Every child has different characteristics with different ways of learning. Children tend to have a very active nature because they have seen muscle development that allows them to perform a variety of skills. By using learning based on multiple intelligence, children are more stimulated to carry out the learning process and significant development achievements are achieved. This study uses a development research method by conducting time-series tests on data processing. The population used is children aged five to six who are in kindergarten age, namely children aged in five until six years. Children show a good increase in the stimulation of musical intelligence using a learning model that has been developed. The novelty of this research is to produce and use a learning model based on multiple intelligences that children have. But still, focus on stimulating children's musical intelligence.
The purpose of this research is to describe effectiveness of early childhood inclusive education textbook for students of inclusive education classes in Unimed. The development of this textbook is a type of research and development (R&D) with the Four-D (4-D) model. This model consists of 4 stages of development, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The sample for this research was students of inclusive education classes in teacher education of early childhood education FIP Unimed, uses purposive sampling technique. The instrument used was an effectiveness sheet filled in by students of inclusive education classes. Data analysis technique is a descriptive analysis in the form of a percentage, while the development of textbook is done through content analysis. Based on the results of student trial, the developed textbook is categorized as very effective with a value of 76.
Kepercayaan diri merupakan salah satu faktor penting pada anak. Kepercayaan diri berperan besar terhadap kemampuan anak untuk bersosialisasi. Dari pengamatan awal ditemukan permasalahan dalam kepercayaan diri, yaitu masih adanya anak yang belum memunculkan perilaku percaya diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi terstruktur. Subyek penelitian ini sebanyak 22 anak dengan menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment dan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan masih rendahnya kecerdasan interpersonal anak yang berdampak pada rendahnya juga kepercayaan diri anak. Berdasarkan hasil hitung korelasi product moment antara hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6 tahun diperoleh hasil rhitung rtabel (0,628 0,423) dan nilai thitung = 3,613 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 0,05, maka uji hipotesis signifikan dengan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kepercayaan diri anak usia 5-6.
This study examined the skills of science process in children aged 4-6 years and became the formulation of this research, the problem is how science process skills of children aged 4-5 years and 5-6 years in Santa Lusia Kindergarten Medan. This research aimed to find out how science process skills of children aged 4-6 years in Santa Lusia Kindergarten Medan. The source of the research data was from teachers in kindergarten and the subject is in learning. Based on the initial survey, the research subject in this study was 20 children with 6 children as sample. Children aged 4-5 3 children consisting of 2 boys and 1 girl and for ages 5-6 3 children consisting of 2 boys and 1 girl that divided into 3 categories, which is a child who has Active, medium and low science process skills. The research methods used qualitative descriptive. The data collection techniques were done with an in-depth observation and interview to the resource teacher, the teachers of the creative classroom Santa Lusia Kindergarten Medan. Data was analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal of conclusions and verification. The results showed that the skills of the science process demonstrated by children aged 4-6 years was medium category. Because of the 20 children who were observed only 5 children who had active skills of science processes and 12 children had medium science skills that last there are 3 children who belong to the low science process..
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership and work group characteristics on the job satisfaction of educators in HKBP Private High Schools in North Sumatra Province. The population of this study was all full-time educators at HKBP Private High School with a sample of 131 taken by proportional random sampling technique. The research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed with path analysis techniques. The results of the study showed that transformational leadership and the characteristics of the working group had a significant effect on the job satisfaction of educators. Conclusion, the more effective the transformational leadership of the principal is the higher job satisfaction, and the higher the support characteristics of the working group the higher the job satisfaction of the educator. The implication of the results of this study explains that to improve educator job satisfaction can be done by increasing the effectiveness of the principal's transformational leadership and the development of the characteristics of educator working groups..
Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi masalah adalah kemampuan bercerita anak belum berkembang dengan baik.Karena kurangnya guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi seperti penggunaan media pembelajaran media audio visual yang dimana media audio visual cukup banyak memberikan motivasi dalam kemampuan bercerita anak yang baik, karena mampu mengaktifkan kedua indera yaitu pendengaran dan penglihatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kemampuan bercerita anak di kelompok B di TK Aba 06 Cabang Medan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian post test only control design. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audio visual terhadap kemampuan bercerita anak di kelompok B di TK Aba 06 Cabang Medan.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua kelas kelompok yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama yaitu kelas B1 dan kelas B2. Penentuan sampel kelas dilakukan secara acak (random) dengan jumlah sampel tiap kelas sebanyak 20 anak.Variabel bebas adalah penggunaan media audio visual sedangkan variabel terikat adalah kemampuan bercerita anak. Intrumen pengumpulan data yaitu pedoman observasi. Analisis data mengunakan uji-t. Dan observasi dilakukan pengobservasi dengan pedoman observasi yang telah disediakan. Dengan taraf nyata α = 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diatas diperoleh rata-rata nilai pada kelas eksperimen 10,05 dengan nilai tertinggi 12 dan nilai terendah 8, sehingga pengembangan kemampuan bercerita anak pada kelas eksperimen memperoleh perbedaan yang signifikan. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol 7,05 dengan nilai tertinggi 9 dan nilai terendah 5, sehingga pengembangan kemampuan bercerita anak pada kelas kontrol memperoleh perbedaan yang signifikan.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut hipotesis menyatakan bahwa pembelajaran menggunakan media audio visual berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan kemampuan bercerita anak yaitu dari hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel, yaitu 8,62 > 1,72 pada taraf α = 0.05. Dengan demikian penggunaan media audio visual berperngaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengembangan kemampuan bercerita anak Kelompok B di TK Aba 06 Cabang Medan
