The objectives of this paper was to explain the effect of the variables trust, PBC, subjective norm, perceived quality, and re-usage intention on attitude and re-usage intention. This study's population consisted of Indonesians who visited the COVID-19 website to learn more about the progress of COVID-19. With the purposive sampling strategy, the sample size was as large as 238 participants. Path Analysis with the SEM-PLS approach was employed as the analytical technique. The findings revealed that trust, subjective norm, and perceived quality all had a positive and significant effect on attitudes when using the COVID-19 website, although PBC had a favorable but small effect. Furthermore, attitude influences intention to use in a positive and significant way.
Growing using marketplace where as online shopping is driven by the technological advances that it becomes a trend to the society. Through increase of sales, required of many companies to participate using the digitization currently. A unique and good television commercials will be easier in the mind of consumers the brand. The existence feature of online customer review can decrease received risk of possibility to consumers online shopping, therefore companies and merchants that can get of the trust while consumer of making purchase decisions.The research population is all the Shopee users in Bali with was 100 respondents of sample based on purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaire by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of analysis regression show that television advertising and online customer review the partial has positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. Based on this result, we can suggested that Shopee must to increase of the frequency broadcasting television advertising and continue to improve advertising innovate and online review features to create more purchase decisions.
Kindergarten as an educational institution that develops early childhood skills, must pay attention to the satisfaction of parents who send their children to Kartika Mandala Kindergarten.Because parents' satisfaction with the results of education in kindergarten as a provider of educational services will later determine the number of new student admissions. The purpose of this study is to examine and attain the effect of service quality, price perception, and trust on the satisfaction of parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar. The population in this study was parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten in the last 5 years, from 2016 to 2020 a total of 277 students. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling so that 56 people were used as samples. The researchers used multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test. Later, it is found that service quality, price perception, and trust positively and significantly affect the satisfaction of parents of students at Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar. It is recommended to Kartika Mandala Kindergarten Denpasar to further improve the handling of complaints from parents of students, which can be used as input and suggestions to realize better services in the future.
Agro tourism is a place for nature-based creativity and packaged in the form of trips or tourism activities to plantations or agriculture. One of them is luwak coffee agro tourism. This agrotourism has an icon of luwak coffee as a mainstay product in attracting tourists and increasing sales. Through a study entitled "Innovation concept as a strategy in argrowisata in improving marketing performance of luwak coffee product in Bali. The purpose of this research is to know the variables that become the power, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the face of Luwak coffee agro tourism in marketing its products. Engineering data collection done by using the method of interviewing, observation, and documentation. Whereas technical analysis using IE and SWOT matrix. From the results of research in the know agro-tourism Luwak coffee has strength (Strength), namely: innovation is technically in producing quality products with options, change the design in accordance with the wishes of the customer, developed ideas and systems change the distribution. In addition, the completeness of facilities, special rates, service, location, employee appearance, the mastery of a foreign language. While his weakness (Weakness) lack of promotion of the maximum, and the lack of mastery of the technology in the production of goods. Opportunity (Opportunity) of environmental external in the show by the Bali security stability indicators conducive, local government policy that is flexible, the rate of inflation, the bargaining power of buyers. While the threats (Treats) agro-tourism growth rates, the influx of newcomers the same products, the existence of goods substitution that can replace the product, the competition is fellow companies in the industry, the existence of the bargaining power of buyers. Performance marketing in doing that is to improve the quality of the product, promotion, price adjustment, intense, best service with distribution system fast, innovation.
Desa Singapadu Kaler, Sukawati, Gianyar merupakan salah satu jalur pariwisata yang sering dilewati bahkan dikunjungi oleh wisatawan yang membeli dan memesan patung (Mudana, 2007). Kerajinan seni patung yang masih dominan di sukai oleh konsumen adalah kerajinan seni patung yang berbasis massproduct atau yang sering di sebut sebagai patung casting yang berbahan dasar limbah paras putih. Mitra dalam Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjumlah dua orang yaitu IRT Kadek Fernandes Kumara dengan nama usaha Payuk Jakan dan IRT I Ketut Sukarsana dengan nama usaha Mangku Alit.Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, usaha kedua mitra dalam memproduksi patung belum efektif dan efisien. Kurangnya alat penunjang berupa mesin menyebabkan kedua mitra belum mampu dalam menghasilkanpatung yang memadai, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Tujuan dari Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan, pendampingan serta pengadaan alat-alat produksiyang dibutuhkan kedua mitra untuk memperlancar proses produksi. Pengadaan mesin molen mampu meningkatkan kualitas produksi patung serta memudahkan dalam pencampuran bahan material pembuat patung dengan estimasi waktu 30 menit (hemat waktu 2x lipat). Pengadaan troli memudahkan mitra dalammengangkut patung yang akan dijual. Pengadaan mesin bor mampu menghemat 5x lipat waktu yang diperlukan untuk membuka baut yang menempel pada patung.
