The pandemic of covid 19 had big effects in educational field. The transition of learning process from face to face into online had many obstacles. Teachers, students and parents had their own problems to face it. Parents had to provide facilities to their child during online learning process but their economic factors were inadequate, such as buying android phone or data package. There were parents and teachers were not able to use the technology effectively and efficiently. It can be effect to the students. Students will left behind the materials and the assignments had given by their teachers. Door to door was an approach offered to avoid or to minimize that problems. The aim of that approach was teachers could share the materials, the assignment and guiding their students directly. Learning guidance could be the materials which were not understood and teaching them how to use android phone to access the materials shared through online learning. In order that, door to door approach which had implemented besides helped students to understand more the materials but also the students got learning guidance effectively about the way to utilize the learning technology. It was about the materials were shared online. In this case, teacher should actively guiding their students to use the technology in better way. Furthermore, the teacher will adding new knowledge, so they do not seems out of touch of information and blinded technology.
This study aimed at developing communicative learning materials for teaching English as a foreign language to students of elementary teacher education study program of Flores University. The instruments used in this study were observation sheet, interview guide, scoring rubric, and questionnaire which were used to gather data during product’s development. This study used the research and development model proposed by Sugiyono (2009). The result shows that the developed communicative learning materials were relevant to the students’ needs. The learning materials which were designed in the form of a textbook were relevant to the students’ expertise and the developed materials which were used along with communicative activities were categorized as having good quality. The implementation of the communicative materials are effectively implemented in the classroom where the result of posttest mean score was 86 and pretest mean score was 75. The lecturers of English in this study program are suggested to use these present communicative learning materials and various activities in order to avoid the boredom of the students during teaching and learning process. The various activities used can help learners to enhance their English abilities in communication and the students’ improvements of English can be increased.
The research objective is to strengthen student learning outcomes using inquiry-based learning. This type of research is called classroom action research. This study's subjects were 34 students of class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo, consisting of 12 boys and 22 girls. The instrument used to measure students' learning outcomes in this study was a multiple-choice test of 50. The indicator that shows the success of the research implementation is that students can achieve a minimum completeness value of 80% at a minimum standard score of 65. Based on the results of the classroom action research that has been implemented In SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo, it can be concluded that the application of the Inquiry learning model can improve student learning outcomes in class X MIPA 4 SMA Negeri 1 Wonomulyo. The increase in learning outcomes indicates the research results from cycle I to cycle II; namely, the average value of student learning outcomes increased from 26.47% to 88.23%.
Contextual teaching and learning (CTL) become learning that can empower pupils' cognitive learning achievement. The research objective was to enhance pupils' cognitive learning achievement (CLA) using the CTL approach. The classroom action research by Kemmis and McTaggart was used in this research. The subjects of this study were pupils of grade IV SDK Doreng, Doreng District, Sikka Regency. Participant research was ten pupils' (three boys, seven girls). Ten multiple-choice tests were used for the evaluation of each cycle. Analysis of data was quantitatively and percentage—five categories for student CLA. The success indicator is based on a score of 65 and classical completeness of 85%. The results showed that the activity of pupils and teachers in the first cycle was low. This finding was followed by not achieving completeness, where only 70% of pupils completed. The second cycle findings inform that pupils' and teacher activities were excellent, followed by classical completeness, reaching 100%. This action research concludes that CTL can improve pupils' CLA. This research recommends using CTL in the future to enhance pupils' CLA.
E-learning merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang digunakan selama pandemi covid-19. E-learning sangat penting bagi mahasiswa untuk mengakses materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap implementasi dari media E-learning selama learning from home. Deskriptif kualitatif merupakan metode dari peneliian ini dengan instrument penelitiannya adalah observasi dan wawancara Subjek dari peneliian ini mahasiswa semester 4 (empat) yang berjumlah 15 (lima belas) orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran E-learning yang diimplementasikan selama pembelajaran daring sangatlah bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan respon mahasiswa terhadap pertanyaan yang diberikan pada saat wawancara adalah seperti media pembelajaran E-learning sangat membantu selama proses pembelajaran daring, selain itu juga materi pembelajaran yang disampaikan dapat dipahami, dan dapat diakses tanpa batas waktu. Kesimpulan dari penelitan ini adalah media pembelajaran E-learning yang digunakan selama selama pandemic covid-19 sangat baik dan dapat membantu memperlancar proses pembelajaran serta menambah wawasan mahasiswa dalam pemanfatan IT.
