Abstract—This research was conducted in 2018 to determine the opinions of prospective teachers about the usability of Web 2.0 tools in education. Quantitative research method was used in the research. The research was conducted in the spring term of 2018–2019. The study group consisted of prospective teachers studying at the faculties of education of the foundation university. 114 prospective teachers participated in the study. The data collection tool called Son The Problems of the Last Year Students of the Faculty of Education and Their Problems in Teaching Practice gelistiril developed by Aylin Demirhan and Meryem Yakut was applied to the teacher candidates. The data were collected by the researchers. The collected data were analysed using the SPSS program. To analyse the data obtained from the data collection tool, frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, minimum and maximum values, T-test and analysis of variance applied. According to the results of the study, prospective teachers’ opinions about the use of Web 2.0 tools are highly positive. It is thought that the students' ability to create content with active participation, support social interaction, and creativity in educational environments, and it is seen in the results of the research that the prospective teachers reported positive opinions. Web 2.0 tools are thought to have a positive effect on learning due to their rich content and may be useful in increasing the prospective teachers' communicative abilities with their common workspaces. Therefore, it is predicted that teachers' use of Web 2.0 tools in their courses will contribute to the development of prospective teachers. In addition, it is thought that the training to be provided by educators who have an important role in guiding prospective teachers and guiding them for a better education will enable prospective teachers to use Web 2.0 tools more frequently and efficiently.
The urgency of the problem studied in the paper is conditioned by the fact that stable functioning and development of economic entities, sectors of the economy, regions and the country cannot be carried out without investments. In the modern economy of the Russian Federation, whose conditions of existence can be called non-stationary, one of the problems is attracting investment resources into economic activity and overcoming the conditions for slowing and stopping the growth of the country's economy caused by external unfavorable economic circumstances. In connection with the foregoing, the policy of attracting and managing investments in the regions of the Russian Federation, with a view to ensuring conditions for overcoming the crisis phenomena and resuming the economic growth of the country and its subjects is of particular interest. The G. M. Kvon et al. 836intensification of the state investment policy is a core prerequisite for the transition of the economy to sustainable growth. However, in economic market conditions the state is not able to solve this problem to the full. Therefore, the process of activating investment policy at the regional level is becoming topical. The purpose of the paper is to study the management and implementation of investment policy in the region on the example of the Republic of Tatarstan, the analysis and assessment of the investment environment's state. The leading method to research this problem is the statistical one, which is a method of quantitative analysis of a set of homogeneous facts that determine in the aggregate the transition of quantitative changes to qualitative ones. The paper presents the results of assessing the socio-economic development of the region, analyzes the indicators that allow characterizing the investment environment's state. The paper also presents the strategic priorities of the region's investment activities, analyzes the opportunities for their implementation in conditions of non-stationary state, and makes sound conclusions about the need to activate regional investment policies. The materials of the paper are of practical value for specialists dealing with the implementation of the investment policy of the region.
A modern education system where students and faculty members are not obliged to come to the campus, where live, video, audio and interactive courses are taught in a fully virtual environment with face-to-face university education is called distance education. Based on the technological developments, the importance of distance education has also been revealed. The aim of this study is to determine the opinions of experts on the development of the ‘distance education’ course brought to the teacher training programmes. The participants of the study were selected from the purposeful sampling types with maximum diversity, criteria and easily accessible sampling methods. The data obtained as a result of interviews with experts from Northern Cyprus and Russian Universities were subjected to content analysis with a qualitative approach. In this study, which was designed as a case study, 20 academicians from 3 different departments working in the education faculty were included. In the study, a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers was used as the data collection tool. Interviews were recorded with their consent. The data obtained as a result of interviews with experts were subjected to content analysis with a qualitative approach. As a result of the research, the experts reported teacher competencies, course application and system-oriented views for the development of the distance learning course.
In the conditions of development and improvement of management systems in organizations of the service sector, the requirements to the quality of labor and the qualification of personnel are increasing, which is an essential condition for achieving competitive advantages. The relevance of the research of the features of innovative personnel management in the service sector is determined by the growing role of this industry in the modern economy. Based on the use of theoretical and empirical methods, conditions and mechanisms for the formation of an innovative system of training / development of personnel at service enterprises were identified. The paper substantiates the priority tasks of personnel management in the context of the basic concepts of organizational change. As a result of the study, a program to improve the skills and trainings for employees of service enterprises, taking into account the characteristics of their work activities, was developed. An author's two-component model for estimating M. D. Mironova et al794 investment in human capital is proposed, which reflects the personal development of employees.
The relevance of the issues of the working out of management of sustainable tourism and hospitality development in the regions stipulated by the necessity of integrated approach to assessing the impact of tourism on the socio-economic aspects of the regions progress. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for managing sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the regions. The leading approach to the study of this problem is evaluation of the scale of tourism development and its impact on the region, and then determination of the appropriate indicators for each measurement and the analysis of assets and resources, related to the development of tourism and hospitality, that allows a comparison with other regions and countries. The article covers the questions of change of scientific approaches to the assessment of the essence of the concept of "sustainable tourism development", identifies and describes the main factors affecting the management of sustainable development of tourism and hospitality in the region.The article also reveals that if the connection between tourism and other sectors of the national economy can not be built, a significant part of the development potential of the tourism actions may be lost. Article materials represent a practical value to designers in the field of tourism and marketing specialists trying to develop offers that are adapted to the needs of the target markets.
The article defines the importance of sea and river cruises. Shows the dynamics of the development of the cruise of the cluster. It is proved that Russia has enough potential. There is a possibility of development of sea and river cruise tourism. It is noted that the state of the domestic cruise market has deteriorated significantly. It was determined that for the domestic market of cruise tourism there are a number of problems that hinder effective work. The most serious of these are: conceptual basis and structure of the internal market river cruise tourism, the absence of a state regulatory framework. You need to adjust the evaluation of the effectiveness of the cruise market. The authors propose a method of assessing socio-economic efficiency. Developed a mechanism to enable companies in the cluster. Assesses the multiplier effect for the region due to the formation of clusters. A comprehensive approach to the problem of domestic cruise tourism is possible by the formation of tourism clusters in the regions. World practice shows that forming of tourist cluster will give impetus to the development of the region.
