The paper relevance is due to the tolerance acute problem in various personal and social life spheres. Scientific thought at all times has sought to determine the ways of loyal, non-aggressive, benevolent relations establishing between different people, social strata, ethnos, religions, cultures and states. The paper aim is a philosophical analysis of "tolerance" concept and its impact on the Russian contemporary youth mass consciousness. The authors identified the causes that create conflict in the youth environment. The paper presents data obtained in the sociological research course aimed at revealing the tolerance's sociological aspects in the youth environment. The authors show the need and give recommendations on the tolerant-oriented education implementation in schools and universities. The paper materials are intended for educational organizations heads, teachers, psychologists, employees of additional education institutions.

Purpose: The purpose of the article is to develop an integrative, structural and functional, indicative, aggregating, algorithmic, the multi-criteria model for assessing the quality and demand for educational services of higher education considering the consumers’ opinion. Methodology: The leading research method of the indicated problem was the assessment of various aspects of educational relations in the process of complex diagnostics of the studied phenomena, which includes: preliminary system model of research, interpretation and operationalization of the basic concepts included in it; relevant means of fixation of primary characteristics; the order of data collection; algorithm of analysis and data processing in order to obtain a rating assessment proposed as a mechanism for assessing the quality and demand for educational services with the participation of consumers. Result: The authors substantiate the inclusion in the system of indicators of both objective characteristics: the professional status of graduates of higher educational institutions (the share of employed, the level of wages, the area of employment), the status of educational programs (social and professional accreditation), and their subjective characteristics, expressed in: the formation of professional competencies of graduates (including hard skills and soft skills), which together characterize their professional subjectivity. The materials of the article are of practical value for government agencies, heads of educational institutions, rating agencies, representatives of organizations-employers, applicants, their parents, and students. Applications: This research can be used for universities, teachers, and students. Novelty/Originality: In this research, the model of Assessment model of quality and demand for educational services considering the consumers’ opinion is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner.

The relevance of the study of the needs of using the capabilities of the Institute of tutoring in meeting the rehabilitation educational needs of disabled people in a digital society has been justified. The results of a review of sources and legal norms, which reflect various aspects of the problem have been provided, the concepts of “tutor” and “Internet technologies” in relation to the educational rehabilitation of disabled people have been clarified. The scientific and practical potential of digital sociology in the scientific and methodological support of the development of the Institute of tutoring in the system of rehabilitation of disabled people based on digital technologies and Internet resources has been substantiated.The term of the sociological concept of “digital social inclusion of education” has been introduced, the characteristics ofits components have been given. The results of the analysis of primary sociological data obtained during the implementation of the author’s research project on the educational needs ofdisabled people in Moscow and the expert assessment of ways to improve the institutions of their educational rehabilitation have been presented. Based on an expert survey with the help of rank indicators, the place of the Institute of tutoring in ensuring the effective use of Internet technologies by disabled people in training has been shown. Measures for the development of tutoring forms of support for the educational rehabilitation of disabled people among other forms – career guidance testing, programs for targeted study, involvement in research, labor market research, and presentations of University representatives to disabled people and their families have been described in detail.The article includes a description of the necessary competencies of tutors, as well as the possibility of using Internet technologies to help people with disabilities in learning: e-learning, digital learning design, global digital educational and communication platforms, digital translators. It has been concluded that it is necessary to make more full use of the opportunities of digital sociology in promoting further institutionalization of tutoring support for educational rehabilitation of disabled people.

One of the differentiating characteristics and the main goal of this study has been to empirically study the financial literacy of modern Russian pupils and to determine their attitude to the problem of financial literacy in their everyday life. In order to solve the above goals, a set of sociological methods has been used, including a mass face-to-face survey of pupils from most regions of the country, a mass face-to-face online survey of students studying at the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, in Moscow departments and departments of the regional branch network, an expert survey in regions of the Russian Federation, a content analysis of key electronic databases, e.g., the Russian State Library, the Library of Dissertations and Abstracts, the eLIBRARY.RU Scientific Electronic Library, a webometric analysis of more than 1,500 official websites of Russian regions on the problems under study, including the Usability and Visibility analysis. The authors have made some unique conclusions. Thus, more than ¾ of the modern youth understand the importance of financial literacy as an instrument to achieve their goals, and the goals demanded by the modern society. The main ones are to obtain education, to create a family, to achieve success in their career and professional growth, to establish their own business, etc. One important conclusion is as follows: the prospects for the use of deposits by today’s pupils, mortgage lending, leasing, and participation in mutual investment funds (MIFs) have a number of fundamental regional differences. Moreover, these regional differences among pupils as potential investors may be demanded by modern commercial financial and credit organizations for preparing promising medium-term development plans for their regional branches.

The authors’ goal has been to show the need to improve both the general level of education of self-employed citizens, and, mainly, the actual level of specialized competencies. The modern world does not tolerate an unskilled approach in any business. Therefore, special education for self-employed citizens is their internal need that has direct impact on their well-being and relevance in the modern labor market. Real digital technologies aim at improving comfort for self-employed citizens while realizing their need in specialized education. For efficient forecasting, the inductive analysis method has been chosen. This is when the current and previous situations in the self-employed market are examined, then the main factors of the market development are revealed, and the main reasons for the formalization of self-employment are considered. Based on this, the prospects for increasing the self-employed citizens’ groups as consumers of general and specialized education are defined. Sociological instruments of this study include expert surveys, in-depth interviews, analysis of Internet publications of central print media, and content analysis. The main results of the study are as follows: • There is an exponential increase in the number of registered self-employed citizens – consumers of specialized education in the medium term. • Self-employed citizens specializing in such areas as IT, tutoring, online courses, beauty industry may become the most promising in the market of additional specialized education. • Self-employed citizens aged 35 – 45 are the most promising in the market of general education, mainly in pension legislation. • The accessibility of self-employed citizens as potential consumers of educational services can be ensured mainly through their official registration. The official registration of self-employed citizens can be stimulated by a) more favorable tax regimes for self-employed citizens, b) a simplified registration procedure, and c) the introduction of harsh administrative penalties for evading the registration.

The monograph analyzes one of the most important social institutions of society — the family, its meaning, structure, mechanisms of role relations. The study of these aspects is of particular interest to sociologists, as the transformation of Russian society has left an imprint on the institution of the family, distorting its traditional functions and tasks. First of all, modern trends have influenced the young family. The usual forms of formation, functioning and development of families are undergoing radical changes, so for the younger generation the process of adaptation to unstable circumstances becomes a pressing problem.
