This article aims to describe: 1) explain the management of the Management Information System, 2) explain the decision making based on data in the Management information system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. All collected data were then analyzed using data in a few stages from reducing data, presenting data, to drawing evaluation conclusions. Research informants were the Headmaster of MI Darussalam, the School operator, and Teachers. The results showed that. The Role of Management Information System in Decision Making in MI Darussalam: (1) The components in the Management Information System has been fulfilled, (2) management of management information systems centered on two people, (3) The flow of MIS management in MI Darussalam is the process of data input, data processing, and data storage, (4) The head of the Madrasah puts forward the principle of deliberation to make decisions. (5) The Management Information System is used as a database for making decisions and making program activities. (6) There is a Decisive Support System (DSS) that is used, but it is still constrained.
AbstrakPentingnya pola pengembangan kurikulum berkarakter untuk semua kalangan terutama di pesantren memunculkan berbagai strategi dalam menerapkanya. Strategi internalisasi dan integrasi yang dilakukan oleh berbagai lembaga untuk menjadikan peserta didik mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal. Pola pengembangan kurikulum disetiap pesantren mempunyai ciri khas khusus termasuk Nurul Ummah Mojokerto. Keunikan dalam pengembangan kurikulum tersebut adalah dengan adanya hasil yang didapatkan oleh peserta didik terbukti dengan adanya prestasi yang telah dicapai. Oleh sebab itulah pola pengembangan kurikulum ini penting untuk di teliti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan pola pengembangan kurikulum berkarakter di Pesantren Nurul Ummah Mojokerto. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif analitis dengan variasi studi kasus. Yaitu secara jelas menggambarkan pola pengembangan kurikulum dalam Pondok Pesantren Nurul Ummah. Pola pengembangan kurikulum yang dilaksanakan adalah pengembangan kurikulum interegatif dengan kombinasi kurikulum nasional, kurikulum internasional dengan kurikulum diniah mua`adalah Al-Azhar Mesir. Kurikulum tersebut ditekankan pada pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Penerapan kurikulum berkarakter dilaksanakan melalui pembelajaran, budaya sekolah, kedisiplinan, pembiasaan atau melalui manajemen pesantren, semua aspek tersebut diintegrasikan agar mendapatkan hasil dalam internalisasi karakter peserta didik. Internalization and integration strategies were undertaken by various institutions to make learners get maximum results. The pattern of curriculum development in every Islamic Boarding School has special characteristics including Nurul Ummah Mojokerto. The uniqueness in the development of the curriculum is with the results obtained by learners is evidenced by the achievements that have been achieved. That is why this curriculum development pattern is important for the research. The purpose-this study aims to describe the pattern of curriculum development characterized in Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Ummah Mojokerto. This research used a qualitative approach with analytical descriptive type with case study variation. That clearly illustrates the pattern of curriculum development in Islamic Boarding School Nurul Ummah. Peneliti ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah dan Umtuk menganalisis evaluasi internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran di kelas VIII Mts Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif, Dimana penelitian kualitatif merupakan sebuah prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif yang berupa kata tertulis maupun lisan serta tingkah laku seseorang yang telah diamati. Pendekatan kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan, dan lain-lain secara holistic dengan cara deskriptif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa. Penyajian dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada proses pencarian data secara lengkap, yang kemudian data tersebut disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif terurai dalam kata-kata untuk memperoleh keutuhan deskripsi atau gambaran tentang penguatan internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Proses internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah yaitu: a. Penanaman nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam pola pikir siswa, setelah itu, b. Pembiasaan, dan c. Keteladanan dari guru terhadap siswa. 2) Evaluasi Internalisasi nilai kejujuran dalam pembelajaran dikalas VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah a. Cara penilaian dari setiap sektor yang berada di lembaga secara berkala, b. Pemberian tugas yang bersifat mengedukasi kepada siswa secara bertahap, dan c. Pendekatan emosional secara continue, dengan harapan terbangun kedekatan antar guru dengan siswa sehingga hubungan baik bisa terjalin diantara mereka, dalam hal ini diupayakan bisa menumbuhkan rasa keyakinan terhadap siswa untuk berani berkata jujur dalam segala hal.
Purpose-This study aims to provide a common understanding between education stakeholders regarding student discipline through punishment. Design / methodology / approach- This research belongs to descriptive qualitative research, so the researcher tries to have a stock of theory and extensive insight so as to be able to inquire, analyze, and construct the social situation being studied becomes clearer and meaningful. Findings-Student discipline becomes one problems in education. The focus in this study is disciplinary education through punishment. Schools as educational institutions, teachers, parents, students, and the community have different understanding in understanding the discipline. Originality-punishment is a way to direct a behavior to match what is expected, but rewarding is more effective for the formation of student behavior than punishment.
Religious Moderation in education is important to implement because it can bring a deterrent effect to the students’ religious understanding and practice to avoid radicalism in higher education. The present study is aimed at investigating learning strategies to deliver Islamic Religious Education in higher education. A qualitative method with a case study approach was applied in this study. The data were collected by using interview, documentation, and observation. The results show that the university applied several learning strategies to strengthen students’ psychomotor and affective aspects in the form of experiential, habituation, emotional, functional, and rational strategies. Those strategies can be implemented by using various learning methods such as lectures, discussions, experiments, and assignments that promote moderate Islamic values and Rahmatan LiAlaminin.
This article aims to explain and find out the application of participatory learning with the game method at MAN 1 Mojokerto and how the application of participatory learning with the game method can improve student learning mastery at MAN 1 Mojokerto? This type of research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive pattern field research approach. This study also uses a participatory learning theory framework, game method theory, and student learning mastery theory. This study came to the findings that 1) participatory learning using the game method, which was realized in the Team’s Games Tournament (TGT) model, combined with planned and guided learning through Lesson Study, could increase students' learning motivation and lead to the achievement of student learning mastery. 2). The application of Teams Games Tournament cooperative learning combined with guided inquiry can improve students' mastery and learning outcomes. It can be seen from the classical learning completeness of students by 53.8%, in the untreated learning, it increases to 96.2% in the planned and guided learning that applies participatory learning with the game method. This increase is due to the application of participatory learning with the game method (Teams Games Tournament) can increase students' learning motivation so that students are easier to understand the material being studied along with optimal student learning mastery.
This article aims to describe and determine the planning of moderate PAI learning at Unisma College and the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach (multi-site design). The results of this article are: The lecturers adhere to the curriculum and syllabus books used to create lecture program units (SAP). Learning planning must include how to implement and evaluate thoroughly and contain moderate Islamic values.
Artikel ini menjelaskan pentingnya inovasi pendidikan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan peserta didik. Multiple Intelligences MI (kecerdasan majemuk) adalah sebagian kecil inovasi di bagian pendidikan sebagai jawaban atas pembagian kecerdasan yang hanya terpacu pada intellectual, spiritual dan emosiaonal. Multiple Intelligences membagi kecerdasan pada anak menjadi delapan sehingga dengan pembagian tersebut minat dan bakat peserta didik sekaligus potensinya tergali secara terarah dan tersalurkan. MI banyak di terapkan di lembaga-lembaga sekolah, yang bersifat formal akan tetapi bangsa ini lupa dengan pendidikan yang mencetak banyak ulama` yaitu pesantren. dengan demikian seharusnya pesantren menjadi perhatian serius untuk pengembangan santri/peserta didik. Dan dengan adanya inovasi pendidikan ini semoga menjadi sedikit solusi untuk pendidikan di negeri ini.
