Web-based interactive biology multimedia to support the learning of the revolution 4.0 era is not yet available to the fullest. The purpose of this research is to develop interactive biology-based website multimedia in the face of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used, namely research & development with ADDIE product development models that include the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The research instruments used were interview transcripts, observation sheets, material and media expert questionnaires, and product trial questionnaires for 46 students. Qualitative data in the form of expert validator suggestions and comments were analyzed descriptively. Quantitative data is processed into interval data using a Likert scale. The results showed that website-based interactive multimedia biology was declared valid in the media aspect (90%, very good criteria), material aspects (87.5%, very good criteria), and attractiveness aspects (88%, very good criteria). The conclusion of this research, which is interactive multimedia based on website biology, is suitable for biology learning.Multimedia interaktif biologi berbasis website untuk mendukung pembelajaran era revolusi 4.0 belum tersedia secara maksimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan multimedia interaktif biologi berbasis website dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu research & development dengan model pengembangan produk ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu transkrips wawancara, lembar observasi, angket ahli materi dan media, dan angket uji coba produk kepada 46 siswa. Data kualitatif berupa saran dan komentar validator ahli dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kuantitatif diolah menjadi data interval menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa multimedia interaktif biologi berbasis website dinyatakan valid pada aspek media (90 %, kriteria sangat baik), aspek materi (87,5 %, kriteria sangat baik), dan aspek kemenarikan (88%, kriteria sangat baik). Simpulan penelitian ini, yaitu multimedia interaktif biologi berbasis website layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran biologi. In order to reduce and prevent back pain complaints and to form safe and comfortable daily activities during pregnancy, pregnant women need proper body mechanics. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the application of mechanical body mechanics with lower back pain of the III trimester of pregnant women. This type of research is pre-experimental with one group Pretest posttest design. This research was conducted in the working area of Puskesmas Sangurara. The population in this study is all III-trimester pregnant mothers with a sample number of 31 people, taken with a consecutive sampling technique. The treatment given is the technique of body mechanics observed during 1 week. Data collection using an observation sheet. The results showed before performing mechanical body mechanics there were 71% of respondents experienced moderate pain and after conducting mechanical body mechanics there were 74.2% of respondents experienced mild pain. Based on the Wilcoxon test obtained a p-value <0.001, with an average decrease in pain, is 7.50. The conclusion is the application of body mechanics techniques significantly affect the lower back pain of the III trimester of pregnant women.
Background: Dysmenorrhea is a pain that occurs during menstruation, caused by the contraction of the uterine muscles during menstrual bleeding which can last between 32-48 hours. This study aims to determine the decrease in pain intensity before and after giving warm compresses. Method; Type of study design is pre-experimental study design with one group pre-test and post-test design with a sample of 38 respondents. The independent variable in this study is warm compress on adolescent girls who have menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea), The dependent variable in this study is the reduction of menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). The results found a decrease in the average pain scale before and after warm compress therapy and after Wilcoxon signed-rank test u, the results were obtained of p-value<0.001. It shows that warm compress therapy can be reducing dysmenorrhea. Conclusion; In conclusion administration of warm compresses are significantly reduces dysmenorrhea in adolescent girls and it is expected that teenagers can practice warm compresses as an effort to reduce dysmenorrhea.
<p>ABSTRACT<br />The condition of Bungo Regency potential for development of agriculture sector in a broad sense. Agricultural sector contributed 33,08% to GDP Bungo Regency in 2012. Famoustation crops is rubber. Now a days, in addition to rubber, oil palm plantations is also highly desirable for crop development. The purpose of this research is (1) to analyze the main commodity of plantation, (2) to now potential land for development, and (3) to establish the referrals of plantation commodity development in the framework of regional development in Bungo Regency. The methode and techniques of analysis in this study is Shift Share (SS) methode, Location Quotient (LQ) methode, overlay and descritive analysis. Based on Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share (SS) analysis can be concluded that there are three types of superior commodity which is used as the main priorities to be developed in every district in Bungo Regency, there are rubber, oil palm and coconut. Potential land for development of rubber, oil palm, and coconut commodites are the largest area in the Pelepat sub-district for 37.234 ha (17,2%). The main development referal for superior commodity is rubber commodity, especially at Pelepat sub-district, palm oil is especially for Pelepat Ilir, in otherwise coconut commodity is only support commodity at Pasar Bungo sub-district. Kontribusi sektor pertanian terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Kabupaten Bungo untuk tahun 2012 sebesar 33.08%. Tanaman perkebunan yang menjadi primadona adalah karet. Kini selain karet, tanaman kelapa sawit pun menjadi jenis yang diminati pengembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis komoditas perkebunan unggulan, (2) mengetahui lahan yang berpotensi untuk pengembangan komoditas perkebunan unggulan, dan (3) menyusun arahan pengembangan komoditas perkebunan unggulan dalam rangka pengembangan wilayah di Kabupaten Bungo. Adapun metode dan teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah: Metode Shift Share (SS), metode Location Quotient (LQ), Overlay, dan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share (SS), secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat tiga jenis komoditas perkebunan unggulan yang dijadikan prioritas utama untuk dikembangkan disetiap kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Bungo yaitu: karet, kelapa sawit dan kelapa dalam. Ketersediaan lahan untuk pengembangan komoditas karet, kelapa sawit, dan kelapa dalam luasan terluas berada di Kecamatan Pelepat sebesar 37.234 ha (17,2%). Arahan untuk pengembangan komoditas unggulan adalah komoditas karet, utamanya di Kecamatan Pelepat dan kelapa sawit utamanya di Kecamatan Pelepat Ilir, sedangkan komoditas kelapa dalam, merupakan komoditas penunjang di Kecamatan Pasar Bungo. Upaya teknik untuk meminimalisir dampak negatif faktor pembatas erosi, drainase, tekstur, dan curah hujan, yaitu: penambahan bahan organik, menanam tanaman penutup tanah, dan pembuatan jaringan irigasi.<br />Kata kunci: kelapa, kesesuaian lahan, kelapa sawit, karet, komoditas unggulan</p>
