The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between BMI of male and female students with agility level. This study uses a cross-sectional method; the subject of the study is students of elementary school level second to sixth grade. The conclusion of this study is that there is no significant difference in BMI between boys and girls. Agility in boys is better than agility in girls and there is no significant relationship between BMI and the level of agility in elementary school children.
This study aims to determine whether anthropometry and competing experience greatly affect smash performance. From the characteristics of volleyball, it is a team game sport consisting of 6 players in 1 team with a field size of 18 x 9 meters. And the net as a game barrier with a height of 2.24cm for girls and 2.43cm for men requires athletes to have a supportive height. This research method uses descriptive analysis by analyzing the video matches of the Men's Team of State University of Malang in the 2019 Student League Event. data on the results of the physical condition test conducted by the men's volleyball team, State University of Malang. Competitive experience data were obtained using a questionnaire conducted with the online method. Results From the data, UM players have quite good abilities, and are mentally deficient. It can be seen in the data above the comparison between regional matches and national matches, in regional matches the average smash is 26% and national matches UM players experience a drastic decline in smashes with only 15% spikes, and the player who smashes the most was AD with a total of 142 smashes, DN with 81 smashes. Anthropometric results have an effect on match results, but mental and experiential aspects are very influential when playing matches.
Tujuan dari penelitian dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengembangkan variasi latihan kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot perut untuk atlet futsal pada tim putri Universitas Negeri Malang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu dengan menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) yang diadobsi dari Borg and Gall. Subyek penelitian ini melibatkan 20 atlet futsal putri Universitas Negeri Malang, pelatih, dua ahli media, dan dua ahli kepelatihan futsal. Data yang terkumpul dari ahli media dengan persentase sebesar 90%, ahli kepelatihan futsal sebesar 88,61%, uji coba kelompok kecil atlet futsal putri Universitas Negeri Malang sebesar 83,56%, uji coba kelompok besar atlet futsal putri Universitas Negeri Malang sebesar 91,13%. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengembangan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi latihan kekuatan otot tungkai dan otot perut untuk atlet futsal pada tim putri Universitas Negeri Malang sangat valid atau layak digunakan sebagai referensi sumber latihan.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggalih informasi secara keseluruhan terkait keefektifan latihan fisik pada penurunan tingkat obesitas perempuan Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu meta analisis yang dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder dalam analisis datanya. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data base google scholar dari tahun 2015 sampai 2021 dengan memakai kata kunci fat loss, latihan fisik, perempuan. Teknik sampling pada studi ini yakni dengan memakai teknik purposive random sampling, yang mana penulis menggunakan kriteria-kriteria tertentu dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Selanjutnya, dengan bantuan perangkat lunak JASP( Jeffrey’s Amazing Statistics Program) version 0.8.5.1 tahun 2021, perhitungan summary effect dilakukan menggunakan meta analisis. Data penelitian yang telah diseleksi dengan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi , didapatkan beberapa studi yang belum memenuhi kriteria baik itu inklusi ataupun ekslusi, yaitu sebanyak 39 data dari 50 data secara keseluruhan. Diperoleh sejumlah sebelas riset yang sudah siap dilakukan analisis data, literatur ilmiah yang diperoleh bersumber dari database yaitu Google Scholar. Dengan tingkat perolehan nilai korelasi Random Effect yang berkategori sedang, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwasannya tidak didapati bias publikasi data dalam penelitian, namun terdapat hubungan yang korelasional positif serta signifikan antara effek latihan fisik terhadap penurunan kadar lemak (fat loss) dan pemeliharaan berat badan pada perempuan Indonesia dengan kelebihan berat badan atau obesitas.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan model asesmen aktivitas jasmani anak sekolah dasar dan mengetahui tingkat aktivitas jasmani anak sekolah dasar. penelitian ini menggunakan langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan yang disarankan Borg dan Gall (1983), dan dipadukan dengan langkah-langkah penyusunan tes keterampilan olahraga yang disarankan Scott dan French (1959) dengan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil nilai korelasi dan regresi linier diperoleh nilai validitas untuk siswa yang diantaranya; Bass Test dengan Plate taping untuk putri; 0,154, putra; 0,212; validitas Bass Test dan Shuttle Run untuk putri; 0,236, putra; 0,196 dan Validitas Plate Taping dan Shuttle Run untuk putri; 0,342, putra; 0,003. Koefisien Reliabilitas Bass Test untuk siswa putri; 0,591, putra 0,157. Koefisien Reliabilitas Plate Taping untuk siswa putri; 0,722, putra; 0,592. Koefisien Reliabilitas Plate Taping untuk siswa putri; 0,159, putra; 0,175. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrument Eurofit Test memiliki tingkat validitas dan reliabilitas yang sedang apabila digunakan pada konteks siswa sekolah dasar Indonesia.
The purpose of this study is to develop variations of basic pointing technique exercises for 2019 class of Sports Coaching Education students. The method used in this research is Research and Development with a procedural model approach involving 38 PKO students batch 2019 at the State University of Malang as research subjects. Collecting data in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the needs analysis on 38 students showed that it requires the development of a variety of basic pointing techniques. The results of the needs analysis for petanque teachers showed that it required the development of a variety of basic pointing techniques that were packaged using video-based media, accompanied by biomechanical analysis material that focused on basic pointing techniques. This research has gone through a process of two petanque expert validations which obtained 83 percent results, two media expert validations obtained 85 percent results, small group tests obtained 86 percent results, namely the product was suitable for use without revision, large group tests obtained 90 percent results, namely product development proper to use. The results of the study concluded that the product developed in the form of a variation of video-based basic pointing technique exercises met the very valid criteria and was categorized as suitable for use in learning the Petanque subject of students PKO 2019 State University of Malang. Abstrak: Tujuan pada penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan variasi latihan teknik dasar pointing pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Kepelatihan Olahraga angkatan 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni Research and Development dengan pendekatan model procedural yang melibatkan 38 mahasiswa PKO angkatan 2019 di Universitas Negeri Malang sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis kebutuhan pada 38 mahasiswa diperoleh bahwa memerlukan pengembangan variasi teknik dasar pointing yang bervariatif. Hasil analisis kebutuhan pada pengajar petanque diperoleh bahwa memerlukan pengembangan variasi teknik dasar pointing yang dikemas menggunakan media berbasis video, disertai dengan materi analisis biomekanika yang terfokus pada teknik dasar pointing. Penelitian ini telah melalui proses dua validasi ahli petanque yang diperoleh hasil 83 persen, dua validasi ahli media diperoleh hasil 85 persen, uji kelompok kecil diperoleh hasil 86 persen yakni produk layak digunakan tanpa melakukan revisi, uji kelompok besar diperoleh hasil sebesar 90 persen yakni produk pengembangan layak digunakan. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan simpulan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan berupa variasi latihan teknik dasar pointing berbasis video telah memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan dikategorikan layak digunakan pada pembelajaran mata kuliah petanque mahasiswa PKO 2019 Universitas Negeri Malang.
The purpose of this research was to develop beach volleyball learning product using blended learning model integrated with E-learning of State University of Malang (UM). The research method used was the research and development method (R&D), with the following steps (a) needs analysis, (b) initial product development and expert judgment in the form of (1) video of beach volleyball learning, (2) textbook (E-book) of beach volleyball, and (3) blended learning model of beach volleyball integrated with learning in UM. The result of the research obtained a valid product from beach volleyball experts, teaching media experts, and blended learning experts. This product was effectively used by a small group which was 84% and a large group which was 95%. The product created by the blended learning model was integrated with learning management system of State University of Malang which consists of a video of beach volleyball learning, E-book of beach volleyball learning.

This product was effectively used by a small group which was 80.95% and a large group which was 84.79%. The blended learning model I was better and more effective than the blended learning model II, the product created by the blended learning model was integrated with learning management system of State University of Malang which consists of a video of volleyball learning, E-book of volleyball learning and blended learning model I and II.
