O artigo discute os tipos de mediação on-line desenvolvidos em fóruns do curso "Práticas de Leitura e Escrita na Contemporaneidade" por assessores técnico-pedagógicos (ATP) e outros profissionais com formações distintas e de diferentes áreas e níveis de atuação da rede pública estadual de São Paulo. Partindo do pressuposto de que a formação universitária dos participantes levaria a uma performance otimizada por parte daqueles que tiveram uma formação básica em língua portuguesa, questiona-se se os professores com formação nessa área dominariam mais os conteúdos e, portanto, fariam uma mediação nos fóruns de qualidade mais desejável do que os professores de outras formações. A análise das respostas, com base em elementos desejáveis e não desejáveis, ao não confirmar essa hipótese, retoma, em outro patamar, os conceitos de mediação on-line e letramentos múltiplos.
RESUMO: Com o recente processo de internacionalização da universidade brasileira, com contratos bilaterais de intercâmbio de estudantes com instituições de ensino de outros países, torna-se necessário refletir sobre uma formação plurilíngue para os estudantes ainda nos níveis anteriores de escolarização e os modos pelos quais ela pode ser alcançada. Mesmo que o jovem não ingresse na universidade, suas competências linguísticas serão requisitadas em outros contextos, como o mercado de trabalho. Baseado nesta realidade, este artigo visa apresentar um modo de contribuir para esta formação, que amplia o repertório linguístico e cultural dos estudantes pré-universitários por meio de uma nova abordagem de ensino de línguas estrangeiras, a Intercompreensão (IC), e a viabilidade da sua inserção no Ensino Médio brasileiro.
O processo de internacionalização das universidades brasileiras vem se desenvolvendo a partir de ações que envolvem a mobilidade acadêmica de discentes e docentes em diversos países. Na universidade de São Paulo, os acordos com as Instituições de Ensino Superior (IES) francesas têm um impacto na demanda por cursos de língua francesa visando à preparação linguística, acadêmica e intercultural dos participantes dos diferentes programas de intercâmbio. Nesse contexto, o Programa Idiomas sem Fronteiras-Francês tem um papel decisivo para a formação em Francês para Objetivo Universitário (FOU), para a elaboração dos programas e da metodologia de ensino (MANGIANTE, PARPETTE, 2011). O objetivo deste artigo é discutir como o IsF-Francês pode contribuir para a formação da comunidade universitária para a mobilidade acadêmica e quais são os caminhos para a expansão da internacionalização na Universidade de São Paulo.
