WORK SATISFACTION TEACHERS ARE REVIEWED FROM THE ROLE OF HEADMASTER SUPERVISION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NORTH BOGOR DISTRICT This research is aims to examine teacher job satisfaction and variables that have a relationship with teacher job satisfaction, in this case the supervision of school principals and efforts to improve teacher job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The research variable consisted of an independent variable namely the supervision of the principal with the dependent variable namely teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Public Elementary School in North Bogor Regency, Bogor City. Research data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been selected as samples. The results of the questionnaire were collected and recorded to analyze data to test the research hypotheses and to find out the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction. To test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, data analysis was performed using statistical tests in the form of correlations and simple linear regression, as well as multiple correlation and regression. Hypothesis testing is performed at the significance level a = 0.05. This study presents three main conclusions: There is a positive relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the supervision of the principal, the higher the teacher job satisfaction shown by the regression equation Ŷ = 63.64 + 0.53X and the correlation coefficient ry = 0.520. Based on the findings, teacher job satisfaction can be increased through supervision of the school principal.
The research objective was to improve the understanding and creative thinking skills of elementary teacher education college student as prospective teachers in following science courses. The research design used is to make college student groups into small groups. During the learning process, observations about college student cooperation during learning with multimedia media were carried out to assess their understanding and creative thinking skills. The results of the observations of each cycle were evaluated as material for reflection in the next cycle to improve college student understanding and creative thinking skills in accordance with predetermined targets. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive quantitative. From the results of the T-test, it was found that there were significant differences. This means that understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills increases after prospective teacher college student experience the science learning process using multimedia learning media. From the results, the average value of understanding the concept increased from 53.61 % to 89.78%. and science process skills increased the average value from 43.57 to 87.32. 92% of college student gave a positive response, namely agreeing and strongly agreeing that the science lecture process using multimedia learning media can improve science process skills and understanding of material in science subjects for elementary teacher education college student
This research is a correlational design and quantitative research model. The purpose of this study was to describe information about the correlation relationship between Interpersonal Intelligence Perception and Affective Students in Curriculum Development Courses in fifth Semester students of the Elementary Teacher Education Study Program (PGSD) of Pakuan University. Based on the results of research on questionnaire data recapitulation and documentation, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between the perceptions of interpersonal intelligence with the affective variables of the fifth semester students of class A and B PGSD Study Program, which means the more interpersonal intelligence students have, the more also high affective, and vice versa the lower the interpersonal intelligence, the lower the affective. The relationship can be seen from the price coefficient of 0.921, which means that the relationship between variables is very strong. The coefficient of regression equation Ŷ = 23.67 + 0.68X, which means that each increase in one unit of interpersonal intelligence will increase the effectiveness of 0.68 units. The contribution of perceptions of interpersonal intelligence in increasing affective is 0.53 or 53% and the remaining 47% can be influenced by several other factors.
This study aims to determine the profile and outlook of prospective elementary school teachers on mental effort on Integrated Science curriculum materials integrated content and pedagogy as well as to know the pattern of integrated IPA curriculum analysis integrated content and pedagogy. The subjects of the research are prospective teachers of elementary school one of the universities in the city of Bogor semester 5 class of 2016/2017 as many as 31 students. The data needed to answer the problem of qualitative data. The data were collected with several techniques such as observation and questionnaires. The main questions asked in this study are the questions asked to prospective elementary school teachers. Principal questions asked to prospective teachers of elementary school, the question to reveal the mental business of prospective elementary school teachers in the curriculum analysis courses. Based on the results of research, applied lecture strategy resulted in low mental effort. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan guru SDN Panaragan 2, Kota Bogor, diketahui matematika masih menjadi mata pelajaran yang dianggap sulit. Terbukti dengan rendahnya jumlah siswa yang mencapai KKM disetiap pembelajaran. Hal tersebut menjadi tantangan bagi guru untuk bisa menghilangkan kesan sulit, melalui penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengenalkan Augmented Reality (AR) serta melakukan pendampingan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis AR kepada guru-guru SDN Panaragan 2, Kota Bogor. Metode pendampingan dilakukan melalui pengenalan teknologi AR, penjelasan bagaimana membuat desain obyek sederhana menggunakan teknologi AR, serta pemberian kesempatan kepada peserta untuk mencoba membuat dengan pendampingan. Setelah pendampingan dilakukan selanjutnya diadakan evaluasi melalui angket dan penilaian terhadap keberhasilan peserta dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis AR. Para peserta sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pendampingan ini, mereka mulai paham mengenai AR, dan sudah mencoba membuat media pembelajaran matematika yang sederhana dengan menggunakan AR.
This study aims to examine the language and speaking skills of hearing disability students, how hearing disability students follow the learning process in class during PTMT class IV SD Inclusive Julang Bogor City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The data in this research activity were collected based on observations in the field, learning process activities in class during PTMT, interviews with several informants such as fourth grade teachers, special assistant teachers and parents of hearing disability students, and collecting documentation during research activities. Furthermore, the analysis of the data that has been obtained is carried out qualitatively using data triangulation. The results showed that the language and speaking abilities of hearing disability N students were increasing through oral speech and assisted by hearing aids. The addition of vocabulary occurs every day because the resulting progress is going well and is increasing. Giving the right treatment and an environment such as a school and a supportive parental environment are important points in progressing N's language and speaking skills. The delivery of the intended meaning by N can also be understood by others even though the pronunciation is not clear, but with the support of using sign language in an appropriate manner oral delivery of the meaning of N including easy to understand. Likewise, the delivery from other people for N is also a little less able to be understood in communication activities. Both are carried out in the school environment, especially during learning activities and also in the home environment.
Literasi numerasi merupakan salah satu yang dinilai dalam Asesmen Kompetensi Minimal (AKM) yang sudah digulirkan oleh pemerintah untuk mengganti system Ujian Nasional (UN). Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan soal Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM) literasi numerasi kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar yang valid dan sesuai dengan framework AKM literasi numerasi yang telah ditetapkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R & D dengan model pengembangan 4-D (define, design, develop, dan disseminate). Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas 5 SD Negeri Julang, Kota Bogor. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan instrumen validasi. Soal literasi numerasi yang dikembangkan terdiri atas pilihan ganda, pilihan ganda kompleks, menjodohkan, isian dan uraian. Validasi ahli dilakukan pada soal literasi numerasi yang telah disusun. Data hasil validasi kemudian dianalisis dengan formula validitas dari Aiken. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan butir soal pilihan ganda memiliki kategori sesuai (83%). Soal pilihan ganda kompleks termasuk kategori sesuai (77%). Soal menjodohkan, isian dan uraian memiliki kategori sangat sesuai (100%) Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa butir soal AKM yang dikembangkan sudah valid dan sesuai dengan framework AKM literasi numerasi.
