In the literature, quite limited research exists on the subject of Society 5.0. The present study examined the existence of Society 5.0 and the effectiveness of Industry 4.0 and evaluated the efficiency of United Nations Development Goals (SDGs) in this process, especially in Turkey. The research was carried out based on data obtained through a survey form with 30 questions which was conducted with 335 academicians working at Kafkas University. The data were analyzed by means of exploratory factor analysis with the SPSS program, confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS, and structural equation modeling with Smart PLS. The analysis results indicated that SDG9, SDG10, SDG11, SDG12, SDG13, and SDG14 had a low influence (i.e., R2: 0.172) on the application of Industry 4.0 and Society 5.0. Moreover, it was observed that the participants were heavily affected by order of the day and gave responses to the questions with that impact. The study also revealed that Turkey did not have a leading philosophy in the field of Society 5.0 and Industry 4.0 and made progress by concentrating on out-dated processes.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. To this end, a theoretical framework regarding transformational leadership and organizational commitment was created and then an application was performed on bank employees in Kars. The results revealed relations between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Furthermore, results regarding awareness point out an awareness in continuance commitment, which is one of the sub-dimensions of organizational commitment, in terms of whether management task exists or not.

Akıllı telefonlar çeşitli fonksiyonlarından ve kullanım kolaylıklarından dolayı kullanım oranı ve sıklığı sürekli artış gösteren önemli teknolojik cihazlardan biridir. Nomofobi diğer bir deyişle akıllı telefondan uzak kalma korkusu sürekli gelişen teknoloji ile birlikte son zamanlarda ortaya çıkan bir rahatsızlıktır. Mevcut çalışmada, Ardahan Üniversitesi"nde 2017-2018 öğretim yılı güz döneminde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin (N=395) nomofobi düzeylerinin öznel iyi olma (mutluluk) ile ilişkisi; Oxford Mutluluk Ölçeği-Kısa Formu ile Nomofobi Ölçeği (NMP-Q) kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler, betimsel istatistikler, korelasyon analizi ve ANOVA ile test edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre, öğrencilerin nomofobi düzeylerinin ortalamanın biraz üzerinde, mutluluk düzeylerinin ise ortalamanın üzerinde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Nomofobi alt boyutu olarak en yüksek ortalama iletişime geçememe korkusu olarak tespit edilmiştir. Öğrencilerin bağlantıyı kaybetme korkuları ile mutluluk düzeyleri arasında ise ters yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Nomofobinin en çok genç bireylerde görüldüğü, kadınların erkeklere göre daha fazla nomofobik oldukları tespit edilmiştir.

Örgütsel bağlılık, örgütün değerleriyle çalışanların değerlerinin özdeşleşmesi olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Presenteeism, çalışanın hasta olmasına rağmen dinlenmek yerine çalışması durumunu ifade eder. Bu araştırma örgütsel bağlılık (normatif, devamlılık ve duygusal bağlılık) ile presenteeism (işte varolmama) arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada 50 PTT çalışanından anket tekniğiyle veriler toplanmış ve SPSS paket programıyla analizler yapılmıştır. Sonuçlar örgütsel bağlılık ile presenteeism arasında orta düzeyde olumlu yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu göstermiştir. Demografik değişkenler açısından elde edilen sonuçlarda ise yaş grupları arasında bir farklılık olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

Organizational cynicism expresses negative attitudes and behaviors against the enterprise while organizationalcommitment expresses commitment to the enterprise. Consequently, these two concepts are among the significantfactors effective in success/failure of the enterprises. Due to this importance, determining the relation betweenorganizational cynicism and organizational commitment is intended in the research. For this purpose, a research isconducted on the staff of Kafkas University Research and Application Hospital. Data required for the research iscollected by survey. As a result of the analyses performed, organizational cynicism and organizational commitmentlevels are determined high. Besides, it is observed that there are meaningful relations between these two concepts.
