A Research for Determining the Relationship between the Organizational Cynicism and the Organizational Commitment

Abstract: Organizational cynicism expresses negative attitudes and behaviors against the enterprise while organizationalcommitment expresses commitment to the enterprise. Consequently, these two concepts are among the significantfactors effective in success/failure of the enterprises.
