The use of a problem-based approach in the preparation of students of physical and mathematical specialties allows them to acquire new skills, abilities and knowledge in the process of learning by solving various professional problems. This requires the use of various available information resources. Problem-oriented training provides an opportunity to acquire the skills of information retrieval and creative problem solving. During problem-oriented training, students have the opportunity to acquire the skills of teamwork and search for non-standard ways to solve problematic issues. Professional readiness is an integral indicator of the quality of training of a specialist and the level of skill in accordance with the requirements that his professional activity puts forward. Problem-oriented learning encourages students to search for the required information from various sources. In addition, the information sought can be interdisciplinary. Problem-oriented training contributes to the improvement of professional readiness of students of physical and mathematical specialties.

Using the method of questionnaires of students majoring in 014 Secondary Education (Chemistry) at Poltava National Pedagogical University named after VG Korolenko, the attitude of future professionals to the teaching of chemical disciplines, which they master according to the educational program.
The article analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling in the sphere of today's education in the interdisciplinary aspects, in particular, neuropsychology and neuropedagogy. An attempt to substantiate psychological and pedagogical counseling as a service of providing psychological assistance to the client through training and forming a new experience of adaptive behavior in accordance with the requirements of the educational environment is made. Theoretical and methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling are analyzed on the basis of the works on the current issues of psychological counseling by foreign and domestic researchers. The importance of psycho-consultative interaction in the conditions of inclusive education and teaching special children, taking into account the competencies of neuropedagogy, neuropsychology and neurophysiology was substantiated. The personal approach in the methodology of today's psychological and pedagogical counseling is defined as the main one, which is integrated with psychological approaches to counseling. The methodological foundations of psychological and pedagogical counseling are defined by theoretical and methodological principles, psychological mechanisms for organizing and conducting counseling work and ethical principles and norms for manifestation of professional competence of a counselor. It was found that psychological approaches such as person-centered, problem-oriented, and professional-competence approaches are most often applied to psychological and pedagogical counseling.
The article deals with problems related to several important aspects of pedagogical innovation in modern Ukraine. The requirements for the head of the New Ukrainian School as an integrative figure in the context of the educational environment, the organization of his relations with students, teachers, parents of students, representatives of local communities are analyzed. The specifics of partnership are discussed as a means of establishing constructive contacts between subjects interested in a successful educational outcome. It is substantiated that the professional training of the head of the New Ukrainian School should include two interrelated areas: content-technological, which includes mastering the above components of managerial training as the theoretical basis of his activity, and personal-activity, which allows to form a sufficiently flexible and at the same time conceptual individual system of administrative interaction with the subjects of the educational environment. The high school's ability to form a future education manager's ability to engage in this interaction is being explored. It initiates the expansion of forms and methods of interaction between higher and secondary schools, which are able to accumulate their opportunities for early immersion of the future manager into the latter's educational environment in order to develop systemic managerial experience and to develop the capacity for effective management communication on the principles.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the important tasks of training the future manager of the economic sector, taking into account the creative nature of his professional activity. According to the author, the creative potential of the future manager should also be considered as one of the drivers of self-development, a factor of self-motivation. The active manifestation of a young person's creative inclinations indicates that he is psychologically attuned to change, the source of which is himself, and the object - both the external and internal world. Creative ideas can positively affect the development of the enterprise, first of all, when the manager acts in close cooperation with other managers, does not distinguish himself as an unusual, gifted person, is able not only to admire attractive prospects, but to defend them throughout their implementation, able to reformat it at any stage if the need for such steps has become apparent.The active manifestation of a young person's creative inclinations indicates that he is psychologically attuned to change, the source of which is himself, and the object - both the external and internal world.The article substantiates the need to emphasize in the system of training the manager of the economic sector the creative nature of his professional activity. Peculiarities of formation of creative personality are considered and its important characteristics in the context of professional tasks of the manager-economist are specified. The expediency of using various forms of educational modeling, quasi-professional activity with different degrees of abstraction, which will expand students' understanding of the essence of the chosen profession, increase the field of choice of personality-attractive forms of educational material and didactic interaction.
