Komunitas Samin merupakan bagian dari masyarakat desa Klopoduwur yang menganut dan mempertahankan ajaran Samin Surosentiko. Komunitas Samin mempunyai tata cara, adat istiadat, bahasa serta norma-norma yang berbeda dengan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dalam kajian ini penulis menjelaskan tentang bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi interaksi sosial antar komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat desa Klopoduwur dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar berupa kerja sama, akomodasi dan asimilasi. Sedangkan konflik atau pertentangan dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan mayarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur tidak tampak jelas. Interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, yakni situasi sosial, kekuasaan norma kelompok, tujuan pribadi, kedudukan dan kondisi individu serta penafsiran situasi. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar adalah perbedaan bahasa yang sulit dipahami oleh masyarakat sekitar,dan adanya perbedaan nilai antara kedua kelompok sosial tersebut.. Samin community is part of the village community Klopoduwur who embrace and defend the teachings of Surosentiko Samin. Samin community has ordinances, customs, language and norms that are different from society at large. In this study, the author describes forms of social interaction between Samin and their surrounding community in Klopoduwur village, factors that affect the social interaction and the obstacles they faced. The study results indicate that these forms of social interaction between the community of Samin and local residents take the form of cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. There are no conflicts or contradictions in the social interaction between the Samin community and their neighbours. Samin social interaction between communities and local residents affected by various factors, namely the social situation, the power of group norms, personal goals, status and condition of the individual as well as the interpretation of the situation. Constraints encountered in the social interaction between communities and local residents Samin is the difference in language, and the value difference between the two social groups.
Currently school teachers, especially in Mataram City, West Lombok Regency, Central Lombok and East Lombok are not familiar with learning with the concept of computational thinking (Computational Thinking) so they cannot teach their students how to think computationally as an approach to solving existing problems. Considering one of the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0, where problem solving skills are one of the abilities that students must have. In this case, these abilities need to be taught by teachers at school. Therefore, this problem must be solved immediately by increasing the ability of teachers in learning computational thinking so that teachers can apply computational thinking learning methods to their students. From the problems listed, it is necessary to approach how to train teachers to teach computationally thinking to their students. In Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara, to apply Computational Thinking (CT) in formulating problems and revealing solutions, namely through socialization and training and mentoring of free computational thinking materials to teachers in schools in Lombok, NTB which was held in the form of CT Bebras socialization activities, which is expected to help introduce and apply Computational Thinking (CT) material as a creative learning method in schools in NTB.
Industrial sanitation hygiene education program for crackers home industry workers in Kandangan village, Krembung sub-district, Sidoarjo district was chosen as the Community Work Study Program (KKN-BBM) because: (1) In 2020, in Kandangan Village there were around 52 crackers home industries which has entered the second generation so it must be maintained; (2) The application of sanitation hygiene in the crackers home industry in Kandangan Village is generally still far from the established standards; (3) Poor hygiene practices can cause things that are detrimental to consumers, such as food poisoning or food-borne diseases. The author involved 10 crackers home industry workers as fostered partners during KKN activities taking place in industrial sanitation hygiene education on crackers home industry workers. The program is carried out with the delivery of material regarding sanitary hygiene requirements to control risk factors for food contamination, both those originating of food ingredients, people, places and equipment. To evaluate this activity, pre-test is given before delivering the material and post-test after delivering the material. From the results of the activities, this program has been proven to increase worker’s knowledge regarding sanitation hygiene requirements that must be carried out by crackers home industry managers and workers. Even though industrial sanitation hygiene education activities are more material in nature, it is expected to be a trigger to increase worker’s awareness about the importance of implementing industrial sanitation hygiene and making it a daily habit. This is because one important factor that supports the creation of food security is the condition of good food processing sanitation and hygiene.abstrakProgram edukasi higiene sanitasi industri pada pekerja industri rumah tangga kerupuk di Desa Kandangan, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo dipilih sebagai program Kuliah Kerja Nyata Belajar Bersama Masyarakat (KKN-BBM) karena: (1) Pada tahun 2020, di Desa Kandangan terdapat sekitar 52 industri kerupuk yang sudah masuk pada generasi kedua sehingga harus dipertahankan; (2) Penerapan higiene sanitasi pada industri rumah tangga kerupuk di Desa Kandangan umumnya masih jauh dari standar yang sudah ditetapkan; (3) Praktek sanitasi higiene yang kurang baik dapat menimbulkan hal-hal yang merugikan konsumen, seperti keracunan makanan maupun penyakit yang ditularkan melalui makanan. Penulis melibatkan 10 pekerja industri rumah tangga kerupuk sebagai mitra binaan selama kegiatan KKN berlangsung dalam edukasi higiene sanitasi industri pada pekerja industri rumah tangga kerupuk.Program ini dilakukan dengan penyampaian materi mengenai persyaratan higiene sanitasi untuk mengendalikan faktor risiko terjadinya kontaminasi terhadap makanan, baik yang berasal dari bahan makanan, orang, tempat dan peralatan.Untuk mengevaluasi kegiatan ini dilakukan pemberian pre-test sebelum penyampaian materi dan post-testsetelah penyampaian materi.Dari hasil kegiatan, program ini terbukti meningkatkan pengetahuan pekerja mengenai persyaratan higiene sanitasi yang harus dilakukan oleh pengelola industri rumah tangga dan para pekerja.Walaupun kegiatan edukasi higiene sanitasi industri lebih bersifat pembekalan materi tapi diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu pemicu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran para pekerja tentang pentingnya menerapkan higiene sanitasi industri serta menjadikannya kebiasaan sehari-hari.Hal ini dikarenakan salah satu faktor penting yang mendukung terciptanya keamanan pangan adalah kondisi sanitasi dan higiene pengolahan pangan yang baik.
Indonesia is a nation with rich medicinal plants. Medicinal plants can be used for the treatment of diseases due to bacterial infection. Noni leaf (Morinda citrifolia) and garlic (Allium sativum) are medicinal plants and herbs that have the potential to inhibit or kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The aim of this research is to know the antibacterial activity on the combination of extract noni leaf (Morinda citrifolia) and garlic (Allium sativum) to growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. In this study using a research design that is a complete randomized design with purposive judgment sampling method. Anti-bacterial activity test performed by the disk diffusion method. The concentration of extract used is 10%, 30%, 60% and 90%. The analysis was done by Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of this study showed that a combination of 30% leaf extract and 10% garlic extract able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus optimally with the average area of the inhibit zone is 12 mm. While on the combination of 30% noni leaf extract and 90% garlic extract able to inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli optimally with the average area of inhibit zone is 22,27 mm.
Desa Pekalongan adalah sebuah desa yang ada di Kecamatan Winong, Kabupaten Pati, Provinsi Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) yang dilaksanakan mulai 26 Januari sampai dengan 26 Februari 2021, Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh Desa Pekalongan memiliki kondisi, potensi, dan permasalahan yang berbeda-beda seperti adanya permasalahan yang dirasakan siswa SD, SMP, SMA yang terdampak adanya Covid-19 menjadikkannya mau tidak mau siswa-siswi memberlangsungkan program belajar dari rumah. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan bentuk kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bersifat khusus, karena dalam KKN darma pendidikan dan pengajaran, penelitian serta pengabdian masyarakat dipadukan kedalamnya dan melibatkan sejumlah mahasiswa dan sejumlah staf pengajar, serta unsur masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut mahasiswa KKN Universitas PGRI Semarang tidak terlepas fungsinya sebagai mahasiswa pendidikan, diharapkan dapat menyalurkan ilmu atau pengetahuan yang didapat dari bangku perkuliahan kepada orang lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam artikel ini ialah pendekatan partisipatif (participatory approach), untuk memberikan gambaran tentang kegiatan pendampingan belajar dari rumah untuk membangun semangat siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Pekalongan Kecamatan Winong Kabupaten Pati. Sehingga artikel ini bertujuan untuk kelangsungan dalam memahami fenomena pendampingan belajar dari rumah yang terjadi secara holistic (utuh) terkait untuk membangun semangat belajar siswa sekolah dasar dengan cara deskripsi analisis secara induktif dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa.
