<p>Loyalitas mahasiswa merupakan perilaku komitmen positif mahasiswa kepada perguruan tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan kesetiaan dan keikutsertaan dalam proses pendidikan. Loyalitas merupakan upaya membangun suatu citra sejati, yang bukan sekedar nama, pelayanan yang berkualitas merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas. Kualitas pelayanan menentukan eksistensi dan kekuatan sebuah citra dan <em>brand</em>. Pelanggan yang puas karena menerima pelayanan yang baik akan merasa senang. Oleh karena itu, setiap saat mereka akan kembali dan menjadi pelanggan loyal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh layanan akademik dan citra institusi terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa UT. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh langsung layanan akademik terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa dengan koefisien <em>path</em> sebesar 0.392. Citra institusi juga berpengaruh secara l;angsung terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa dengan koefisien path sebesar 0.450, sementara citra institusi juga berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa dengan koefisien path sebesar 0.450. Penelitian ini juga menjelaskan bahwa layanan akademik dan citra institusi secara bersana-sama berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa. </p>
The research is conducted at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health of DKI Jakarta III to obtain information on the effect of training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy towards lecturers’ job effectiveness. The research used 60 out of 145 lecturers as the population selected using simple random sampling. The research is conducted by using a method of causal with path analysis. The result of the research showed that: (1). there is a direct positive effect of training on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (2) there is a direct effect quality assurance on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (3) there is a direct effect of pedagogic competence on lecturers’ job effectiveness; (4) there is a direct effect of self-efficacy on lecturers’ job effectiveness. Therefore, job effectiveness of Health Polytechnic lecturers of the Ministry of Health Jakarta III can be enhanced by carrying out training, quality assurance, pedagogic competence, and self-efficacy.
The key to the success of an educational organization in achieving its goals of course cannot be separated from the quality of service both in academic and non-academic forms. Where in achieving these goals of course by giving satisfaction to the academics. The case study was carried out to predict service satisfaction at the Open University by using comments on social media Youtube as data processing. The text mining approach is a good alternative in terms of interpreting the meaning in the comments given. This study aims to analyze the predictions of service satisfaction from several categories as a benchmark. The categories are: Module, Tutorial, Scholarship, Lecturer, Exam, Application, Non-Academic and Others. The research method used is comparative, by applying 4 algorithms, namely Decision Tree (DT), Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB) and Random Forest (RF) for Prediction Accuracy. The total initial dataset is 7776 data and after cleansing and preprocessing is 6920 data. And then evaluated for the 7 categories after being accured to produce: Module category with the highest accuracy of 99.37% using the DT algorithm, Application Category with the highest accuracy of 100% using the DT algorithm, Teaching Category the highest accuracy of 99.42% using the algorithm DT. The tutorial category has the highest accuracy 92.4% using the SVM algorithm, the exam category has the highest accuracy 99.7% using the RF algorithm, the non-academic category has the highest accuracy 99.90% using the DT algorithm. And for the Others category the highest accuracy is 96.58% using the DT algorithm
The dividend distributed by the company to the shareholders is very different when it is viewed from the standpoint of the company's life cycle. Companies in the established phase have a higher chance to pay dividends than companies in the decline stage. This is relevant to the company's life cycle theory. This study aimed to examine the effect of the retained earnings ratio on the probability and the level of dividend payout based on the life cycle of the company. The selected research objects were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2012-2015. Samples of this research were taken by using purposive sampling method. The analysis methods applied in this research were probit regression and tobit regression. The results confirmed that retained earnings that were chopped with retained earnings to total equity had a positive and significant effect on the probability of the company paying dividend and dividend payment rate. However, the results of the study did not show significant evidence that retained earnings havd a stronger effect on the probability and firm level of paying dividends.
