This study aimed to examine the effect of UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) on the use of M-Learning by bachelor degree students of Economic Education program of Universitas Terbuka (UT). M-learning is a flexible learning mode that utilizes smart phone or PDA as learning media. The success of M-learning depends on their interest to continue to use the system. Users will feel satisfied and motivated to continuously use the information system if they feel that it gives the great output. This study used a model with three variables, i.e. performance expectation, social influence. Participants of this study were 148 bachelor degree students of Universitas Terbuka's Economic Education program. The results of the study showed that: (1) there was a significant correlation between the performance expectation after using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students, (2) there was a significant correlation between the social influence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; (3) there was a significant correlation between the self-confidence in using M-learning with the intention to use M-learning on the students; and (4) there was not a significant and positive correlation between the intention to use M-learning with the Mlearning usage behavior.

The Efforts to Strengthen Student’s Skills through Entrepreneurship Training, Accounting, and Law of Bullying. graduates of SMK Mitra Bakti Husada - Bekasi majoring in Nursing and Pharmacy with the business world, because they are intended as ready-to-use personnel who are struggling to provide nursing and pharmacy services that are needed by hospitals and pharmacies for medical services to the community or can also be used as ready-made workers in drug and pharmaceutical companies that serve the community. Nursing assistants and pharmacist assistants really need to be equipped with knowledge of entrepreneurship, accounting and law. Entering the business world, like it or not, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, which is equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are entrepreneurship, accounting and law. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to these students. This material is an important material as a provision for them to improve their ability to be entrepreneurs, be able to manage finances and maintain social ethics, and respect each other.
E-learning is learning that uses technology and information. E-learning is a mandatory program for every lecturer at Pamulang University, where institutions have stated that 40% of all learning is in the form of e-learning while 60% is direct face-to-face learning. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach that uses a differentiation model evaluation design. Data was obtained for this study by conducting interviews, observation, and documentation studies. Analysis of research data, namely the design aspects, installation process, and e-learning program products, will be conducted by comparing the suitability of the realization of achievement with the criteria set by the University of Pamulang. The results of the analysis in the form of research findings and recommendations indicate that the e-learning program must be continued and improved to meet the aspects of supervision and assessment of lecturers and students.
Professional competence as a pharmacist assistant really needs to be equipped with accounting and tax knowledge. Entering the business world, inevitably, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, namely equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are accounting and tax. The program was chosen because it was considered important and was expected to provide education to these students. Accounting and tax materials are important materials as a provision for them to increase their ability to become entrepreneurs. By mastering accounting and taxes, it is expected that they can manage their business by compiling accounting and tax (fiscal) financial reports according to applicable standards.
Bundesma empowerment is the process of developing a village's economy. This program took the initiative to start a process of Social Economy activities that could improve the economic situation and conditions of the village community in Sukabumi, especially in the Warungkiara. In the Empowerment activities, the participation of the Bundesma and the village community as a driving force for economic development is overseen by the Government. The main objective of empowering Bundes and Bundesma is an independent village. This activity intends that rural communities in the Warungkiara area can turn their village into an independent village. The definition of an Independent Village is a village that is able to manage the economy of each citizen without the assistance of other parties. The creation of this condition reflects the strong willingness of the people of the village to move forward, the village that produces their products / works that are proud of and the ability of the village to meet their needs. In empowering Bundes and Bundesma there are several problems that hamper them including; Difficulties in product marketing, financial limitations and limited human resources (HR). In this study, the researchers used qualitative naturalistic methods. Qualitative naturalistic is a method that is carried out in the actual conditions that occur at the research location. This research method offers convenience and freedom for researchers to obtain accurate information from informants in the warungkiara sub-district. The results showed that in Warungkiara sub-district there were 12 Bundes in 12 villages and 2 Bundesma. Keywords : Empowerment, Bundes, qualitative, marketing, financial, HRD
The School-Based Management (SBM)-based Education Quality Improvement Program must be carried out continuously to maintain public trust so that the quality of education will produce professionals who can fill jobs according to their profession in the community. This study aims to analyze the quality of learning at SMK based on school-based management. This type of research is qualitative. The research approach used in this research is qualitative research. Research instruments were used as interview guidelines (questionnaires), observation guidelines, and documentation to obtain research data. The sample data are school residents: the principal, teachers, education staff, and the school committee. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis. The result of the research is that government policies have improved educational outcomes through 4 stages of design, namely evaluation of educational achievements, planning of educational evaluation, improving the quality of education, and monitoring the quality of education. SMK has implemented 4 main principles of School-Based Management/SBM: the Principle of Autonomy, the Principle of Flexibility, the Principle of Participation, and the Principle of Initiative.
