This research aims to find the teacher condition in teaching relating to the use of instructional media. This study used descriptive qualitative method to gain the data in which the the researcher play his role as the major Instrument and put the teachers as the key informant while the secondary informant is the principal. The results of the research shows that the teachers were satisfied with what he/she has always do, and they feel there is no need to be changed or developed on the pattern of teaching and learning with the help of the media. This research conclude that teachers assumee that teaching does not suported by various types of media and it make them have lack ability to use the learning media. Finally, this reseach recomend the teacher to change their habbit in using the media while the school leader provide them with opportunities to utilize the media in their teaching process.
ABSTRAK Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menigkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas produk kain yang dihasilkan oleh mitra, dan meningkatkan jalur pemasaran yang dapat digunakan oleh mitra dalam meningkatakan penjualan kain tenun ikat torso. Metode yang digunakan adalah penampingan, pelatihan, dan praktek langsung oleh mitra UMKM Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Capain kegiatan ini adalah dimilikinya alat tenun bukan mesin yang telah ditambah alat jangkar untuk memproduksi varian kain yang berbeda dengan kain yang selama ini diproduksi oleh mitra. Mitra memiliki standar operasi prosedur (SOP) produksi untuk menjaga kualitas kain yang diproduksi. Mitra memiliki jalur pemasaran baru melalui online marketing dengan memanfaatkan website dan social media guna meningkatkan daya saing UMKM. Kata kunci: Pendampingan, Pelatihan, UMKM, Tenun Ikat. ABSTRACT This activity aims to improve the quantity and quality of woven fabric, and improve the marketing channels that can be used by partners in increasing sales. The method used is direct mentoring, training, and practice by SME's partners Tenun Ikat Troso Jepara. Achievement this activity are owned ATBM that have been added jangkar tool to produce variants of different fabrics with fabric that had been produced by partners. Partners have standard operating procedure (SOP) production to maintain the quality of fabric produced. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of PAI teachers in teaching related to the use of instructional media. This study uses a qualitative approach. The instrument of this research is the researcher himself. Key informants are PAI teachers, while supporting informants are principals, teachers and students as well as other informants who are obtained by using snow-ball sampling. The findingsof the study obtained an overview of the conditions of theimplementation of the process of religious learning conducted by the teacher. In this case therelationship with variations in using instructional media. It was found in this study that in generalthe teaching teacher was accustomed to traditional ways and could not use the media. Besidesthat, the instructional media available in schools cannot be used for various reasons. And eventeachers have been satisfied with the teaching conditions that have been carried out for years,so they are not interested in using the right instructional media in accordance with the learningmaterial provided.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran IPS berbasis karakter pada kelas V SD Negeri 07 Koto Panai yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D). Model pengembangan menggunakan 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3-D. Tahapan yang dilakukan adalah define, design, dan develop. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2020/2021 pada KD IPS 3.4. Pada proses validasi, modul divalidasi oleh 3 orang dosen validator, yaitu validator ahli materi, ahli bahasa dan ahli desain. Pada proses praktikalitas, modul diujicobakan oleh 1 orang guru dan 29 siswa kelas V SD. Data untuk validitas diperoleh dari hasil lembar validasi yang telah dinilai oleh validator ahli materi 89,4%, ahli bahasa 95,5%, dan ahli desain 84,72%, sehingga rata-rata keseluruhan nilai validitas dari tiga orang dosen ahli 89,8% dengan kriteria valid. Data untuk praktikalitas diperoleh dari lembar praktikalitas (angket respon guru dan siswa) yang mendapatkan nilai praktikalitas oleh guru 93,18% dan praktikalitas oleh siswa 88,55%, sehingga rata-rata praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa 90,86% dengan kriteria sangat praktis. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPS berbasis karakter telah valid dan sangat praktis untuk digunakan sebagai sumber belajar atau bahan ajar untuk siswa maupun guru.
The purpose of this study is to: Analyze the Development of Mathematical Modules with a Metacognitive Approach to Facilitate Learning Independence of SMK Muhammadiyah KupangStudents. This research is a research development. The research method used is a research and development method. The location that is the object of research is the Muhammadiyah Kupang Vocational School. Subjects taken in this study were students of class X-A SMK Muhammadiyah Kupang. Data collection methods used were validation sheets and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by means of validation analysis of quantitative data derived from assessment sheets (validation) from media experts in the form of average scores and then converted to a qualitative scale. The results of media and material assessment validation on the mathematics module with a metacognitive approach are very valid with an average of 3.4. Thus this teaching material is very feasible to be used as teaching material. The results of the development of the module with a metacognitive approach can also be seen from students' responses, namely the student response questionnaire states that an average of 3.58 is obtained and can be categorized as receiving very good responses from students. Based on the module's success criteria seen from the average number of students whose responses are very good then, the mathematics module media with a metacognitive approach can be said to be successful.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul pembelajaran IPS dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning untuk siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 04 Lunang yang memenuhi kriteria valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) yang dibatasi pada 3-D yaitu define, design, dandevelop. Instrument penelitian meliputi lembar validasi dan angket praktikalitas (angket respon guru dan siswa). Validator angket terdiri dari 1 orang dosen validator materi, 1 orang dosen validator desain, dan 1 orang validator bahasa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, validasi modul yang dilakukan dari aspek materi IPS memperoleh penilaian 3,3 kategori valid, dari aspek desain memperoleh penilaian 3,33 kategori valid, dan dari aspek bahasa memperoleh penilaian 3,9 kategori sangat valid. Dilihat dari rata-rata penilaian modul pembelajaran IPS dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learningmemenuhi kategori sangat valid dengan rata-rata 3,51. Uji praktikalitas terdiri dari 1 orang guru dan 20 orang siswa, dari hasil praktikalitas oleh guru memperoleh presentasi hasil 81% dengan kategori praktis dan hasil praktikalitas oleh siswa diperoleh persentase 90,02% kategori sangat praktis. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran IPS dengan pendekatan contextual teaching and learning memenuhi kriteria sangat valid dan sangat praktis sehingga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas IV SD.
This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability and Corporate Governance Structure on dividend policy and its impact on the firm value. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 146 companies. The research sample as many as 58 companies, the period of 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is WrapPLS. The results showed that profitability have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability is a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. The structure of corporate governance is positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Corporate governance structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Corporate governance structure has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. Dividend policy is a positive and insignificant effect on firm value
