>entrepreneurship </em>dan disiplin belajarsecara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar Manajemen Optik.</p><p> </p><p class="ADGVIABSTRACTTITLE"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>The purpose of the research was to examine the effect of entrepreneurial learning and learning discipline on learning outcomes in Optical Management. This research used a correlational method. The research subjects were 30 students from the Optical Management course. Data collection tools are questionnaires about learning disciplines and study documentation of learning outcomes in Optical Management. Data were analyzed using multiple regression. The research findings showed that there was an effect of entrepreneurship learning on learning outcomes in Optical Management, learning discipline affects learning outcomes in Optical Management, and there is an effect of entrepreneurship learning and learning discipline together on learning outcomes of Optical Management.</em></p>
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, competence and compensation on intention to leave Employees at Ekasakti University, Padang. The research method uses correlational analysis. The sampling technique uses a purpose sampling method, amounting to as many as 30 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using data description, normality test and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 21. The results of the study illustrate that simultaneously there is an influence jointly with career development, competence and compensation for Intention To Leave, and testing conducted partially, that the development career influences Intention To Leave, competence influences Intention To Leave and compensation influences Intention To Leave.
