The millennial and generation Z tend to experience the negative impact of the decoy effect, so a consumer protection law is required. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the negative impact of the decoy effect and the importance of consumer protection through digital literacy. A quantitative descriptive approach was used with millennial and generation Z research subjects who were given a choice of products using bait items. According to the study's findings, respondents are susceptible to the decoy effect, so consumers have the right to know before making a decision. The findings of this study contribute to the public's understanding and provision of suggestions or criticism, as well as to the government's formulation of consumer protection policies, particularly for the millennial and generation Z generations. The implication is that existing consumer protection laws must be flexible, rational, and based on digital literacy. Legal certainty as a form of consumer legal protection to achieve equality in an engagement as a concept for those who make transaction.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran salah satu program MBKM yaitu Pertukaran Pelajar dalam pengembangan kompetensi/keterampilan lulusan Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidenreng Rappang. Program MBKM lahir agar perguruan tinggi tidak lagi menyandingkan, menyetarakan dan mengintegrasikan antara bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja dan pengalaman kerja, tetapi lebih luas lagi ke arah pengalaman real bagi mahasiswa. Pengalaman real ini tentu akan mengasah kompetensi/keterampilan mahasiswa, sehingga akan menjadi lulusan yang mendapat penghasilan yang layak sesuai Indikator Kinerja Utama poin pertama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Tahun 2021 menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa (survei populasi). Data dikumpulkan melalui Survei SPADA Dikti dan dianalisis dengan tabulasi frekuensi. Hasil Penelitian sebanyak 60% mahasiswa memilih program Pertukaran Pelajar, sebanyak 60% mahasiswa menyatakan ada peningkatan softskill dengan baik setelah mengikuti kegiatan MBKM, sebanyak 74% mahasiswa menyatakan kegiatan MBKM untuk Perguruan Tinggi sesuai kebutuhan lulusan di masa yang akan datang, 91% mahasiswa menyatakan ketertarikan terhadap program MBKM.
Generasi muda adalah bagian dari penduduk dunia yang sangat potensial dan memiliki sumbangan teramat besar bagi perkembangan masa depan dunia. Namun permasalahan sosial yang dialami generasi muda pada saat ini tetap menjadi permasalahan yang tidak pernah habis-habisnya dibicarakan. Terutama permasalahan pengangguran, kenakalan remaja dan putus sekolah. Pengembangan kualitas generasi muda tidak hanya dilakukan melalui pendidikan formal, tetapi dapat dilakukan melalui wadah (lembaga atau organisasi) yang mempunyai komitmen terhadap pengembangan generasi muda tersebut. Peran serta organisasi kepemudaan tersebut sebagai salah satu komponen partisipasi sosial masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan dan dikembangkan. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, organisasi lokal sebagai sumber daya potensial dituntut untuk berperan secara optimal untuk menggerakan masyarakat dalam pembangunan. Organisasi lokal di lingkungan desa/kelurahan merupakan wadah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ataupun memecahkan permasalahan masyarakat. Salah satu organisasi lokal yang ada di hampir setiap desa atau kelurahan di Indonesia adalah Karang Taruna sebagai tempat atau wadah pembinaan generasi muda. Pada awalnya Karang Taruna merupakan organisasi bentukan pemerintah, namun dalam perkembangannya kini Karang Taruna banyak muncul dengan ide, gagasan dan aspirasi masyarakat.
Competence of human resources on the quality of public services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence human resource competence in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 2,095 people. Samples were 95 people. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Human Resources Competence at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.16% was in the unfavorable category. The quality of public services at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.30% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9,855> 1,989, then H0 is rejected, it means that Human Resources Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage contribution of 51.1% influence. Factors that Influence Human Resources Competence: a. Internal factors: 1) Employees in improving service capability 58%. 2) The ability of employees to anticipate public complaints 59%. 3) Increased employee use of computers 56%. b. External factors: 1) Government attitudes towards human resource support 59%. 2) Community involvement in improving services 57%. 3) employee training to support technology development 51%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the Competency of Human Resources in the Office of Maddenra Village with a percentage of 56.67% are in the unfavorable category.
Based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, making the village the main basis for development. Development is no longer centralized in urban areas (centralization) but must be spread throughout Indonesia (decentralization). The village has the authority to regulate the implementation of village governance autonomously. In the era of regional autonomy, the village is a very important part in determining the success of regional development which has direct contact with the community, especially concerning public services. This study aims to analyze the application of village websites in improving administrative services to the community in Carawali Village, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The method of data analysis is done by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of the Carawali Village website in providing administrative services to the community was good and following the current needs of the community for population statistics based on region, age, education, occupation, religion, gender, status, persons with disabilities, blood type, and other, likewise, making a certificate from the village can be done independently or with the help of village officials, but there is a lack of socialization that extends to all levels of society in Carawali Village regarding the function and role of village websites, so the use of village websites is still ineffective. from the current condition where there is still a lack of people who use the facilities and access the website.
