Keluarga hadir dengan kondisi kelelahan fisik serta psikologis saat mendampingi pasien di ruang Intensive. Fakta tersebut merupakan masalah penting yang harus mendapatkan perhatian perawat dalam mengelola asuhan keperawatan. Dukungan sosial yang tidak diperoleh keluarga, menjadikan keluarga tidak mampu berpikir secara rasional dan menampilkan koping maladaptif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial perawat dengan mekanisme koping keluarga pasien kritis di ruang intensive. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Sampel penelitian adalah keluarga pasien sejumlah 108 yang diambil dengan teknik Quota Sampling, antara lain ruang ICU, ICCU, dan HCU. Instrumen penelitian dukungan sosial perawat menggunakan kuesioner CCFNI yang dimodifikasi oleh Nursalam, mekanisme koping menggunakan kuesioner JCS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial perawat dengan mekanisme koping keluarga pasien kritis dengan r = 0,000 (r< a = 0,05). Dukungan sosial mayoritas terpenuhi berjumlah 72 (66.7%) dengan rincian 83.3% memiliki koping adaptif, dukungan sosial belum terpenuhi berjumlah 36 (33.3%) dengan rincian 66.7% responden memiliki koping maladaptif. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah peran perawat di ruang intensive mampu mengembangkan perencanaan keperawatan dalam memberikan dukungan sosial baik secara informasi maupun emosional. Rumah sakit diharapkan mampu menyediakan ruang khusus serta jadwal edukasi secara rutin kepada keluarga pasien di ruang intensive. Kata Kunci:     Dukungan Sosial, Mekanisme Koping, Keluarga Pasien Kritis, Ruang Intensive.

Introduction: Patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2  tend to have ABI values lower than the normal range due to lack of physical exercise and uncontrolled hyperglycemia. This needs to be prevented through joint movement exercises with the Buerger Allen exercise which can increase blood perfusion in the lower extremities so that there is an increase in the value of the ankle-brachial index (ABI). Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of Buerger Allen exercise on the value of the ankle-brachial index (ABI) in patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 based on a review of research journals. Methods: This study uses a literature review method. Search literature using 5 databases, namely Portal Garuda, Sinta, ProQuest, Scopus, and Google Scholar with keywords according to MeSH, namely "Buerger Allen Exercise", "Ankle Brachial Index", and "Diabetes Mellitus Type 2". The PICOS framework was used to adjust the inclusion criteria which were divided into 5 English journals and 5 Indonesian journals and then analyzed narratively based on similarity analysis. Results: The findings of the ten journals stated that the Buerger Allen exercise had a significant effect on the value of the ankle-brachial index (ABI). Discussion: Buerger Allen exercise is a physical exercise to improve foot peripheral perfusion that can increase the value of the ankle-brachial index in type 2 DM patients. Conclusion: Buerger Allen exercise has a significant effect on increasing the ankle-brachial index (ABI) score so that it can be used as a reference source for standard operating procedures and nursing interventions.Keywords: Buerger Allen; Exercise; Ankle Brachial Index; Diabetes Mellitus

This research is development research that aims to develop learning tools for nursing management courses based on a scientific approach that is valid, practical, and effective for nursing students at Stikes Hang Tuah Surabaya to improve science process skills during a pandemic. The research parameters measured include device validity, practicality, and effectiveness. Data collection techniques comprise validation methods, observation and tests, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicate that the learning tools for nursing management courses based on a scientific approach are valid, practical, and effective.

Introduction: Diabetes mellitus type 2 is a common problem that occurs i people who have metabolic disorders characterized by increased blood sugar duet o decreased secretion by pancreatic beta cells or impaired insulin function. The relationship of family support with people with type 2 DM is closely related to the existence of support, individuals will feel cared for considered to be in the support of their families. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and self management in type 2 diabetes mellitus in Sukodono Methods: The research design was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses Probability Sampling using simple random sampling. The population of Surabaya volunteers with a sample technique using simple random sampling obtained a sample of 109 respondents. Instrument used a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the Spearman Rho test with a degree of significance ρ≤ 0.05 Results: The results showed that most respondents had moderate family support. Most respondents had a good self managemente And obtained a relationship between family support and self management in Sukodono. From the statistical results of the Spearman rho test, it shows the value of r = 0.412 with a value of p = 0.05 Conclusions: The implication of this research is that high family support makes it easy for self management to lmanagement about their illnes.

Diabetic ulcer need a long time for its healing process, failure during healing process of chronic wounds caused by necrotic tissue which becomes something foreign object for body and infected wounds. Proper wound care is needed to prevent wound complications. In this modern day, dressings combination of classical music becomes one of the diabetic ulcer therapy, this study aims to analyze the affectivity dressing combination of classical music to the acceleration of healing of diabetic ulcers at Rumah Luka Surabaya. Design of this study uses Quasi Experimental that is done by pre-test post-test in  treatment group and control group. Total population in this study is 35 patients with diabetic ulcers in the Rumah Luka Surabaya, using random sampling from Probability sampling technique and obtained 32 people as sample which divided into 2 groups: 16 people in control group and 16 groups in treatment group. Furthermore tested by using Two sample T test that results are modern influences dressing combination of classical music to healing diabetic ulcers are indicated by p 0.001 <α 0:05 means there is an influence of classical music therapy in the treatment group. The implications of this study can serve as a reference for future studies related to wound healing. In addition, further studies should be done to reinforce the concept centers on a diabetic ulcer care in managing diabetic ulcers in patients with diabetes mellitus.Keywords: Classic Music, Diabetic Ulcer, Modern Dressing

Ketangguhan masyarakat dalam menghadapi bencana adalah suatu masyarakat dengan tingkat keamanan tinggi yang mampu merancang dan membangun dalam lingkungan yang beresiko. Secara keseluruhan masyarakat pesisir masih belum bisa mengatur secara tepat mengenai kesiapsiagaan bencana yang disebabkan kurangnya pengetahuan dan kurangnya informasi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat nelayan tentang desa tangguh bencana di wilayah pesisir yaitu di Kelurahan Kedung Cowek Surabaya. Metode kegiatan berupa pendidikan masyarakat dan pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan kadar gula darah yang dilakukan pada tanggal 27-28 Juli 2018 kepada 69 orang nelayan di balai Kelurahan Kedung Cowek Surabaya. Pendidikan masyarakat disampaikan dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Propinsi Jawa Timur. Keluaran berdasarkan capaian implementasi program kegiatan adalah perubahan sikap, pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat nelayan tentang potensi bencana. Koordinasi dan kerjasama lintas sektoral seperti BPBD, PMK, CSR, PMI dan NGO akan meningkatkan ketangguhan masyarakat di wilayah  pesisir Kelurahan Kedung Cowek Surabaya. Kata kunci : Desa Tangguh Bencana, Nelayan, Pesisir, Pendidikan Masyakarat

The traditional fisherman dive to get a lot of fish, they called traditional divers. The majority of traditional divers do not use equalization techniques while diving, because they have an assume that equalization techniques is not important. The traditional divers also have some signs of barotrauma symptoms such as headaches, ear pain, feeling full in the ears, chest pain, dizziness after diving. The incidence of barotrauma can be reduced if traditional divers can do equalization technique while diving. The target and output are they have better knowledge, skills and awareness to use equalization techniques while diving to prevent barotrauma independently. The method of activities was a seminar and workshop on day 1, demonstration and role play on day 2. The activity was held on 27-28 July 2019, the subject was 70 traditional divers at Kedung Cowek District Surabaya, and was delivered by lecturers and students of STIKES Hang Tuah Surabaya. They have beenbetter improvement in knowledge, skills and awareness of they standard diving procedures, especially in equalization technique to prevent barotrauma.

Background: The ICU is a room for critical patients who require continuous airway breathing circulation support. This also affects the family psychology in the form of stress and anxiety. One of the urgent but often overlooked factor in this case is that the families of patients in the ICU need social support and this is expected to be provided by the nurses. Purpose: To examine the relationship between social support nurses and the level of stress and anxiety of the patient's family in ICU. Methods: This study was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were the families of patients who were treated in the critical care room from May to June 2019. The sampling technique was simple random and 95 respondents met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used to measure social support is the CCFNI (Critical Care Family Need Information) while to measure the level of stress and anxiety using DASS 42. Both of these instruments have been tested for validity and reliability. Results: The results showed that the majority of respondents had a Social Support Fulfilled (66%), majority of respondents had a normal stress level (55%) and the majority of respondents had normal anxiety levels (34%). The results of the Wilcoxon test statistical test showed that social support with a stress level of p value <0.001, and social support with anxious level showed p<0.01. Conclusion: Nurse's social support is needed by the families of patients who are admitted to the intensive care unit.
