In answering the fourth industrial revolution era, basic Islamic education institutions did not adequately apply old literacy (reading, writing, arithmetic), but had to apply new literacy (data literacy, technology literacy and human resource literacy or humanism). This article discusses the challenges and opportunities of basic Islamic education in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. Strengthening new literacy in Islamic elementary education teachers as a key to change, revitalizing literacy-based curriculum and strengthening the role of teachers who have digital competencies. The teacher plays a role in building competency generation, character, having new literacy skills, and high-level thinking skills. Islamic elementary education as a basis for determining intellectual, spiritual, and emotional intelligence in children must strengthen 21st century literacy skills. Start creative aspects, critical thinking, communicative, and collaborative. Islamic elementary education is urgently needed to strengthen new literacy and revitalize digital-based curriculum. Curriculum revitalization refers to five basic values of good students, namely resilience, adaptability, integrity, competence, and continuous improvement. Islamic elementary education educators must be digital teachers, understand computers, and be free from academic illness. The goal is to realize high competency generation, character and literacy to answer the challenges of the fourth industrial revolution era. Abstrak: Dalam menjawab era Revolusi Industri 4.0, lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam tidak cukup menerapkan literasi lama (membaca, menulis, berhitung), tetapi harus menerapkan literasi baru (literasi data, literasi teknologi dan literasi sumber daya manusia atau humanisme). Artikel ini membahas tantangan dan peluang pendidikan dasar Islam di era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penguatan literasi baru pada guru pendidikan dasar Islam sebagai kunci perubahan, revitalisasi kurikulum berbasis literasi dan penguatan peran guru yang memiliki kompetensi digital. Guru berperan membangun generasi berkompetensi, berkarakter, memiliki kemampuan literasi baru, dan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Pendidikan dasar Islam sebagai dasar penentu kecerdasan intelektual, spiritual, dan emosional pada anak, harus memperkuat keterampilan literasi abad 21. Mulai aspek kreatif, pemikiran kritis, komunikatif, dan kolaboratif. Pendidikan dasar Islam urgen memperkuat literasi baru dan revitalisasi kurikulum berbasis digital. Revitalisasi kurikulum mengacu pada lima nilai dasar dari peserta didik yang baik, yaitu ketahanan, kemampuan beradaptasi, integritas, kompetensi, dan peningkatan berkelanjutan. Pendidik pendidikan dasar Islam harus menjadi guru digital, paham komputer, dan bebas dari penyakit akademis. Tujuannya mewujudkan generasi berkompetensi tingkat tinggi, karakter dan literasi untuk menjawab tantangan era Revolusi Industri 4.0.
ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berwawasan literasi baru di perguruan tinggi dalam menjawab tantangan era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Tantangan era ini sangat kompleks yang mengharuskan perguruan tinggi mengimplementasikan literasi baru (literasi data, literasi teknologi, literasi manusia) yang menjadi pelengkap literasi lama (membaca, menulis, berhitung). Artikel menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia berwawasan literasi baru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di perguruan tinggi berwawasan literasi baru sangat strategis menjawab tantangan Revolusi Industri 4.0. Implementasi literasi bisa dilakukan dengan penguatan literasi data, literasi teknologi, dan literasi manusia yang dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan TIK, Sistem Pembelajaran Daring Indonesia (SDPA), hybrid/blended learning atau online, unit khusus life-long learning perguruan tinggi yang secara khusus memberikan layanan life-long learning, kuliah jarak jauh dengan pemanfaatan teknologi. Selain meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi kebahasaan, literasi baru meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dan berbicara berbasis data dan teknologi. Literasi baru menjadi ruh mahasiswa dalam menulis karya jurnalistik, karya ilmiah, dan karya sastra. Implementasi literasi baru sangat ditentukan dosen Bahasa Indonesia yang harus memiliki kompetensi digital, menciptakan pembelajaran kreatif dan berpikir kritis, serta berbasis online. The challenges of this era are very complex, requiring universities to implement new literacy (data literacy, technology literacy, human literacy) that complements old literacy (reading, writing, arithmetic). The article uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study method aimed at describing new literacy-oriented Indonesian language learning. The results of the study show that Indonesian language learning in new literacy -oriented universities is very strategic in responding to the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Mother tongue defense is an effort to preserve the language treasures in Nusantara. Mother tongue as part of Indonesian wealth must be kept early, especially in elementary school level. If elementary school children lose their native language, it will deprive their own culture and character. Damage to language in children is a clear proof that maintaining the mother tongue is very important. Mother tongue defense in addition to strengthening in language learning can also be done through cultural diversity, maintaining ethnic identity, social adaptability, enhancing children’s sense of security and enhancing linguistic sensitivity. In addition, it needs family support, language environment in schools, language celebrations and mass media support as forming the public language.
Writing popular articles in the mass media is admittedly very difficult for students. In addition to adjusting the latest issues, popular articles in the mass media must also be adjusted to diction, spelling, mass media characters, and free of plagiarism. The purpose of this study was to improve the skills of writing popular articles on students through the One Student One Creation program (SAMA SAYA). The sample in this study were 42 second semester students of the Islamic Education program at STAINU Temanggung academic year 2018-2019. This action research was designed with the Kemmis and Mc Taggart models, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results of the study indicate that the SAMA SAYA program can improve popular article writing skills. Starting the aspect of determining the current problem / issue, from 14 students (33.3 percent) to become 40 students (95.2 percent), determining interesting titles from 18 students completed (42.8 percent) increased 39 students completed (92.8 percent), the selection of correct diction, from 12 students completed (28.5 percent) to 38 students completed (90.4 percent). In the aspect of using PEUBI rules which initially 14 students completed (33.3 percent) to 30 students completed (71.4 percent), understanding the character of mass media initially 5 students completed (11.9 percent) to 40 students completed (95.2 percent ), not plagiarism under 25 percent as many as 12 students completed (28.5 percent) increased to 37 students (88.0 percent). 406 memahami karakter media massa awalnya 5 mahasiswa tuntas (11,9 persen) menjadi 40 mahasiswa tuntas (95,2 persen), tidak plagiasi di bawah 25 persen sebanyak 12 mahasiswa tuntas (28,5 persen) meningkat menjadi 37 mahasiswa (88,0 persen). Kata kunci: Keterampilan menulis; artikel populer; diksi; mahasiswa; Temanggung. PendahuluanKeterampilan menulis artikel populer pada mahasiswa sangat jarang diajarkan dalam perkuliahan. Kebanyakan perkuliahan Bahasa Indonesia di perguruan tinggi hanya mengenalkan karya tulis ilmiah seperti makalah, artikel ilmiah, skripsi, tesis, dan disertasi.
Penelitian ini membahas penguatan literasi perpajakan melalui strategi GEBUK (Gerakan Membuat Kartu) NPWP pada mahasiswa STAINU Temanggung. Populasi penelitian mahasiswa pada empat program studi di STAINU Temanggung berjumlah 40 mahasiswa. Dari penguatan literasi perpajakan, mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pemahaman tentang perpajakan setelah diberi tindakan. Pertama, mengetahui pengertian pajak dengan ketuntasan 35 mahasiswa (87,5 %) yang awalnya 14 mahasiswa (35%). Kedua, mengetahui pengertian wajib pajak sebanyak 37 mahasiswa (92,5 %) yang awalnya 18 mahasiswa (45 %). Ketiga, mengetahui macam-macam pajak sebanyak 38 mahasiswa (95 %) yang awalnya 14 mahasiswa (35 %). Keempat, mengetahui pengertian NPWP sebanyak 39 mahasiswa (97,5 %) yang awalnya 17 mahasiswa (42,5%). Kelima, mengetahui manfaat pajak dan NPWP bagi negara dan masyarakat menjadi 36 mahasiswa (90 %) yang awalnya 14 mahasiswa (35 %). Sedangkan dalam hal kepemilikan NPWP, dari 40 mahasiswa yang awalnya hanya 3 orang (7,5%) yang memiliki NPWP, setelah dilakukan strategi GEBUK NPWP meningkat menjadi 40 mahasiswa (100%).
This research aims to find out the innovation of the Kizzugemu visual novel game with TyranoBuilder software in elementary school Javanese language learning. The lack of game media innovation in elementary school Javanese language learning is the background of this research. The research method is descriptive and qualitative, with data mining techniques; observation, indepth interviews, and documentation that present the results of descriptions of the innovation, features, application, and impact of using the game in elementary Javanese language learning. The research subjects were the class teacher and 24 fifth-grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’arif Bulurejo Magelang, Indonesia. The results showed the game’s innovation in multimedia-based game updates, applications, videos, sounds, and texts with the meaning of children’s games in Javanese, Javanese alphabet, Indonesian, and English. Game features are in the form of reading text in each scene and visualized in the material of the Javanese language. The implementation of the game is carried out through five stages which impact teacher awareness, learning media innovation, improved learning outcomes, activeness, understanding of Javanese, and support from parents and schools. Future research needs to explore visual novel game innovation through the latest software.
<span lang="EN-US">Teachers of elementary school </span><span lang="EN-US">must be professional and have digital skills in Revolution 4.0, and Society 5.0 age progresses. This article includes a thorough assessment of the research on elementary school teachers’ professional competence, professional development, and digital competence. This research is needed to determine what professional elementary school teachers did and why they should be professionals in the digital age. The writing of this systematic review of literature articles was assisted by the </span><span lang="EN-US">Publish or Perish 7, Mendeley, VOSviewer, and Nvivo 12 Plus application. The search for articles in Scopus indexed journals is limited to the last 11 years (2010-2021). From the search results, there were 100 Scopus indexed articles, then articles were selected according to compatible themes into 31 selected articles. Professionals’ teacher, professional development, pedagogical content knowledge, teacher professional development, professional development program, and professional competence are among the findings of the theme/topic. The articles were analyzed according to the topics determined through the NVIVO 12 Plus. This article contributes to subsequent research and becomes a study for the theme of professional elementary school teachers and teacher competence in the digital era.</span>
This article discusses nyadran, Sufism values in it, and the strategy to preserve it. The findings in this article, nyadran is as one of the archipelago Islamic treasures having high Sufism values. Sufism values contained in nyadran are longing, holding back lust, self-examination, repentance, ascestism, wisdom, maintaining purity, courage, and the value of justice. There are several strategy to preserve nyadran in the fourth Industrial Revolution era so that Muslims will not be disruption from their culture. First, the movement to save humanity from the condition of confusion through nyadran. Second, the incorporation of inner aspects and modernity through nyadran. Third, educate the public that nyadran contains Sufism values. Fourth, the development of nyadran through cultural and religious based tours. Fifth, the concept of cultural parties in nyadran. Sixth, community dialogue with preacher, ulema, modin with the aim of discussing understanding, wisdom, and the benefits of nyadran for social life, nature, and aspects of worship to God.
