Este trabalho objetiva avaliar os resultados de uma experiência de pós-graduação multiprofissional em saúde ancorada em metodologias ativas, a partir da ótica de seus egressos. O desenho metodológico consiste numa pesquisa avaliativa que articula as abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, trabalha-se com questionário estruturado, entrevista semiestruturada e grupo focal. O tratamento quantitativo dos dados consiste na descrição frequencial, utilização do Teste Qui-quadrado e extensão do Teste Exato de Fisher. Em termos qualitativos, utilizou-se o método de interpretação de sentidos baseado nas perspectivas hermenêutica-dialética. Dentre os principais resultados destaca-se a significativa positividade atribuída ao curso. Também foram constatados limites na aplicação dos resultados do curso na prática profissional, sobretudo por conta de questões estruturais. Conclui-se que a utilização de metodologias ativas pode contribuir para a formação profissional, em nível de pós-graduação, mais alinhada à atual política nacional de saúde.

This article aimed to describe and analyze the training process of health community agents (HCA) by family health strategy nurses. It is a qualitative research with 17 individuals. Data collection was performed through semi-structured interviews and the analysis was made through the data analysis technique. A category was established: The organization of the educational process in the family health units, in which the themes selected were: nurses as reference team leaders, permanent education, traditional methodologies and education centered on the HCA needs. Through this study we were able to understand that the nurses have less familiarity with permanent education, performing HCA capacitating activities based on traditional teaching methodologies. Investments for capacitating nurses in permanent education are required to allow them to teach HCAs better.

QoL and functional capacity in RA were affected in adults and the elderly. How-ever, the results showed no significant difference between groups, with the exception of the 6MWT.

Objetivo: analisar como vem ocorrendo a integração ensino-serviço na formação do enfermeiro, seus avanços e desafios. Método: estudo qualitativo que analisou, por meio da hermenêutica-dialética, os projetos pedagógicos de seis cursos de Enfermagem do estado de São Paulo e as entrevistas de 21 professores. Resultados e Discussão: observa-se que está ocorrendo diversificação dos cenários e inserção dos estudantes na prática profissional nas séries iniciais. A integração ensino-serviço caminha entre avanços e desafios, considerando que esse movimento deve ser mantido independentemente da conjuntura política, por acordos institucionais e garantia de espaços de construção conjunta. A inserção dos estudantes nos cenários promove distintos impactos na transformação da prática esperada. Embora a integração seja mais consolidada na atenção básica, as instituições vêm buscando fortalecimento com os hospitais. Considerações Finais: o processo de integração ensino-serviço está envolto por complexidades e subjetividades que necessitam ser discutidas para superação do descompasso entre intenções acadêmicas e de cuidado.

RESUMO:Diante da alta incidência de idosos que se encontram hospitalizados alualmente e as inúmeras necessidades apresen tadas por eles, o presente estudo lem como objetivo descrever os diagnósticos de enfermagem mais comuns entre 50 idosas hospitalizadas. as quais foram avaliadas considerando-se ser necessãria a continuidade dos cuidados no domicilio. AIMS: To analyze the level of knowledge and the life overload of caregivers of elderly people with dementia, correlating these variables with sociodemographic aspects and type of relationship between caregiver and elderly.METHODS: A cross-sectional study was conducted between 2016 and 2017, with caregivers of elderly people with dementia seen at the Geriatrics outpatient clinic of the Hospital das Clínicas, Medical School of Marília, in Marília / SP, Brazil. The study included caregivers who accompanied the elderly to the consultations and participated in an important way in their care, comprising family caregivers and contractors without kinship ties. The data were collected through two instruments: the first was the Caregiven Burden Scale questionnaire, which evaluates the subjective impact of overload on the caregiver, and whose overall score can vary from 01 (lower overload) to 04 (higher overload). The second was a questionnaire prepared by the authors, which evaluated the caregiver's usual knowledge about the practice of care, whose scores ranged from zero (no correct answers) to 08 (all correct answers). The distribution curve of the variables was analyzed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the correlations were analyzed by the Spearman test and the comparison of the means used the Analysis of Variance. The results were considered statistically significant when p<0.05.RESULTS: Fifty-two caregivers were included in the study, with a mean age of 55.9±14.4 years, of which 85% were female. Forty-four (84.6%) caregivers had some degree of kinship with the elderly. Regarding knowledge about the practice of care, the mean number of correct answers was 5.5±1.8. There was a positive correlation with statistical significance between the caregiver's level of education and the practical knowledge about care. In the assessment of the caregivers overload, the overall mean was 1.83±0.16. The dimension with the highest mean (2.06±0.37) was the general tension, which refers to the difficulties of solving problems when caring for the elderly. Regarding the type of relationship between caregiver and elderly, the highest overload (2.48±0.53) was identified in the wives.CONCLUSIONS: The higher level of education of the caregiver was associated with better quality of care. The greatest caregiver life overload was identified in wives.

Objetivo: Estudar tratamento fisioterapêutico para a prevenção da dor no ombro com H/P em pacientes com AVE na fase sub-aguda, e analisar desfechos secundários (força muscular do ombro acometido e movimentos funcionais ativos básicos). Método: Estudaram-se 21 pacientes (12 homens, 9 mulheres; idades 26 a 87 anos) com H/P. O tratamento fisioterapêutico consistiu de 30 minutos diários de cinesioterapia, desde as 48 horas após o AVE até a alta hospitalar. Os pacientes foram avaliados antes e após o tratamento em relação à presença ou ausência de dor no ombro H/P, à força dos diversos grupos musculares do ombro e quanto aos movimentos funcionais de transferência e manutenção postural básica. Resultados: Nenhum paciente apresentava dor no ombro H/P na alta (p<0,001). A força muscular aumentou significativamente em relação à elevação, protusão, abdução e flexão do ombro (p<0,001). Houve melhora dos movimentos funcionais: decúbito dorsal para lateral, decúbito lateral para sentado e manter-se sentado (p<0,001). Purpose: To study the effects of kinesiotherapy treatment on shoulder pain prevention, and as a secondary endpoints, to analyze muscle strength of H/P shoulder looking at basic functional active mobility. Method: Twenty one inpatients (12 men, 9 women) aged 26 to 87 years, with post-stroke H/P were submitted to thirty minutes daily program kinesiotherapy, started at 48 hours post-stroke up to their hospital discharge. Patients were evaluated pre and post treatment according to the presence or absence of shoulder pain, movements and shoulder strength, and for presence or absence of basic functional movements. Results: No patient complaining of shoulder pain at the hospital discharge (p<0.001).
