Practices of traditional marketing cannot be fully applied to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs owners have a responsibility to replace the practice with innovative behaviour such as entrepreneurial marketing (EM). This study examines the role of EM in business performance and the role of entrepreneurial personality traits as antecedents of EM. Research Design & Methods: A quantitative research approach was adopted with a questionnaire to collect data from 187 SMEs owner/managers in Indonesia. SEM-PLS analysis was used for hypothesis testing. Findings:The results indicate that EM has a positive effect on business performance. SMEs owners/managers with the characteristics of extraversion, agreeableness, and conscientiousness can encourage the implementation of EM, which impacts business performance. Extraversion, conscientiousness, and openness to experience have a positive effect on business performance. EM is an important factor in maximising business performance, and entrepreneurial personality traits are needed to support the development of EM. Implications & Recommendations: This study contributes to research specifically on the role of EM in improving business performance. In addition, it revealed the importance of the entrepreneurial personality traits of owner/managers in developing EM in SMEs. Contribution & Value Added: This study offers an empirically based explanation of entrepreneurial personality traits effects on EM and business performance. It also identifies new opportunities for future research in the field of EM.

Customer satisfaction index (CSI) can be used by companies as a measure of the level of customer satisfaction. CSI also be used to compare the performance of products/services with competitors. CSI measurement results can be used to set a strategy to improve the quality of services in order to increase customer satisfaction in the future. Some CSI measurement model has been applied in previous studies, but all have the same focus, comparing the value to the customer expectations. This research use Importance-Performance (IP) Analysis model to measure the level of customer satisfaction of PDAM Malang Regency. IP-Analysis will give information about elements are a priority, what elements need to be maintained, the element that is not a priority to be addressed, and that high last element that has been good, but not an important element for customers. The results showed that the priority of the elements that must be addressed by PDAM Malang Regency to improve customer satisfaction is about the terms of service, fairness in service, as well as courtesy and hospitality.

The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in Food and Beverages during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to examine the mediating role of customer satisfaction. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach, conducted on 110 people of Food and Beverage MaxOne Ascent Hotel Malang customers using the accidental sampling method. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed by Path Analysis. Using a quantitative research approach with a survey method, it was carried out on 110 people of Food and Beverage MaxOne Ascent Hotel Malang customers using the accidental sampling method. The results of this study indicate the positive effect of service quality to increase customer loyalty, service quality will also increase customer satisfaction, and its impact on customer loyalty. Quality service is an important factor to create customer satisfaction and ultimately encouraging the realization of customer loyalty. Future research needs to consider experiential marketing as a determinant of customer satisfaction with services

The purpose of the study is to develop the information systems (IS) for SMEs as well as to investigate the factors that influence the decision of SMEs to adopt information technology (IT). Using a development research approach, it focuses on developing the Web-based Decision Support System (DSS) IT on SMEs, with the Waterfall model’s implementation. Structured interview (by phone) was conducted with 120 SMEs, and the results were tested using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. It shows that the implementation of the Web-based DSS for SMEs provides benefits for them as a database for management decision-making tools. In addition, it is also beneficial to the Indonesian policy makers in regards to the empowerment of SMEs. The findings of the study confirm the Technological, Organizational and Environmental (TOE) framework, that the decision to adopt IT by SMEs in Indonesia are influenced by technological factors including consideration of benefits, compatibility, and costs; organizational factors include the readiness of companies to adopt technologies including technological infrastructure readiness, relevant systems, and technical skills; environmental factors include customer/supplier pressures and competitor pressures. The findings also show that different sector of SMEs (manufacturing and service sectors) has different considerations in deciding the implementation of IT.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Pengaruh brand awareness terhadap niat pembelian pada toko roti merk Islami, 2). Pengaruh religousity commitment terhadap niat pembelian pada toko roti merk Islami, 3 PENDAHULUANMerk mempunyai dampak sebagai pembeda yang penting antar produk, sehingga konsumen lebih mudah mengenali produk yang ditawarkan oleh produsen. Agama memberikan keyakinan dan nilai yang mengarahkan perilaku seseorang, (Delener, 1994). Adanya aturan dan larangan dalam agama mempengaruhi perilaku seseorang dalam menentukan pilihan, Mokhlis (2010). Agama mewajibkan bagi pemeluknya untuk menjalankan apa yang diperintahkan dan tidak melakukan apa yang dilarang Hal penting yang semakin disadari oleh retailer dalam membedakan produknya dengan produk lainnya adalah penggunaan merk Islami untuk pemberian nama produknya dengan menggunakan nama Islam. Bagi retailer penggunaan nama Islam memudahkan konsumen untuk mengenali dan mengingat produk tersebut.
