This study aims to determine the effect of human relations on the performance of PT Perkebunan Limbang's employees. This research is a type of descriptive quantitative research with a sample of 134 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses Probability Sampling and sample determination is done by random sampling. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done through partial tests (t test) and test coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the regression equation obtained Y = 2.687 + 0.375X1. The value of constant is 2.687 is the value of employee performance before it is influenced by relationships between humans. increased by 0.375. Relations between humans have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Perkebunan Limbang with the results of the t test which is the value of tcount> ttable (5.573> 1.656) and the value of t sig is 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.19 0 or 19.0%. This shows the variable relations between humans affect the performance of employees at PT. Weighing Langsa Plantation is 19.0%, and the remaining 81.0% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as motivation and compensation.
The research objective is to find out the factors that influence students' interest in choosing a Public Accountant career and dominant factors affect the perception of accounting students in choosing a career. Eighty accounting students at Samudra University, Langsa City were respondents in this study. The analytical technique used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results of this study are the twelve items that affect student interest in career selection as a public accountant, formed into three main factors, namely 1) the intrinsic value factor of the job, 2) the professionalism factor, and 3) the labor market factor. Then, the three factors have an effect up to 77.3% on the selection of public accountant careers, while the rest are influenced by other factors outside this study. While the intrinsic value factor of a job has the highest eigenvalue score, which is 7.003 which means that the factor has the most dominant influence in the career selection of public accountants.
This study aims to identify the factors that influence the digital literacy competence of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics, Kadiri University the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with one hundred students as respondents. The analysis used Confirmatory Factor Analysis, the results of the study show that there are three factors that affect the level of digital literacy competence of students, including: 1) environmental support factors consisting of campus environment and family roles, 2) socio-economic conditions which include individual financial conditions critical of the media, and 3) the intensity of media use which consists of the use of digital media in daily activities and work on academic assignments.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Timbang Langsa, Aceh bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh bagaimana dampak human relation terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia dalam organisasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan tetap PT Timbang Langsa, dan karyawan yang menjadi responden adalah sebanyak 134 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan beberapa kriteria tertentu.. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Human relation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Perkebunan Timbang Langsa dengan hasil uji t yaitu nilai thitung > ttabel (5,573 > 1,656) dan nilai t sig yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) yaitu 0,19 0atau 19,0%. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel human relation mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Timbang Langsa sebesar 19,0%, dan sisanya 81,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Keywords: human relation, kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia
ABSTRAKKegiatan pengabdian ini merupakan pelatihan bagaimana memanfaatkan sampah organik rumah tangga menjadi kompos blok sehingga bisa digunakan sebagai bahan media tanam di tengah tren berkebun yang sedang digemari masyarakat. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membina mitra untuk dapat mengolah sampah organik rumah tangga yang selama ini hanya dibuang begitu saja menjadi produk yang bermanfaat seperti kompos. Kompos blok merupakan produk inovasi yang memanfaatkan limbah organik menjadi olahan kompos yang dalam proses pengerjaanya dicetak menjadi blok menggunakan alat cetak sederhana dari kayu, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media tanam dalam budidaya pertanian berbasis urban farming. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan di Gampong Baroh Langsa Lama, kota Langsa Aceh, dengan 30 orang buruh harian lepas sebagai mitra. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan dan praktik, serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah 50 persen mitra bersedia melakukan praktik pembuatan kompos blok di tempat tinggal masing masing dan bersedia dievaluasi oleh tim pengabdian secara berkala. ABSTRACTThis community service activity is a training to utilize household organic waste into compost blocks so that it can be used as planting media material. So, it can support gardening trends that are popular with the community. The purpose of this activity is to train partners to be able to process household organic waste into useful products such as compost. Block compost is an innovative product that utilizes organic waste into compost which in the process is formed into blocks using a simple wooden press so that it can be used as a planting medium in urban farming-based agricultural cultivation. Community service activities were carried out in Gampong Baroh Langsa Lama, Langsa Aceh city, with 30 day laborer as partners. The methods used are socialization, training and practice, and evaluation. The result of this activity is that 50 percent of partners are willing to practice making compost blocks and are willing to be evaluated by the community service team periodically Keywords: Organic waste; block compost; urban farming.
