Salah satu solusi untuk mendapatkan kualitas layanan internet yang lebih baik adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi load balancing. Banyaknya penyedia layanan internet di Indonesia memberikan kita banyak pilihan operator mana yang akan kita gunakan layanannya. Kita dapat menggunakan lebih dari satu koneksi internet dari penyedia layanan internet yang berbeda yang kemudian di seimbangkan dengan teknologi Load Balancing. Load balancing metode ECMP (Equal Cost Muli Path) dan Metode PCC (Per Connection Classifier) merupakan contoh metode load balancing yang sering diterapkan pada jaringan komputer. C COVID-19 memiliki dampak bagi masyarakat salah satunya adalah panic buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran secara komprehensif mengenai perilaku panic buying dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhinya di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed-method yang diawali dengan menyebarkan survei kepada 418 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh dari survei kemudian diperdalam dengan metode kualitatif melalui wawancara kepada enam narasumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa panic buying terjadi pada beberapa barang yang berpotensi sangat dibutuhkan selama pandemi. Hal tersebut di latar belakangi oleh kecemasan yang menyertai masyarakat. Akan tetapi, pada barang yang lain pembelian masih dilakukan dalam kondisi terkontrol dan sesuai kebutuhan. Kampanye untuk tidak melakukan panic buying yang dilakukan belum sepenuhnya efektif. Harapan terbesar dari mayoritas masyarakat justru bukan pada penyediaan stok barang yang dibutuhkan, tetapi lebih cenderung agar pemerintah meningkatkan kecepatan dalam menangani penyebaran COVID-19 ini. This is a literature study, whose main data sources are books, literature, records, and reports that have to do with the subject matter being solved. The results show that Japanese transportation system is very modern, comfortable, secure, punctual, and well-organized, as well as outstanding in service and responsible, so that people use public transport rather than private cars. Transportation in Japan as in other countries includes land, sea, and air transports. On land, there is a transport in the form of excellent trains and become a major transportation in Japan. In addition, there are also subway trains. To connect between islands, especially the four largest islands (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu) there are ferries as a means of crossing. Also available is a comprehensive international air service through two major airlines, Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways, as well as foreign airlines based on the operators who ly all over the world. Transportation in Japan is generally accommodated by Japan Railway (JR), the state-owned company JR Bus, JR Train, and others.
Abstract:The economic growth and advancement of the transportation community will require fast, safe, and timely transportation, making the airport not only a landing and take-off only for operational activities, but after the passage of the airport paradigm becomes the gateway to the economy, tourism activities, trade, and arising in the transport network, integrated with the surrounding support areas that generate economic impact of the air transport development whose purpose seeking the process of linkage changes in one field to be one cause of change in other fields. This paper endeavors to discover the multiplier effects of airport development impacts on local economic growth. The methodology of thestudy used descriptive approach with structured interview to informants in the airport whose economic life has been affected by the sheer development of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. The study shows that local economic activities within the airport environment have been improved in some aspects, mostly in the job opportunity for local residents which drives economic improvements of the households.
The Battery management system (BMS) is a main component in the battery pack system for electric vehicles (EV). The function of BMS is to monitor battery cells such as; cell voltage, cell temperature, and current in the battery pack. Moreover BMS also able to balance the voltage of the cells so the difference in voltage of the cells can be minimized. By having many of these functions, BMS can identify battery health based on these parameters. With such an important function, in this paper, BMS was tested to determine its reliability. The standard testing for BMS reliability is the Environment test. In the environment test, some things that are conducted in the environment test are initial temperature cycling. From the environment, the test can be generated information to assess the quality of the BMS following its function. Furthermore, it can reduce the cost to inspect every battery cells in the packs. With the environment test as a basis for BMS reliability tester, hopefully, good quality is obtained. Future development in BMS reliability testing can also be conducted to improve reliability.
Indonesia is a country with varying regional topography conditions. This varied topography also means that Indonesia has varying slope levels as well. With the slope of this varied slope increases the potential for landslide disasters. Some areas with steep slope levels are utilized not as they should increase the risk of losses experienced in the event of a disaster. This research aims to identify and analyze the suitability of residential land to landslide-prone areas and to identify mitigation efforts against landslides. This analysis begins by identifying the factors that affect landslide disaster insecurity. After that, identify the distribution of settlements. After the two were identified, an analysis was carried out to determine the suitability of the landslide-prone settlement. Based on the analysis that has been done, then the next step is to classify landslide disaster prone areas where the number of classes obtained is 5 (five) classes. The classification of landslide disaster insanity is divided into very low, low, medium, high, and very high levels of insanity.Keywords: Settlements, Disaster Insecurity, Landslide ABSTRAKIndonesia merupakan negara dengan kondisi topografi wilayah yang bervariasi. Topografi yang bervariasi ini juga mengartikan bahwa Indonesia memiliki tingkat kemiringan lereng yang bervariasi pula. Dengan kemiringan lereng yang bervariasi ini meningkatkan potensi terjadinya tanah longsor. Beberapa wilayah dengan tingkat kemiringan lereng curam ini dimanfaatkan tidak sebagaimana mestinya sehingga meningkatkan risiko kerugian yang dialami saat terjadi bencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kesesuaian lahan permukiman terhadap kawasan rawan bencana longsor serta mengetahui upaya mitigasi terhadap bencana tanah longsor. Analisis ini dimulai dengan melakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerawanan bencana longsor. Setelah itu, melakukan identifikasi persebaran lokasi permukiman. Setelah keduanya diidentifikasi, maka dilakukan analisis guna mengetahui kesesuaian lahan permukiman terhdap kawasn rawan bencana longsor. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, maka langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan klasifikasi kawasan rawan bencana tanah longsor dimana jumlah kelas yang diperoleh adalah 5 (lima) kelas. Klasifikasi kerawanan bencana tanah longsor terbagi menjadi tingkat kerawanan sangat rendah, rendah, sedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi.Kata Kunci : Permukiman, Kerawanan Bencana, Tanah Longsor
