EDUCATION SUPERVISION IN NATURAL SCHOOL BOGORThis research is an interactive qualitative study with a descriptive approach that aims to explore in depth information about the implementation of educational supervision in the Natural School Bogor. Data obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The results showed that the Natural School Bogor had carried out educational supervision on three main objects namely the curriculum, Human Resources (HR) and facilities and infrastructure. Based on field data, there are obstacles in the implementation of curriculum supervision. While supervision in the field of Human Resources and infrastructure can run well.
WORK SATISFACTION TEACHERS ARE REVIEWED FROM THE ROLE OF HEADMASTER SUPERVISION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL IN NORTH BOGOR DISTRICT This research is aims to examine teacher job satisfaction and variables that have a relationship with teacher job satisfaction, in this case the supervision of school principals and efforts to improve teacher job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach. The research variable consisted of an independent variable namely the supervision of the principal with the dependent variable namely teacher job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Public Elementary School in North Bogor Regency, Bogor City. Research data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents who have been selected as samples. The results of the questionnaire were collected and recorded to analyze data to test the research hypotheses and to find out the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction. To test the research hypothesis and to determine the strength of the relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, data analysis was performed using statistical tests in the form of correlations and simple linear regression, as well as multiple correlation and regression. Hypothesis testing is performed at the significance level a = 0.05. This study presents three main conclusions: There is a positive relationship between principal supervision and teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the higher the supervision of the principal, the higher the teacher job satisfaction shown by the regression equation Ŷ = 63.64 + 0.53X and the correlation coefficient ry = 0.520. Based on the findings, teacher job satisfaction can be increased through supervision of the school principal.
The aim of the study is to increase students' interest and skills using the Group Assignment learning method through micro-scale practicums in Science courses. The study was conducted on Chemistry study subjects. The research subjects were 209 students of Elementary Teacher Education, Pakuan University . During the learning process, observations about student cooperation during the practicum were carried out. The results of observations of each cycle are evaluated as reflection material in the next cycle to improve students' skills and interests in accordance with the set targets. Data analysis was performed descriptively quantitative. Science practicum material is material in the Chemistry Study course on a micro scale. From the results of the T-test, there are significant differences. This means that the understanding of concepts and Science Process Skills increases after prospective teacher students experience the learning process of group assignments on Chemistry Study material on a micro scale. The results of understanding concepts, the average value increased from 62.42 to 86.68 and the science process skills increased the average value from 56.19 to 87.86. 94% students responded positively, namely agreed and strongly agreed that the process of science lectures with group assignments and micro-scale practicum. This can improve science process skills and understanding of materials in science courses at PGSD students.
This research aims to determine the extent of the successful implementation of school-based management in Tambilung Elementary School which is one of the small schools in Bogor Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research that provides in-depth explanations of data and information related to the implementation of school-based management in terms of three core components namely 1) School Management, 2) Active, Creative and Enjoyable Learning, and 3) Community Participation. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of school-based management in Tambilung Elementary School has only reached 83.62% which, if elaborated, the success of each component, namely: the school management component 85.89%, the learning activity component amounted to 76.19% and the component of community participation in the implementation of school-based management is 88.80%.
The Covid-19 pandemic has had a tremendous impact in various fields. One of them is in the field of education. Social changes that occur in the field of education due to the pandemic require all levels of education to adapt from offline learning to online learning. Of course this raises the pros and cons, resulting in various problems in the field. Among some of these problems, especially in the online learning of students at the elementary school level. This also happened to students in the Jl. Education II Babakan Gunung Gede Rt.01 Rw.01 No.55 whose majority of parents are from the lower middle class so that they become targets in this Community Service (PkM) activity. PkM activities are carried out for one month with a total of eight mentoring meetings. In each meeting students are given different materials accompanied by educational games that can increase learning motivation. The activity received a positive response from various parties so that it is hoped that similar activities can be carried out on an ongoing basis.
This a qualitative reasearch with a content analysis approach. The object of research is presenting the contents of books and sentences which contain the values of character education. The purposes of this study are 1) Describing the presentation characteristics of the teaching material for Environmental Education Books for 2nd grade of Sd/MI, 2) Exploring the content of character education values in teaching materials for Environmental Education Books for 2nd grade of SD/MI. The research used see and note techniques for data collection. The researcher using triangulation for data validit testing techniques. The conclusions of this research are 1) the characteristics of presenting environmental educations textbooks for 2nd grade of SD/MI compiled by the Bandung PLH team from aspects of content, language, and graphics feasibility have fulfilled good textbooks according to BSNP. However, charachter values need to be re-develoved in each sub-chapter to support the education program. 2) the values of character education contained in the teaching materials for environmental education for 2nd grade of SD/MI compiled by the Bandung PLH team are 1) religious, 2) discipline, 3) creative, 4) environemntal concern 5) social care, and 6) responsibility.
THE EFFECT OF HABIT LEARNING TOWARD MATHEMATICS LEARNING OUTCOMES This research is a quantitative research with a survey approach conducted on fourth grade students of Sukasari State Elementary School, Bogor City, 2020/2021 school years. The populations are 93 student and sample 48 student. The data in this study were obtained throungh an instrument in the for learning habits variables and a test instrument in the form multiple choice questions for variable mathematics learning outcomes. This is based on statistical analysis which produces path coefficients (r_xy) in the amount of 0,335 and the pattern Y = 43,85 + 0,236x. From the level of influence is low and obtained t_count 2,713 greater than t_table1,990 the real level 0,05 significant. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between the learning habits on the mathematics learning outcomes of fourth grade student.

Penelitian dilaksanakan pada guru yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil di SMP Negeri se-Kecamatan Cianjur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistik korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana serta korelasi dan regresi linier ganda. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan pada taraf signifikansi 0,05.Hasil penelitian menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan yaitu: Pertama, terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kepuasan kerja guru yang ditunjukan dengan koefisien korelasi koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,552 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 76,833+0,228X1. Kedua, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,627 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 48,031+0,368X2. Ketiga, Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kepuasan kerja guru yang ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi ry12= 0,669 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 48,578+0,118X1+0,272X2. Berdasarkan kesimpulan di atas, implikasi hasil penelitian adalah kepuasan kerja guru dapat ditingkatkan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dan budaya organisasi. The research was conducted on Civil Servants Teacher in Public Junior High School District of Cianjur,total sample is 132 respondents. Sampling technique is done by proportional random sampling.
