The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning models on student learning achievement. This research is a quantitative, associative research. The location of this research is SD Pres. Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. North Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java. The population of this research is the elementary students of the President consisting of 4 classes with a total of 70 students with a sample size of 30 students. Research data were collected using a questionnaire technique that has been proven valid and reliable. In the first stage the data for each variable was analyzed using a simple frequency distribution and continued in the second stage by linear regression analysis. This calculation is done using the SPSS program for windows. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of learning models on student achievement. For this reason, it is recommended that teachers improve their students' learning achievement through the use of the most appropriate learning models. While the supervision role of school principals and school supervisors is needed to ensure a good learning model organized by teachers. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, asosiatif. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SD Presiden Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Pasirgombong, Kec. Cikarang Utara, Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para siswa SD Presiden yang terdiri dari 4 kelas denganjumlah 70 orang siswa dengan besaran sampel sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik angket yang sudah terbukti valid dan reliabel. Pada tahap pertama data setiap variabel dianalisis dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi sederhana dan dilanjutkan pada tahap kedua dengan analisis regresi linier. Perhitungan ini dilakukan dengan berbantu prgram SPSS for windows. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk itu disarankan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswanya melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran yang paling sesuai. Sedangkan peran supervisi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah diperlukan untuk menjamin baiknya model pembelajaran yang diselenggarakan oleh guru.
Schools need to become learning organizations in order to be able to deal with various changes such as the current COVID-19 pandemic. Information about school as a learning organization for policy makers is needed to improve it. This reseach aims to find school instruments as learning organizations and at the same time recommend strategic findings for improving schools as learning organizations. The research began with a theoretical study to obtain content validity, continued with expert validity, readability trials, and finally the distribution of the instrument via online addressed to teachers in Indonesia. The research data used 1200 of 1211 respondents obtained by purposive sampling. Based on testing using the Rasch Model, this research found 12 instrument items to examine schools as learning organizations and recommended two findings to improve schools as learning organizations, namely: (i) improvements in aspects of teacher facilitation to get education and training, and (ii) giving rewards. to outstanding teachers.
The purpose of this article is to reiterate that Christian Religious Education as one area of study of practical theology must establish dialogue or conversation with the science of developmental psychology. Christian education makes the assumption that change and growth are possible and desirable and, like all other education, require some understanding of the process of human development. Various attempts were made to utilize psychology in theological studies, especially practical theology which is operated in Christian religious education. The methodological assumptions that are built do not have to force theology away from its study.
The diversity of human identities in the context of pluralism is essential. However, differences are often seen as something "stranger" and unfriendly, especially in socio-religious relations context. In a plurality of society, the church must be able to place itself in social relations, especially in treating "strangers." This article aimed to offer an approach and theme of hospitality in teaching people or members of the congregation, whether in church, family, or school. Using a qualitative literature approach, applying the interpretive descriptive method, and argumentative comparisons, it is concluded that the hospitality of Christian education is the value for carrying out the law of love in social relations amidst diverse identities.AbstrakKeberagaman identitas manusia dalam konteks pluralisme adalah hakikat. Namun, perbedaan tidak jarang dipandang sebagai sesuatu yang “asing” dan tidak bersahabat, terlebih dalam konteks relasi sosial-agama. Gereja di tengah masyarakat yang pluralitas harus mampu menempatkan diri dalam relasi sosial, terlebih dalam memperlakukan “yang asing”. Artikel ini menawarkan sebuah pendekatan dan tema hospitalitas dalam mengajarkan umat, atau anggota jemaat, baik di gereja, keluarga, maupun sekolah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif literatur, dan menerapkan metode deskriptif interpretatif, dan komparasi argumentatif, disimpulkan, bahwa hospitalitas pendidikan Kristiani merupakan value untuk melakukan hukum kasih dalam relasi sosial di tengah keberagaman identitas.
The purpose of this research was to find the items of the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 pandemic and recommend several things to improve it. The teacher's innovative work behavior instrument was developed through a study of concepts and theories of innovative work behavior until a draft instrument was obtained that met content validity, logical validity, examination by experts to obtain expert validity, and testing of 10 teachers. Instruments that have been corrected based on input from the teacher are then distributed via google-form. Determination of the number of samples in this study using purposive sampling. In this study, researchers chose teachers as respondents with a sample size of 1200. Data analysis used the Rasch model. The findings of this research are that the teacher's innovative work behavior instrument during the Covid 19 period, which consists of 11 indicators based on the Rasch model, has met the requirements for use in research. This study recommends 5 things to improve PKIG, namely: (i) making scientific papers, (ii) learning that exceeds the standard, (iii) mentoring other teachers, (iv) pioneering the use of ICT for learning, and (v) struggling to get new ideas/products accepted by others. Based on these recommendations, the implications of this research are that teachers need to be encouraged to conduct research in schools, teach exceeding standards, monitor each other among teachers, cultivate a culture of using learning technology, and promote all teacher innovation products to other parties.
This study aims to find out the lecturers' competitive advantages in five universities (public and private). This study employed a qualitative approach by applying a descriptive method. The instrument in this study was the researcher as the main instrument. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results showed that: (1) the lecturers' competitive advantages in education, research, and teaching must be formulated in detail and implemented in lecturers' performance, (2) the lecturers' competitive advantage in education, research, teaching must be in accordance with the performance that has been formulated and planned, and (3) the results of the lecturers' competitive advantage about education, research, teaching are applied in universities. The recommendation of this study is that leaders in the Universities, faculties, and departments in carrying out the activities of Tri Dharma (Three Principles of Higher Education) should refer to guidelines, rules, terms of reference, policies that have been approved as guidelines in carrying out education in Higher Education.
This study aimed to examine the effect of UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) on the use of M-Learning by bachelor degree students of Economic Education program of Universitas Terbuka (UT). M-learning is a flexible learning mode that utilizes smart phone or PDA as learning media. The success of M-learning depends on their interest to continue to use the system. Users will feel satisfied and motivated to continuously use the information system if they feel that it gives the great output. This study used a model with three variables, i.e. performance expectation, social influence. Participants of this study were 148 bachelor degree students of Universitas Terbuka's Economic Education program. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant correlation between the performance expectation after using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students, (2) there was a significant correlation between the social influence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; (3) there was a significant correlation between the self-confidence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; and (4) there was not a significant and positive correlation between the intention to use M-learning with the Mlearning usage behavior.
