Aggregate planning makes companies possible to arrange the way of optimally utilizing company resources in order to achieve effective and efficient capacity which is made based on future demand forecasts. Pak Tabah Tofu Factory is a home factory that produces White Tofu and Yellow Tofu. This factory is still operating traditionally without clear bookkeeping and planning. Demand forecasting and aggregate planning are made to predict the next period’s production by adjusting the number of workers so that the tofu production at the Pak Tabah Tofu Factory becomes more efficient. The selected method used by this research was selected trough the smallest MAPE score, named the Moving Average Method with a value of 0.136 and 0.11. In the aggregate planning, Mixed Strategy was chosen because this strategy produces the lowest production plan value of Rp, 554,526,200,- and Rp. 528,732,000,-. This strategy is the best strategy to be use by Pak Tabah’s Tofu Factory because not only produces for the delivery but also for the stock.
This study aims to understand and model the partnership system in the red chili supply chain in Bener Meriah Regency. This study uses a system dynamics method to build a partnership model in a dynamic and complex red chili supply chain. The subject of this research is a partnership system in the red chili supply chain in Bener Meriah Regency to improve the bargaining position of farmers. The results show that in an equal partnership policy scenario, in the formal partnership model a loan structure for farmers from partners is added and the debt structure is eliminated. Based on the simulation results after the application of an equal partnership policy between farmers and partners, cash, profits and efficiency levels of chili farming increased from before. Through the equal partnership, it is hoped that the standard of living of chili farmers can improve in the future. For equality between chili growers and partners, there needs to be interference and the government's willingness to issue partnership rules with small farmers. Without government intervention, equality between smallholders and partners will be difficult to realize.
Abstract. The objectives of this study is to design a model of integrated supply chain management of potato agribusiness in an effort to increase revenue and bargaining position of farmers in Aceh Province. The method applied to achieve these objectives was the methodology of system dynamics. Formulation of the models was conducted by using Vensim DSS Software, followed by simulation. The result of this study showed the role of five major scenarios which were important to actualize the integrated supply chain management of potato agribusiness in Aceh Province, those were: scenario 1, increasing the productive land area, resulting in the increasing of production volume; scenario 2, usin g the certified potato seed named "umbi G2", generating the higher level of production; scenario 3, providing the certified potato seed based on the needs, showing that the quantity of production increased; scenario 4, shortening the payment receivables interval of farmers and cooperatives, which showing the increasing of cash amount; scenario 5, doing certification to the potato from synergistic partnerships farmers, showing the increasing of acceptance, profitability, R/C, and cash.
The purpose of this activity is improving knowledge and skill of quail farmer's in waste management of quail. The management of waste is processing of organic fertilizer. The participate in the activity are quail farmer's in RW II Sub-village Ginung, Gajahan Village, Colomadu, Karanganyar. The result of this activity in step I that is be good attention from a quail farmer's especiality at trainning time process of product organic fertilizer. As for its result as follows; trainning and assistence quail farmer's is followed enthusiastic fully by participant and greeted positive by head of Village Gajahan Colomadu, Karanganyar. That are many question in trainning process of product organic fertilizer. The others result in activity is a quail farmer's started processing of product organic fertilizer in housebreed themselves. The processing of product organic fertilizer will be clean in Gajahan Village environment and also this activity will be value added toward income quail farmer's. Abstract-The objectives of this study is to design a model of entrepreneurship in the cluster development of potato agribusiness as an effort to increase revenue and bargaining position of farmers in Aceh Province. System dynamics methodology was applied to achieve these objectives. The study was carried out in Aceh Tengah and Bener Meriah Districts as potato production center in Aceh Province. Identification required for cluster models had been conducted through study of literature and interviews with experts from stakeholders including practitioners and the policy makers involved in providing input supply, cultivation, and marketing of potato output. Data collected consisted of primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained through observation, discussion, and in-depth interview with respondents, While secondary data had been obtained from the study of literature from various sources of literature, books, scientific journals, and a variety of publications related to this study. Formulation of the models was conducted by using Vensim DSS software, followed by simulation. The results of this study showed that the higher the market opportunities and farmer returns, the higher the motivation of new entrepreneurs in investing, and after adding a number of farmer's competent scenarios, showed an increase in production of potato farmers.
