Internet technology and social media have become increasingly widespread . Starting from the use of Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp. The role of parents becomes very important to care about adolescent reproductive health than the opinions or delusions of adolescents themselves. Parents must provide time to get information and pay attention to their teenage children, especially in sexual behavior. This situation can cause alarming problems because it can cause an increased risk of premarital sex, teen pregnancy, mental unpreparedness, increased risk of malignant disease. the purpose of the study to determine the effect of counseling parents use social media to teenage sexual behavior .Research is using design quasy experiment with the design of a one-group pre -post testdesign .We got 3 6 teen respondents .the sample selected by the method of purposive sampling . The instrument that is used is the questionnaire . The results showed that 8 adolescents had good sexual behavior (22.2%) , less sexual behavior of adolescents decreased to 8 adolescents (22.2%) . Wilcoxon test results show that p ( 0.022 ) ( <0.05) which means there is an influence from parents, especially counseling on adolescent sexual behavior. This shows that sexual behavior in adolescents has decreased with the involvement of parents in providing counseling.
The implementation of correct patient identification is a fundamental aspect of the prevention of patient safety incidents. There is a high risk of unexpected events and even death when the patient identification is not carried out. Some factors may affect the nurses' compliance in the implementation of blood transfusion standard operating procedures (SOP), such as individual, physiological, and psychological factors. The psychological factors may include attitudes and motivation. This study aimed to determine the correlation between nurses' attitudes and motivation, and the compliance in the implementation of blood transfusion SOP at Yogyakarta Islamic Hospital PDHI. This study was quantitative correlational research with a cross-sectional design. The samples were 82 nurses who were recruited using a total sampling technique. The data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed that the respondents were early adults and married. A majority of them were females and hold Diploma III education in nursing. The mean of working experience of the respondents was 3.06 years. There was a correlation between nurses' attitudes and motivation and compliance with the implementation of SOP for blood transfusion.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the magnitude of the influence of the style of leadership and motivation against the ship Certification on Shipping Directorate and Directorate General of Sea Transportation Kepelautan the Ministry of transportation. The theory used in this study refers to the opinion of Tamami (2015), that there are influences between leadership style and motivation towards the Ministry. The research method used is the quantitative methods through the dissemination of a questionnaire, with a total population of 119 people and the sample were 54 people respondents, based on the Slovin formula. Based on the results of the research with the use of linear regression analysis for partial double and with the help of SPSS 23 shows that: partially showed that leadership style has a positive and significant influence of 44.2% against Ministry.In the second partial results showed that motivation has a significant and positive influence of 14.9% against.Free variable style of leadership and motivation are jointly tested with test F prove positive and significant influence towards services and the magnitude of the influence Coefficient Determination value as seen from (R2) was 49.1%.
