The purpose of this study is to seek to improve the learning outcomes of students using interactive multimedia Power Point work on the subjects of Basic learning and Electrical Measurements Work in class X TIPTL 2 SMKN 1 Padang. This type of study is a quasi-experiment. Students of class X TITL 2 Padang 1 SMKN were collected in the 2016/2017 school year consisting of 30 students as research subjects. Collecting data in this study using the test results to learn pre and post objective be about 30 items to 30 items for pre- and post. The test questions that will be used first on the tests to determine the validity, reliability, difficulty index, and different power test questions. Data were analyzed using Gain Score. The average value of the pre-test before deploying interactive multimedia Power Point is 58.5 and average values applied after the interactive Power Point post-test media is 79. Hence Gain score calculation means of learning results of students increase 0478 in the average category. It can be concluded that the interactive multimedia Power Point application can improve the results student of class X TITL 2 SMK 1 Padang on topics Basic learning and Electrical Measurements.
This research is a process carried out in developing a learning media in Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects using articulate storyline software at State Vocational High School 2 Lubuk Basung. The resulting media is in the form of interactive media, so that media can be used must go through a series of assessment processes. The purpose of this research is to produce learning media that are categorized as valid and practical. This research is based on problems related to learning media used in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects that have not provided optimal results on student learning outcomes and low interest and student motivation in the learning process. The availability of learning media that is less varied and the tendency of teachers to use the same media causes saturation of students. Media development is carried out using the Research and Development (R & D) research method using the 4-D (four D) development model through four main procedures, namely definition, design, development, and dissemination. The results obtained in research with the feasibility of media by material experts on the content aspect were valid and the learning aspect was valid. The feasibility of media by media experts on technical aspects is valid and functional aspects are categorized as valid. The practicality assessment of the media resulted in very practical categories.
This article discusses on the valid, practical and effective of an interactive learning media. This media is applied as a learning media for Basic Electrical Measurement Course for Vocational High School. The Adobe Flash CS6 is employed to design of media interactive features. The four-D model (Define, Design, Development and Disseminate) is employed in designing interactive learning media. The content of media is validated by media interactive experts. The results show that the content of interactive media learning materials is valid, practical and effective to increase the learning outcomes and it suitable for applying on the learning process. Pelaksanaan program ini dilatar belakangi oleh tingkat penguasaan guru SMK Negeri Kota Payakumbuh yang masih rendah dan penggunaan trainer PLC yang ada belum optimal dalam pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran praktikum yang digunakan masih belum tertata dengan baik, belum efektif digunakan dan membutuhkan waktu lama dalam pengoperasian.Jenis pengembangan program ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development).Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan prosedur penelitian Borg and Gall. Hasil kajiandiperoleh bahwa validitas Trainer PLCsebesar 90% dengan kategori valid. Praktikalitas trainer PLCyang dihasilkan dengan kriteria sangat praktis dengan rata-rata sebesar 96. Efektifitas trainer yang dihasilkan dengan kriteria efektif dengan rata-rata 86,9%.
This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of household electrical appliance repair training that is applied to youth Adolescent Child Care Social Institutions in Lubuk Alung, Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Where this paper is an evaluation of the implementation of community service activities in the PSAABR. The subject of this activity is 15 foster children who take Electricity skills in Lubuk Alung Main Budi PSAABR 2018 Period II (July - December 2018). The instrument used is a questionnaire in terms of performance and product results. The results obtained were the average performance score of 82.3, while the results of the product assessment obtained an average value of 88.75. From the achievement of student learning outcomes in mastering the training material and the competencies obtained were in the high category (45%), and very high (55%), so it was concluded that the implementation of household electrical repairs training on youths Budi Adolescent Childcare Institution Main Lubuk Alung District of Pariama has been effective
Hydroponics is a method of farming or cultivating plants without using soil, but using farming technology that uses water, nutrients, and oxygen. The use of hydroponic systems has advantages such as the quantity and quality of higher and cleaner production, more efficient use of fertilizers and water, and easier control of pests and diseases. However, this system has disadvantages, namely, hydroponics is very in need of thoroughness, diligence, and regular monitoring. On the growth of hydroponic plants can be influenced by various factors, one of which is pH. This final project aims to create a monitoring system and stabilize the pH level of water in vegetable plants of mustard pakcoy, lettuce and red spinach in hydroponic growing media using Arduino microcontrollers on sensor networks. This tool consists of input received through a pH sensor and output in the form of a pH UP pump and a DOWN pH then ESP8266 as the data sender. The working principle of this tool is when the data used in this study is in the form of data obtained from sensors. Then the microcontroller will receive data from the sensor network, where the data is the amount of acidity / alkaline water in the scope of the plant. Then the microcontroller will send the data with the help of ESP8266 into the server that has been provided. The data sent from the microcontroller is in the form of acidity / alkaline water data, in the scope of the plant. The results of the Final Project testing and experiments have been going well. The pH sensor can detect acidity / base on water well and the components in the Final Project have also been going well.
Brangkas adalah sebuah tempat penyimpanan barang sementara yang dilindungi menggunakan kunci. Pada umumnya, system keamanan brangkas yang ada pada saat ini masih menggunakan sistem kunci konvesional atau manual, sehingga kurang aman dan efektif untuk menjamin keamanan barang yang ada didalam brangkas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat brangkas jenis digital yang dapat diakses melalui aplikasi pada android untuk membuka pintu serta dilengkapi dengan speaker yang berbunyi jika terjadi pembobolan pada brangkas. Penelitian ini terdiri dari pembuatan perangkat keras (hardware) yang terdiri dari keypad, limit switch, buzzer, modul mp3, relay, dan LCD, serta perangkat lunak (software) BLYNK yang terdapat pada smartphone dan arduino uno sebagai pemprosesan data utama. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan analisa hardware dan software pada perancangan sistem keamanan brangkas berbasis arduino dan android maka diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu perancangan sistem keamanan brangkas berbasis arduino dan android dirancang secara otomatis sehingga alat ini mampu bekerja sesuai dengan perencanaan awal yaitu dapat memberi peringatan ketika terjadinya pembobolan pada brangkas dengan adanya bunyi alaram.
Budi Utama Adolescent Child Care Social Institution located in the suburb of Alung, Padang Pariaman Regency, consists of several majors including the Department of Electricity, Electronics, Electricity Use, Automotive, and Welding. PSAABR accommodates children and adolescents from underprivileged and school dropouts, also accommodates assisted children who have tripped over legal issues since 2015 and come from all over West Sumatra. For children assisted by the law, skills training and coaching such as children and other adolescents are also added with more specialized mental coaching. The number of fostered children in the PSAABR reaches 150 children. With 70 foster children and 80 adolescents built. For foster children, fostered parents are given special skills that are grouped based on the existing department. Skill improvement training in the field of domestic electrical installation and electronic equipment service fields. Besides being very helpful to them, obtaining skills also helps in developing independence and entrepreneurship and will keep them away from uncertainty about the future. The results of community service activities will improve the skills and competencies of participants, namely (1) Increasing knowledge of work safety standards, (2) improving the domestic electricity field, and (3) Increasing skills in the field of electronic equipment.
