This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational culture on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. The sample used in this study amounted to 42 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study uses a non probability sampling technique that is saturated sampling. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination analysis. The regression equation produced in this study Y = 2.984 + 0.460X1 + 0.203X2. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t value of 0.029 <0.05 was obtained. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the t test in which the t-value of 0.035 <0.05 was obtained. Job satisfaction and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency. This is evidenced from the F test where F sig 0.034 <0.05. From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination can be explained that job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees of The Royal Hotel in East Aceh Regency by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada warung wedang jahe dengan studi pada warung sido mampir yang menjual wedang jahe di kota Langsa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang melakukan pembelian di Warung Sido Mampir. Oleh karena jumlah populasi tidak diketahui, maka untuk menentukan jumlah sampel digunakan rumus Unknow Population. Sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling, yaitu siapa saja anggota populasi yang secara kebetulan dijumpai pada saat dilakukan penelitian dan memenuhi kriteria tertentu yaitu pelanggan Warung Sido Mampir. Dari hasil uji regresi berganda dapat dibuat persamaan regresi berganda sebagai berikut: Y = 1,470 + 0,168X1+ 0,222X2 + 0,172X3 + 0,113X4 . Dari hasil uji korelasi dan determinasi diperoleh nilai R positif dan berada antara angka 0 dan 1, artinya bahwa hubungan variabel produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen adalah positif dan berbanding searah, yaitu semakin baik produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi, maka minat beli konsumen akan semakin baik. Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,232 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh variabel independen yaitu produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi terhadap minat beli konsumen pada warung wedang jahe sebesar 23,2%. Dan nilai F sig sebesar 0,000. Oleh karena nilai F sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa varibel produk, harga, promosi dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada warung jahe.
This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 86 respondents. The data used are primary data analyzed using multiple linear regression equations, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study obtained Y = 2,247 + 0,443X1 + 0,445X2. Constants of 2,247 were performance before being influenced by occupational safety and health variables. The regression coefficient is 0.443X1, indicating that work safety has a positive effect on performance. The regression coefficient is 0.445X2, indicating that occupational health has a positive effect on performance. The result of the safety t test is tcount> ttable (2.086> 1.988), it can be stated that statistically the safety variable has a significant effect on performance. The results of the health t test tcount> t table (2.106> 1.988), it can be stated that statistically the health variables have a significant effect on performance. F test results, Fcount> Ftable (62,043> 3,11), it can be stated statistically the variables of occupational health and safety have a significant effect on performance. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.599 or 59.9% of the variables of occupational health and safety affect employee performance and the remaining 40.1% is influenced by other variables not examined.
This study aims to determine the effect of human relations on the performance of PT Perkebunan Limbang's employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses Probability Sampling and sample determination is done by random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through partial tests (t test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression equation obtained Y = 2.687 + 0.375X1. The value of constant is 2.687 is the value of employee performance before it is influenced by relationships between humans. increased by 0.375. Relations between humans have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Limbang with the results of the t test which is the value of tcount> ttable (5.573> 1.656) and the value of t sig is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.19 0 or 19.0%. This shows the variable relations between humans affect the performance of employees at PT. Weighing Langsa Plantation is 19.0%, and the remaining 81.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation and compensation.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously and partially on the Employee Performance of PT. Langsa Plantation Nusantara I. This research was conducted at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebunan Nusantara I, the study was conducted for two months. 83 employees were surveyed randomly as respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. From the data analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 1,042 + 0,132X1 + 0,220X2 + 0,391X3. Furthermore, from the results of the analysis it is known that the value of t arithmetic is 1.665> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.041 <0.05, which means that the Knowledge Management variable influences employee performance variables. While for the Skill variable, the value of t arithmetic is 2.267> t table 1.664 and the value of t sig. 0.026 <0.05 which means that the Skill variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. And for the Attitude variable obtained t count value of 4.335> t table 1.664 and t value sig. 0.00 <0.05 which means that the attitude variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes Management simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Langsa Perkebuanan Nusantara I where F count value is 25,477> 3,29.
