This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh Wilton Kualasimpang dalam produksi roti..Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan Metode EOQ, persediaan pengaman dan titk pesan kembali. Berdasarkan analisis pembelian bahan baku tepung terigu untuk produksi roti yang optimal menurut metode Economic Order Quantity selama tahun 2015 di Wilton Kualasimpang yaitu sebanyak 19.221 kg per pemesanan sedangkan menurut kebijakan perusahaan sebanyak 3.026,67 kg per pemesanan. Frekuensi pembelian sebanyak 2 kali sedangkan menurut kebijakan Wilton Kualasimpang sebanyak 12 kali pembelian. Kuantitas persediaan pengaman menurut metode Economic Order Quantity tahun 2015 adalah sebesar 1.451,57 kg sedangkan menurut kebijakan perusahaan tidak ada karena perusahaan tidak menerapkan sistem persediaan pengaman dalam proses produksi. Dari hasil analisis diketahui total biaya persediaan menurut Economic Order Quantity sebesar Rp. 6.227.862,- sedangkan berdasarkan kebijakan perusahaan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 20.266.298,-, sehingga jika Wilton Kualasimpang menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity dapat menghemat biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 14.038.436,-. Berdasarkan analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang dilakukan oleh Wilton Kaualsimpang belum efektif
<h1>This study aims to analyze the influence of working capital turnover, operating leverage and financial leverage on profitability. The research object is thirteen retail sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) which are selected based on certain criteria. Secondary data are in the form of financial statements from each company in the period 2013 to 2017, and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The results obtained state that each working capital turnover, operating leverage and financial leverage have a positive influence on the profitability of retail sector companies on the IDX. However, the results of the partial test prove that only financial leverage has a significant influence on profitability; while working capital turnover and operating leverage proved to be insignificant. Simultaneously, the three independent variables analyzed have a significant influence on the profitability of retail sector companies on the IDX.</h1>
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency. The number of samples in this study is 65 respondents using non-probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The regression equation obtained is K = 2.138 + 0.442X1 + 0.218X2. The results of this study explain that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh District, where from the results of the t test, the value of t sig is obtained. emotional Quotient variable is 0.018 <0.05, and spiritual Quotient variable is 0.033 <0.05. Emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada, East Aceh Regency, where the F test results obtained t sig values. 0.011 <0.05. From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that emotional Quotient and spiritual Quotient affect employee performance at PDAM Tirta Peusada Aceh Timur by 47.2%, while the remaining 52.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model.
This research aims to look at the description of the prosocial behavior of students at the City Park in Makassar. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive methods. Subjects in this study were 1137 respondents obtained using a purposive sampling technique. Data from this study were obtained using a prosocial behavior scale, which contained 30 items. Data obtained from the subject's answers were analyzed by descriptive analysis test with crosstabulation using the GNU PSPP Statistical Analysis Software version 1.2.0. The results of this study showed that prosocial behavior is at a moderate level.
